###Chapter 311 Picnic At Primrose
###Chapter 311 Picnic At Primrose
"There are still five minutes left. Sit over there and have a rest. The sun is bright here." Abe Tucker pointed at the empty space in the shade of the tree.
I opened my mouth and couldn't help smiling, "It's all right, five minutes isn't long" Probably because of the result of giving birth, over the years, my body is particularly prone to soreness.
He smiled and stopped asking, but just looked at his watch and chatted with me. "There will be an expatriate job in the hotel in a few days, the salary is relatively high, if you are interested, I will say hello to the above and help you set it up."
I shook my head. "I can't go on a business trip. Blossom will be left alone, she will be afraid, and I can't leave her."
He said with a smile, "I considered this for you. There are basically no expatriate assignments in the hotel, so there is basically no need to travel, and because of personnel, there are two salaries for this position, and one is the salary for the hotel receptionist. After all, Primrose is a small county, and there are not many business trips and reception jobs, so the company arranges a person to sit on these two jobs."
I was stupefied, but I was a little moved, "How much is the salary?"
"Eight thousand!" After a pause, he said, "A college student who graduated from a famous University has lost her talent as a cleaning lady, not to mention the fact that Blossom is slowly growing up, and there are a lot of things to spend money on, and you can't afford to spend money from a cleaner's salary."
Indeed, before I left Hempstead, there was not much money left to buy a house and spend over the years.
Blossom will go to school. She is almost five years old. Most of the children begin to develop their hobbies at this time. A few days ago, I was thinking of signing her up for a painting class.
After thinking about it, I looked at him and said, "Are you sure?"
He nodded. "I promise!"
"Thank you for your trouble!"
He laughed. "You're welcome, but thank you is not enough. You'll have to buy me a big meal sometime."
"No problem!"
The door of the kindergarten opened, the teacher took the children from class to class, and Blossom and Jed were all in the same class.
The two little kids smiled brightly when they saw us.
Blossom looked at me and shouted, "Mom!" After a pause, he looked up at the teacher and said, "Teacher, Jed's parents, and mine are here. We'll go first and say good-bye."
With that, the little girl dragged Jed and ran towards us.
Hugging me, Blossom said, "Mom, I have a plan with Jed today, he will go to our house for dinner, we loved your cooking."
After a pause, she lowered her voice and said, "You can't embarrass me!"
I had no choice but to laugh. I looked at Jed and said, "Jed, can we go to dinner today?"
The child, quiet and introverted, clasped Abe's fingers, looked at the Blossom in my arms, nodded, and said, "Okay, thank you Aunt Ivelle!"
"Then let's go!"
Back in the yard, Blossom and Jed went to pick melons in the back yard, and Abe drove out to buy fish.
I washed the vegetables in the backyard kitchen and set them on fire.
This has always been the case. Over the past four years, in order to make Blossom healthier, I basically cook by myself and cook delicious food for her.
After a long time, I practiced my cooking skills, washed the dishes, and picked some small dishes from Blossom and Jed.
The two little kids carrying a small basket, and the basket was so full that the melons were about to fall out.
A few beans have been lost from the basket of Blossom, but they seem to have been picked up by Jed.
"Mom, we're back!" Jed carried a basket and got a lot of mud on his little face.
Looking at the small face overflowing with sweat, I hurriedly took the basket and wiped the sweat stains on his forehead, and said helplessly, "Next time, give it to your sister, don't carry it by yourself!"
The little guy smiled and looked at the spoiled face of the Blossom. "My sister is still young," He said in a milky voice. "She can't lift it!"
"That's right Mom, I don't have the strength, so I asked Jed to help me!" I suspect she learned being cheeky from Jon.
Stared at her, "The next time you bully Jed like this, you will water the vegetables in the backyard."
Blossom said, "water, water, anyway, I am not alone."
Every time she was punished, Jed came to help her. After a long time, the girl became naughty, and there was nothing I could do about it.
Abe bought two crucian carps and some crayfish.
Blossom took one, chasing Jed to frighten him.
When the two children were playing in the yard, Abe took the basket from my hand and said, "I'll wash the vegetables. The fish are ready. Just put it in the pot."
I nodded.
The two children, Blossom and Jed, were probably hungry and looked up at me around the stove when they smelled incensed.
"You two greedy cats, get a plate and get ready to eat!" Abe said, then he put the washed dishes next to me.
Jed gets his own plate, then Blossom was still standing by my side waiting.
Abe took her to one side and said with a smile, "Be good Blossom. Go and bring the washed fruit by the sink to the table. We'll have dinner in a minute."
Blossom nodded, looked up at me, and said, "Mom, hurry up, I'm so hungry!"
I nodded, served the meal, and Abe brought it over.
Seeing that the two little children were already waiting at the table, I couldn't help laughing, "You eat first, and I'll cook a green vegetable soup."
"Mom, we're waiting for you!" Blossom said, although hungry, but still looking forward to me.
After dinner, Abe washed the dishes with Jed, and Blossom and I went to the yard to pick some fruit.
At the height of summer, I sowed a lot of watermelon seeds at the beginning of spring, and when I came to Primrose, I bought a few peach trees and planted them by the fence, which bears fruit almost every year.
Blossom, holding a basket and picking up the peaches that could still be eaten on the ground, asked me mildly, "Mom, do you like Uncle Abe?"
I laughed, but the picked fruit in the basket, hung up her nose and said, "So what are you trying to say, baby?"
She pinched her chin and thought, "I was thinking, Mom, can you let Uncle Abe be my father?"
I froze for a moment and looked at her with low eyes. "Blossom, do you want to have a father very much?"
She tilted her head to think, paused, and said solemnly, "Not really, but I like Jed. If my mother marries Uncle Abe, I can marry Jed in the future."
"If your mother doesn't marry Uncle Abe, you can marry Jed when you grow up!" There is a sound behind her, which is magnetic and melodious.
I looked back with Blossom and trotted past, "Uncle Jon!"
Holding Blossom in his arms, Jon laughed, "Blossom, you want to have a father so much, why don't you call me dad?"
After a long period of contemplation, Blossom said, "My classmate said that my father is going to lie in the same bed with my mother."
Jon tilted his mouth, looked at me, and said, "Your daughter is amazing."
