###Chapter 56 You Have Found A New Family So Soon
He frowned, leaned over the window, stretched out his head and said. "Is that what a pregnant woman eats? Jordan must be grateful for I am being kind to you."
She was speechless, do not want to pay attention to him because she knew that this person is not only ordinary annoying. He's so much more infuriating!
Ivelle put the bento box away and was ready to start the car engine and go home.
However, he blocked the car in front of her, raised his eyebrows, looked at her and said. "Sister Astley, do me a favor and have a meal together."
As she looked at the scoundrel on his face, Ivelle was a little upset. "I've had enough!"
"Then let's eat together and I'll stop!" There's something wrong with the way he approached her.
His car was in the driveway and not only Ivelle couldn't drive, but other cars couldn't drive either.
Someone honked his horn around, but he was in no hurry and looked unbothered. He looked at Ivelle with a scoundrel smirk on his face.
Since she knew that it can't be help, she touched her forehead and paused. "Lead the way!"
He raised his eyebrows. "I'll take you there. Pregnant woman are not fit to drive!"
'Shit! Why is this man so pushy?' Annoyed, Ivelle couldn't help but cuss under her breath.
As she held back her irritation, she got out of the car, walked to his side and got in the Maybach car. She looked at him coldly and said. "Don't you want to go?"
He grinned and said. "We'll go, go now!"
The young man is reckless driver who drove a swaggering car and opened the convertible in the city.
'It's so boring.' Ivelle felt a little cold but didn't bother to open her mouth and just let him do what he likes.
"Ivelle, do you think you and I will appear in tomorrow's Hempstead Entertainment gossip?" As he drove in a furious speed, there was rock music in the car that blasted on her ears. The sounds was loud and high, and the vocalist's voice was overpowering.
Ivelle gave him a blank look and didn't want to open her mouth.
If there was any news, it would have been thanks to him for being assertive.
The car stopped in the downtown area, where most of the young people are dating, eating and shopping.
His car is ostentatious and the person who owned it is also ostentatious. As soon as he stopped the car, it attracted a lot of little girls and their head turned around. Many car lovers took pictures of his car with their mobile phones.
"You're ostentatious!" Ivelle threw him two words and got out of the car.
After looking around the busy street, she looked at him and said. "What do you want to eat?"
He grinned. "You decide!"
After looking around, she went straight into a French restaurant followed by Parker who smiled and said. "Sister Astley, you are quite romantic."
She was rendered speechless. She just don't like being stared at so Ivelle just choose it casually.
When they entered the restaurant, the waiter came forward and asked. "Table for two? We have a set meal for lovers today. Would you like to order one?"
"Yes, we'll have one. Also, open a bottle of Bordeaux for us." Parker just smoothly gave his orders.
Ivelle looked at the waiter and said. "Give me a glass of juice, thank you!"
When the waiter left, Parker smiled, looked at her and said. "Ivelle, I'm sorry that I forgot you can't drink." He knowingly smile.
Even if she was irritated, Ivelle chose to ignore him. She looked down at her phone and saw that Jordan sent him a message with a few cold words. "Where are you?"
Not even an extra punctuation mark was presented on his text.
Ivelle didn't answer. She turned off her phone and saw Parker stared at me. She frowned and asked. "What's the matter?"
"Ivelle, has no one ever said that you look like a star?" The waiter brought the steak up, and Parker tilted and opened her mouth as he tried to sway her with his words.
Ivelle looked at the waiter and thanked him. She looked at Parker and said. "Like who?"
He straightened his face and said. "Selena Monroe!"
She nodded and reminisced. "When I was in college, someone said something like that. That is too much to say. After I wore glasses, few people said that.
It may be a little bit more literary and artistic, so she doesn't look like that.
"Your kind of like another person!" He spoke with a serious look on his face. Ivelle cut the steak and thought he was just bored, so he just talked to her.
"Hmm!" As she responded to him faintly, she kept her eyes down and continued to cut.
He didn't eat, but shook the wine glass in his hand and said. "You are very much like my mother, especially your eyes. Your eyes are very similar."
Ivelle thought he was really bored. She stuffed a steak into her mouth, looked at him and said. "I may look popular after all, and some people think that I am very much like Nicole!"
"Nicole and I are alike, based from what grandpa said before.' However I didn't think so. Eyebrows and eyes may look similar to many people. After all, we are all the same ancestors living in the same piece of land, it is normal to look alike."
He tilted his mouth, drank all the red wine in his glass, looked at Ivelle and said. "When you went to Yale University, why did you transfer to another school?"
She was stunned by what he said. 'It's been years. How does he know?'
As she put down his knife and fork, she looked at him and said. "Are we alumni?"
He raised his eyebrows, poured himself another glass of red wine, looked at her and said. "You really don't remember?"
Ivelle shook her head and had no memories of him except that she met him after she took over Astley's audit.
The moment that Parker saw her expression, he shrugged his shoulders and said no more.
She looked at her and said. "It doesn't matter, just remember me well in the future."
After some scattered chat, he did not eat but drank all the bottle of wine instead.
Ivelle observed him and knew that he already drunk too much. He leaned on the table with his chin and looked at her in a daze.
As she saw that it was getting late, she got up to check out. She doesn't want to go home too late and get up early tomorrow morning.
Fate is such a thing, she have to say that it wasn't just very coincidentally. She was surprised to meet Parker's mother Erin and Nicole here.
Sh was not surprised to see Erin, nor she was surprised to see Nicole. However, it was a little strange to see those two people at the same time.
Nicole and Erin don't seem to know each other.
From a distance, she watched the two shopped very intimately. They looked like mother and daughter, but Ivelle didn't think much about it. After paying the bill, she went to Parker and looked at his red face.
He was completely drunk and looked at him. She was a little bit worried and said. "Can you still walk by yourself?"
"No!" He spoke in a childish tone.
Ivelle sighed, put the bag across her waist, raised her hand to help him up, and then propped him out of the restaurant with half of her body.
They went in elegantly but was embarrassed when they went out. It was clear that Parker is not in his best condition to drive.
She put him on the car. Luckily, she got used to driving a Maybach. Parker's sports car is really not easy for her to maneuver. The chassis is too low and it is not easy to drive.
Fortunately, there were fewer people in the street at this time, and she didn't cause any trouble.
Ivelle originally wanted to send him back to the Pear Orchard. She went to the Pear Orchard with Jordan once before and had some impression that she was held back by these goods, and she couldn't go to the Pear Orchard alive or dead.
For a long time, Ivelle asked him to know where he lives and if he was alone in the landscape villa. When he answered her, she was quite surprised to know that he also lives there.
"Ivelle, are you sure you don't remember me at all?" When the car was halfway down the road, he suddenly looked at her half-awake and spoke.
She was stupefied and shook her head. "We used to know each other?"
With a wry smile, he smiled. "I'm the only one who remembers the mulberry trees in Grandma Astley's yard, the trumpet flowers crawling on the ridges of the fields, and your snot face."
When Ivelle listened to what he said, she was a little distracted for a moment. These memories were from many years ago.
'How did he know that.'
It wasn't long before the car arrived at the landscape villa and found where he lived. She helped him out of the car and pressed the doorbell several times before an elderly man came to open the door.
