###Chapter 58 She Went To Take A Bath

Ivelle nodded and looked at the report on his computer. After checking his work progress, she can't deny that Parker was an excellent leader in terms of work ability.

He is efficient and has as superb management skill.

After finishing the report, he closed the transaction book and nodded. He then leaned lazily against the sofa, rubbed his eyes, then closed it to take a nap. After a while, he put the back of his hand on his forehead and said wearily. "Boss Hyatt of your branch called. Said he would invite us to dinner in the evening."

As she looked at his sleepy face, Ivelle nodded. "Well, why don't you go back to your room and get some sleep?"

He looked at the time and shook his head. "No, I'll just stay here for a while." After a pause, he said, "There are some financial problems in the branch. I can't tell and solve it if I don't take a closer look at it. I guess a boss misappropriated public funds, and then randomly found a project to fool people. Take a look at millions of accounts that's been embezzled!"

Ivelle nodded. She checked and turned out all the accounts and began to see that the branch went according to Astley's model and mode of operation. The development of City A was very smooth, so Jordan handed over a lot of rights to the President here.

'I haven't been shopping for a long time, so it's good to go for a walk.'

She planned to go to another room to take a bath, but after looking for it for a long time, Ivelle couldn't find the other room key card. Aside from that, Parker was already asleep. When she saw that he slept soundly, she couldn't wake him up so Ivelle washed up directly in this room.

Surprised, she asked. "Did you just take my call?"

He nodded, sat up straight, threw her cell phone to Ivelle and said. "Someone called several times and woke me up."

'He answered my cell phone.' Ivelle didn't know what to feel, she ignored him and rummaged through the phone records. The last call was from Jordan.

She dialed back but his phone was turned off over there.

Ivelle stared at Parker as if she didn't have a good airway. "What did you just say?"

He got up and said lazily. "Nothing! Jordan asked me where you had been. I said you went to take a shower. Then he asked me if I was in the same room with you. I said yes!"

He looked at me with an innocent face and said. "I'm just telling the truth. What's wrong with that?"

She can't wait to give this man a good beating. "Yes, you're right."

But what the fuck he said can be easily get misunderstood.

Ivelle called Jordan again, but his phone was still off. After she thought about it, Jordan probably didn't thought much about it for a long time.

She put the phone away and Parker came out of the washroom with wet hair and water droplets around his body. She guessed he went in to wash his face.

He wiped the droplets off his hair with a towel, looked at Ivelle and said. "Let's go, it's getting late."

When she left the hotel with him, she made a phone call to Maisie and Brad. Maisie just got settled in the hotel and said she wanted to sleep first and would come to see Ivelle later. Brad said that something happened and he might not be able to leave for a while.

After answering a few words, Parker and her went to the hotel booked by Genesis.

Genesis handled affairs fairly quickly. When Parker and Ivelle arrived, the other employees arrived. They waited for Parker and Ivelle to arrive and serve the food.
