###Chapter 149 Why Not Accept Her
###Chapter 149 Why Not Accept Her
"The condition laid by Erin was very good to the point that my child and I have nothing to worry about. Aside from that, I can also find a kind and honest man to be a father for my child and I don't have to worry about the lack of fatherly love my child would feel."
"Oh!" He started the car and raised his eyebrow. "You have a good plan, aren't you afraid that this kind and honest man will take away all your money?"
With a blank glance, Ivelle smirked on her mouth, "Don't think that everyone's human nature is so bad!" There are always many good people in this world."
"What is a good man?" He countered. "Boss Erin asked me to leave you and save a place for her daughter. The terms are quite generous!" Ivelle leaned against the window and touched her belly. Some of the food she just ate went to the child. 'I should have eaten too much.'
At the traffic light intersection, Jordan stopped his car and looked sideways at her. "What are the conditions?"
"The two companies will be under my name plus a large sum of assets will be enough for me and my child for the rest of my life." Rich people dealt with things differently than those who are ordinary people.
He sneered. "Did you accept it?"
She arched her eyebrows in return. "Why don't you accept it?" Asked by Jordan as he took the steering wheel, his eyes were a little casual.
Ivelle couldn't answer for a moment, and he continued. "If you don't let our children recognize his own father, you even planned to have and find him a stepfather? Ivelle, are you out of your mind?"
"What's wrong with you?" She stared at him having a bit of difficulty in breathing. "Why do I have to find a stepfather for my child? It's because there's something wrong with his own father."
He sneered. "What's the problem with me? You like to take it for granted, why don't you think about why Erin is willing to spend so much money to let you leave me? "
"It is because Nicole likes you." She said. "Erin loves her daughter and wants her to be successful for the rest of her life. She likes you, so Erin naturally wants to fulfill her dreams." Ivelle doesn't think there's anything wrong with her analysis.
But he looked at her contemptuously and said. "Sure enough, for three years, you are a fool who has been pregnant."
'Me? I can't talk anymore.' She rolled her eyes at Jordan.
"Don't let Erin dictate the future. Nicole and I don't have anything from beginning to end. What they want is not important to me or you. The important thing is that you have the baby in a peaceful state of mind and we live a good life."
As soon as he entered the natural area of the City Center, Jordan continued. "The Astley family has enough property for you to squander, so don't worry that I can't afford to support you as the mother of my child and my baby."
Surprised by how he replied, Ivelle didn't open her mouth. She just looked at the scenery outside the window in a daze and said in a shallow voice. "You and Nicole are just fine from beginning to end. Why is she pregnant?"
He frowned and his eyes fell on her. "Does she have to have something to do with me when she's pregnant?"
"She likes you!" How can everything that happened before be irrelevant?
"Oh!" He sneered. "According to your logic, since Liam likes you, the baby in your belly is his, too?"
Ivelle knew that his rebuttal was spot on.
"How can it be the same? This is obviously a fallacy."
"Why is it different?" The car arrived at the downstairs of the family villa and Jordan stopped the car. He helped her out of the car, looked at ivelle, and said. "Alex entrusted her to me, to take care of her and protect her is my duty, that's all. There is nothing extra going on with us."
"If the baby isn't yours, whose else will it be?" She was a little reluctant to ask.
"Does it matter whose it is? It's her own life. Why are you so concerned?"
Ivelle didn't pay attention to it, but she just felt that apart from Jordan, who else would it be? Not to mention that Erin forced her to leave Jordan so aggressively this time. If it wasn't because of the child, what was it?
Is it beneficial for them to find Jordan, a cheap father?
Across the cobblestone path, they walked up several steps. The purpose of their arrival was to take care of the luxurious villa building.
There is not much road, so the car can't get in. Ivelle walked a little and became tired, can't help but stop to catch her breath.
A fierce mass of black animals ran towards her and she shouted in shock. "Ah!"
Jordan had a quick eye and quickly kicked it away.
She was relieved to see clearly that the animal just now was Aaron's Tibetan mastiff, and it was quite good to see it sprawled next to Aaron last time.
How come this time the dog pounced on her?
The Tibetan mastiff was kicked to the ground by Jordan and laid helplessly on his stomach. Maybe he was kicked so hard that he whimpered in pain.
When they heard the noise, all the people in the villa followed the sound. Aaron saw the Tibetan mastiff laid on the ground, frowned slightly as his eyes fell on Jordan. "Boss Jordan has good skills!"
His words were obviously with a hint of anger!
Jordan sank his eyes, and his voice was low and cold. "I'm eager to protect my wife. I'm sorry if you've been offended!"
Aaron didn't say much, and his eyes fell on Ivelle who was really scared just now. She hid behind Jordan and her body trembled. When she saw him looking at her, she couldn't say anything for a moment but bowed her head slightly.
Alice trotted out in high heels, glanced at the Tibetan mastiff who whimpered on the ground, and then set her eyes on Ivelle. She was as smart as her, so she knew what had happened.
She hurriedly walked up to Ivelle, pulled her, and said. "Are you scared? Why are your hands shaking so badly? Do you want to go to the hospital?"
She said this loudly and the old Richard Badger who followed her, anger was evident on his face. He looked muddy at Aaron and his voice was serious and cold. "You slaughtered the animal, and there were no rules. But now it's a good thing that no one has been hurt. If you hurt someone, it's either you or this animal that will pay for your lives!"
Aaron sneered and looked violent. "In your opinion, I am no different from it!"
This is very ironic.
When she looked at the loneliness of Aaron's eyes, Ivelle could not help but say. "Uncle Richard, I'm fine. Today is a festive day. Don't be aggrieved because of this trifle."
Alice also answered. "Yes, Ivelle already said that is no big deal. There are many mosquitoes here outside. Go in. Dinner is almost ready."
Richard looked at Jordan and Ivelle and said. "It's hard for you husband and wife to be so sensible. Go in and have a rest. It's getting late. Are you hungry?"
Ivelle smiled and shook her head. "I'm not hungry. I've been eating from morning till night. Jordan has been raising me like a pig."
"Ha!" Richard laughed loudly. "You are a girl and you are always amusing me. This old man is fond of you." Richard said with a loud laugh.
"That's right!" Alice answered. "This child is smart, so it's no wonder that Jordan is the one who has a crush on her."
At this point, the atmosphere became better.
She couldn't help glancing back at Aaron, who was standing next to the Tibetan mastiff. His face was as cold and silent as a death in the dark.
After they entered the villa, Alice beckoned them to have tea in the living room.
Jordan took out the gift box he had brought and looked at Richard. "I heard my aunt say that Uncle Richard likes porcelain kilns. When I saw it at the last Sheffield Auction, I thought Uncle Richard would instantly like it, so I bought it."
Richard smiled very happily and said. "Man, you have a great taste. I sent someone to see this thing and said it was taken away first. I thought hard who did it was, it turned out to be you."
