###Chapter 421 We All Know What We Want – Part 13
"What do you know? Men will never feel enough for women especially for men with both talent and appearance such as Boss Jordan. It is a common saying that the red flag does not fall at home and it is common for colorful flags to flutter outside. Moreover, a woman like Director Linda Kent can also be regarded as the best of the best, and even if she is so talented. She is a perfect match with Boss Jordan."
There were still a lot of discussions. I looked at Jordan as he was hugged by Linda. I thought that the two were actually quite a match!
Some people say that only a well-matched marriage can last for a long time. If you think about it, the gap between Jordan and me seems to be quite big.
While I was in a daze, I suddenly saw Erin with a heavy face, pulled away Linda, who threw herself in Jordan's arms and said, "There should be 120 people arriving." Then one of the paramedics from the hotel came to help take this young lady to the hospital."
Erin was definitely not a busybody. She suddenly rushed out and pulled Jordan and Linda away. Erin was obviously trying to get them to pay attention.
Fortunately, the people in the hotel were quick with their hands and carried Linda out.
The staff was rescheduled, but fortunately, the annual meeting continued.
Jordan was called away by Erin, and it seemed that he was going to say something.
I found a place to sit and ate something because I was a little sleepy.
I waited for a long time, but fortunately, Jordan came back.
Seeing me yawn, he smiled and said, "Sleepy?"
I nodded and looked at the people who were still crowded in the hall. I couldn't help saying, "Will it take a long time to go home?"
He smiled, reached out to grab me, and said, "You can go home soon."
With that, he handed me a glass of milk and said, "Come on, I'll take you to meet some people."
As a matter of fact, they are all people who have deals with Astley Group in shopping malls, and all these people live in the Capital.
Jordan was not a talkative person in the first place. When he dragged me to be introduced to them one by one, he almost always said, "This is my wife Ivelle Astley."
After the introduction, Jordan pulled me and stepped away. On our way back, we met Luna Malfoy in the crowd preparing to go back.
Although there were many employees from Astley Group, it always seemed to me that Luna had hardly said hello to anyone all night. They either just drink or eat.
When she saw me, she smiled as a greeting.
After walking a few steps, I stopped and looked at her and said, "Are you going home?"
She nodded. "Soon." The speech was light and the temperament was shallow.
"Come with us? Where do you live? We'll take you home. It's not easy to take a taxi here." It was not just difficult to take a taxi, but it was almost impossible to get a taxi.
She was stupefied and looked at Jordan, obviously confused.
I tugged at Jordan's clothes. Jordan nodded and said faintly, "Let's go."
When we got in the taxi, Jordan and I sat in the back seat, Luna and the driver were in front.
With little to say, she gave her address and the driver drove us there.
When she was about to get out of the car, she looked back at me, smiled, and said, "Thank you."
I nodded, but I didn't take it to heart.
After she left, Jordan looked at me and said, "Since when have you been so kind?"
I was stupefied and said, "We're on our way, aren't we?"
He smiled faintly. "Ivelle, this is not an excuse."
After thinking about it, I gave a more pertinent answer and said, "What can I say? She looked like a stressed woman."
Calculating her age, she should also be forty. The ancients said that she stood like she's thirty and had no doubt at forty. According to her age, no matter how high the salary in the Capital, had a house, a car, and children in Hempstead, she could not have come to the Capital for her salary. The most likely thing is that something happened to her family.
I can see that she seems to be more silent than before.
Jordan said, yes, but did not continue the whole topic. He looked at me and said very seriously, What happened just now? Are you jealous?"
I didn't realize what he was talking about, but when I saw him staring directly at me, I think I was jealous!
Stupefied, I can understand that no matter how powerful Linda was, she was still a woman. In that situation, she was probably scared to death. When you suddenly come to your senses, you will inevitably get out of control. You cannot do anything.
I noticed that there was something wrong with Jordan's mood. I was confused. I looked at him and saw that his face was bothered. I could not help saying, "What's the matter?"
"It's nothing." He uttered just these two simple words.
I was in a daze and just asked him gently. But why was he so cold all of a sudden?
I don't know why he was angry, but I stopped talking.
The driver drove the car outside the villa, stopped, and Jordan went straight inside.
It seemed that he had no intentions of waiting for me at all. I followed him up and saw him go straight to the bedroom.
It was getting late and Blossom had gone to Medford. Sister Finn doesn't sleep here at night, so the villa looked a little deserted.
After Jordan went directly to the bedroom, I also went up.
"Jordan." Without saying a word, he left his coat on the bed and went straight into the bathroom.
The bathroom door slammed shut.
I was speechless. I went into the dressing room to get my sleep clothes, but luckily he came out when I came out.
The strong body was surrounded by a bath towel, and the man's low and cold eyes just took a faint look at me and staggered.
Then he took a towel and went straight to the study.
Sure enough, even at the age of 60, men still have a childish temper.
I took a bath and saw that he didn't come back. I changed my clothes and went directly to the study.
When I went in, I didn't knock, I just pushed the door in. I was surprised that he wasn't reading, he wasn't busy with the company, but he was watching an English TV drama.
When I went in, I heard only one word on the TV, and then he turned it off.
I looked at him a little baffled and said, "Jordan, it's getting late. It's time for rest."
Without saying a word, he stood up from the computer, went straight to the bed in the study, and then lay down without saying a word.
I gasped. I had to take out my cell phone and call. Someone answered, "Blair, are you home?" Can I come and stay with you later?"
After a pause, I added, "The house here is too big. I'm not used to living alone. I'll move in with you for a few days."
Then, without looking at Jordan, who was lying on the bed. I was ready to leave instantly.
As soon as I entered the bedroom, I was picked up by Jordan. I exclaimed, "Jordan, what are you doing?"
He pressed me on the bed and snatched my phone from my hand. He immediately looked at the screen of my phone and frowned, "Are you lying to me?"
I shrugged my shoulders and flipped my lips. "Who made you angry? It's not my fault."
He didn't come up with a breath and sneered. "Am I angry? Ivelle, do you know why I'm angry?"
I looked at him, nodded seriously, and said, "I really don't know why you're angry."
He was speechless, threw my phone aside, and then ripped my clothes off without saying a word.
