###Chapter 131 The Loneliness Of Ivelle Astley
###Chapter 131 The Loneliness Of Ivelle Astley
Seeing him as happy as a child, I didn't know how to talk to him for a moment and watched him carry the fruit into the yard.
Eyes full of joy he said, "If you like, I will often send you in the future. If you want to go back to Primrose, you tell me. I will take you back, and we will go back together!"
My nose was sore, some inexplicably uncomfortable. Liam Weld was lonely. I seem to understand what he said, that he cannot find a place to belong.
My eyes were so sore that I heaved a sigh of relief and said in a flat voice, "Well, it's getting late, you can go back now."
The relationship between people that depends on each other.
Because there was no belonging, no matter how far we go in the end, the heart and soul are floating.
He smiled and fixed his eyes at me. Before I had a reaction, he pulled me into his arms and said, "Ivelle, we are good like this."
I said nothing and looked up at the jeep that stopped slowly behind him.
"Ivelle!"
Why was he back?
He got out of the car so fast that before I could push Liam away, his entire body was dragged by Jordan. Had it not been for Liam's car next to me, I was afraid I would have been thrown far away.
Holding the car, as soon as I stood firm, Jordan's fist fell on Liam's face. His fist hit, and Liam's face was red and swollen and blood was oozing from the corners of his mouth.
Before Liam regained consciousness, he pressed him to the ground and punched him several times in succession.
I was in a hurry to stand up but Jordan looked back at me with cold and bloodthirsty eyes. "If you want him to die, come here!"
I froze. Liam regained his mind, raised his hand and wiped the blood off the corners of his mouth and sneered loudly, "What is it to threaten a woman? Jordan, shoot me if you dare!"
"You don't think I'd dare?" With these words, Jordan beat him up without any mercy.
I was so frightened that Liam was so beaten that he had no strength to fight back. I tore my voice and shouted, "Jordan, stop it! He will die if you hit him again!"
I remembered as a child in the alley being bullied. The picture of Liam surrounded by a circle of people being beaten.
At that time, he said nothing but looked at me and said, "Don't cry, it doesn't hurt!"
But the more he said that, the more I cried. His calf was broken and his angry grandmother almost turned the children's house in the yard upside down.
In order not to let me be bullied again, he would limp to the school gate to wait for me at that time. But also brazenly holding a kitchen knife, the children were scared when they saw him. No one dared to come near him.
Seeing that Jordan's anger didn't go away, Liam was about to be beaten out of breath by him and he didn't fight back. I remembered there was a shovel outside the yard. I got it and swung it at Jordan without even thinking about it.
It was an instinct from the bottom of my heart. No matter how afraid I am of Liam, no matter how many injurious things he has done, we have lived together for so many years, and our family affection has long been integrated into our bones.
Jordan's body froze and looked back at me motionless. From the original anger and violence to unbelievable, incredible, and seemingly disappointed!
I looked at him and the shovel in my hand fell to the ground. Tears blurred my vision, "Don't you hit him again! He is dying!"
Jordan opened his mouth, but did not say a word after all.
When Mrs. Marcela Yeardly heard the noise, she ran out. Seeing the scene, she shouted, "Oh, my God, what are you doing?"
Liam was lying on the ground. I don't know what to do!
I dared not go look at Jordan again. I ran to Liam whose mouth and nose were bleeding and his face was flushed red.
"Are you okay? How are you? I'll take you to the hospital." I noticed that Jordan just kicked his leg which had been operated on before. I subconsciously wanted to reach out and look at it.
My hand was suddenly pressed by Liam. He pulled a smile and looked very brilliant. "It's all right. Don't cry, it doesn't hurt."
He did say it was okay but I couldn't stop my tears from falling. It was like broken beads, crackling down.
I wanted to help him up. I was torn apart by a force. Jordan's face was cold and fierce. "If you go back, he won't die."
I know Jordan is angry now, but I can't leave Liam behind. Liam's leg had just finally able to walk normally because he had surgery.
I remembered that the foot was fragile. But if there were any sequelae in the future, I am afraid that Liam will not be able to make it clear all his life.
"He's hurt, Jordan! Can't you see?" I tried to shake off his hand and said angrily, "Why did you hit him? What's wrong with you? Why were you coming for me? Why were you hitting him?"
Liam suddenly coughed and then vomited a few mouthfuls of blood.
I panicked for a moment and tried my best to get rid of Jordan's hold my hand. But there was after all a big difference between men and women's strength and I couldn't get rid of him.
Staring at him angrily, I said in a cold voice, "Jordan, you let go!"
He looked at me, his eyes dark and dreadful. "Come back with me!"
Seeing that he was not moved at all, I bowed my head and bit on his arm and stared at him. If he didn't let go! I bite harder and harder.
He was unmoved and looked at me. His dark eyes were full of indifference.
Seeing that Liam was not in good condition, I let go biting his hand and said, "Jordan, if you don't let go, we won't have this child!"
As I said that, I hit my belly with the other hand. He quickly grabbed me and encircled me in his arms. His voice burst out of anger, "Ivelle, that's not good for you!"
He was so strong that he squeezed my hands and almost crushed the bone.
"Jordan, please. Let me take him to the hospital, will you?" There was really nothing I can do. I have no choice but to be soft.
Tears hit his hand, and the strength of his hand loosened a little. In a hoarse voice I continued to speak, "I'll be back as long as I take him to the hospital. I'm not going anywhere. You can do whatever you want to me, okay?"
He laughed angrily. "Begging me for something that you don't know whether he'll live or die? Ivelle, you surprise me a lot!"
"Ivelle, you don't have to beg him. I'm fine!" Liam tried to get up from the ground, but struggled and fell down again.
He frowned with an expression of great pain on his face.
I was suddenly stupefied. Taking advantage of Jordan's carelessness, I threw off his hand and ran to Liam's side. I helped him up and choked up in my voice. "I'll take you to the hospital"
Afraid to look at Jordan's expression, I bowed my head and laboriously helped Liam into his car.
Mrs. Yeardly sighed and told her, "Come back early."
