###Chapter 457 Those Who Have To Wait At The End Of The Years – Part 11
With her newly styled curtain bangs, Ivelle looks a little young. She seemed to be youthful and aged backward,
She changed her clothes and walked a few blocks. After shopping for a while, she was a little tired. Ivelle stood in front of the window and looked at herself.
The more she saw her reflection, the more she thought that her change was funny. She couldn't help but giggle.
She smiled at the shop window like a fool and it attracted strange eyes from passersby but she remained unbothered. Probably everyone thought that this woman was stupid.
"Miss, would you like to come in and have a look?"
When Ivelle returned to her mind from a daze, she found that she was standing at the door of the shop and looked at the clothes in the window.
'It seems that people thought I'm laughing at the clothes in the window.'
After looking at the male model in the window, she was a little glad that she was not regarded as a psychopath.
"Good!" Although she didn't know what she could buy in the men's clothing store, Ivelle went in under the attentive eyes of the clerk.
Originally, she just wanted to take a stroll, but Ivelle couldn't help but stop in front of a set of casual clothes.
British sweater, gray leather jacket, white trousers, it a very casual match that's been worn by a mannequin.
She couldn't help but raise her hand, touch the clothes, and thought what would Jordan look like if he wore this suit.
'He never seemed to wear other colors except for black. Maybe he can try this?'
"Miss, will you buy it for your boyfriend? This is a new style for this year's Fashion week with a 10% discount and 5800 for one. You can bring one for your boyfriend."
'5800?!' Surprised with the price, Ivelle initially thought that it would cost cheaper
It seemed that compared with Jordan's custom-made clothes, these clothes seemed to be very cheap.
"Would you like to pay by a credit card, miss?" The clerk kept talking.
Ivelle was stupefied. She went through the balance in her bank card and a set of clothes, which did not affect her.
She looked down and found the bank card from the bag and hand it to the shop assistant.
"Miss, there is not enough balance!" The assistant spoke with a smile on her face.
She was stupefied and thought for a moment. 'How long have I been out of work? This card was last used when I was in Primrose. I earned all the money I have when I was working. I didn't spend much in the past few years, so I would still have enough to spend.' She thought.
Ivelle was used in using this card. Now that she is jobless, she suddenly found that the money in it doesn't seem to be as much as she thought.
Yes, she hasn't had a job for a year. Ivelle knew that she should get out of that state and look for a job, or else she will run out of money.
"Miss, do you want any more?" When the assistant clerk saw her in a daze, she asked in a low voice.
Ivelle took back her bank card, smiled, and nodded. "Yes!"
Never in her life would she seemed to want to use the card given by Jordan. On the other hand, she doesn't use it much. Aside from that, she still had the card given by Jordan. Ivelle seldom uses his money.
'After all, I'll but this for him, so I'll just swipe his card.' She tried to coax herself
Ivelle found two black cards from her bag, exactly the same. She was a little confused and couldn't tell which one was given by Jordan.
Simply wanting to leave, she casually handed a card to the shop's assistant. The shopping clerk saw two black cards in her hand and become stupefied. She was surprised and swiped the card immediately.
She handed the card back with her both hands and smiled. "Is there anything else you need to see, miss?"
Ivelle shook her head and smiled. "No, thank you!"
"Welcome. Come again next time!"
Before she left the clothing store, the clerk whispered excitedly to her colleagues, "Wow, two black cards of the king level. The money in it is made by millionaires who use hundreds of millions of dollars as units. There are not many people in the capital. This girl is actually holding two cards."
"I saw it, too. Oh my God, this is so awesome. When I first saw her swipe her ordinary card, I thought she was an ordinary office worker, but I didn't expect her to be so affluent."
"Those two black cards are probably someone else's. Look at the signature. It seems to be Astley or something. It's probably someone else."
After she heard those words and out of the store, she pretended to be unbothered and carried her things. Ivelle can't help but sigh.
When she went to KFC, Jordan and Linda were gone.
'They probably have something to go first.' To say that she did not felt lost is false. Ivelle quietly comforted herself in the heart.
'It's nothing. After all, it is work-related.' Ivelle tried to cheer herself up.
She didn't drive, so it was inconvenient to go to Alice's home at night. Ivelle just took a taxi back to the villa.
When she walked around, it was already late. It was already dark when she got home.
Sister Finn cooked the meal. Since she was in a hurry to go back and felt tired, Ivelle only said a few words, and then she left immediately.
She went first to see and check Blossom. The little child already had dinner. She played Lego in her room attentively. As soon as she saw Ivelle, she called her out excitedly. "Mom!"
Then, she went back into playing and played with her own business very seriously.
Without disturbing her, Ivelle went back to their bedroom. She thought Jordan was not at home.
When she opened the door, a cold voice came and resonated in her ear.
"Why didn't you answer the phone?" There was some suppressed anger in his voice.
She was stupefied and found that her phone was turned off. She opened her mouth and explained. "My phone's battery was drained, it is turned off."
He was on the balcony and leaned on the railings with his muscular, straight back, which showed a bit of coldness and harshness.
Jordan slowly looked back at her, his face was still devoid of emotions. "What did you do?"
"Shopping." After thinking about it, Ivelle raised the box in her hand and looked up at him with a smile. "I bought you clothes, which is a little different from your usual style."
He looked at her and squinted his eyes. Ivelle thought that he was angry because she wandered around and lost track of time.
He opened his mouth and said. "Why don't you try it? I swiped your card!"
He looked at her as his furrowed eyebrows gradually relaxed. He said with a little tiredness in his voice. "No, go to bed early."
As she observed his attitude nowadays, Ivelle doesn't seem to understand him more and more. She looked at his back, and can't help but say. "Jordan, can we talk?"
He stood where he was and did not look back. The bedside lamp was turned on in the bedroom, which was a little dim.
"About what?"
She pursed her lips, put down her clothes, and said. "Is it because I'm not good enough that it makes you angry? If so, tell me I'll change it next time."
He looked back at her and the warm anger on his eyebrow appeared. "No, you did a good job. That was impeccable."
Ivelle was angry.
She curled her lips. "Jordan, don't you think we don't look like husband and wife at all?"
"Really?" He was a little sarcastic. "What do you think couples should look like? After so many years of being together as a husband and wife, it's time, to sum up."
She stood still and knew that this conversation has become meaningless. Suddenly, she unwilling to speak, perhaps silence is more meaningful than conversation.
He looked back at Ivelle and remained silent. She thought that if we all choose to be silent like this when facing problems, maybe before long, we will go further and further.
After a pause, she said. "I've had my hair cut."
He gave a hum, and his anger seemed to relax. "I'm not blind."
"I covered the wound. It's all right if I can't see it."
He suddenly raised his eyes and glared at me. "Is it all right because it's in the way?"
He suppressed his anger. "Ivelle, in your opinion, as long as you don't mention the problem, you can pretend you haven't had it, right?"
She opened her mouth and became hesitant. For a moment, she felt lost and thought that it was not worth saying.
"Take a rest, we chose not to speak." He made some rude remarks and left her out of the bedroom.
Ivelle stared at the bag on the floor for a long time. She bit her lips as she tried to suppress the emotions that dwelled surged in her heart and went to bed to take a rest.
She can't sleep and it was expected. She just stared at the ceiling for a long time and did not feel sleepy at all.
