Another two years passed just in the blink of an eye and everything seems to be quite normal between Maryam & Yardan. Maryam's mental situation couldn't be returned to her previous state though it's better now.

The absence of her joyful nature, innocent giggle and expressive eyes can not be avoided but it was way too late for her to become normal. But, some changes happened in her life though. Except for taking care of the kids, Maryam often goes to Yardan's office to help him with work. Seeing her interest in business matters Yardan didn't oppose either. Since she is contented while working with him so he didn't stop her. This one decision of his improved their relationship a lot.

Yardan kept his promise. He didn't intimate with her though he couldn't control his hands from touching her body, feeling her soft fleshes and kissing her plump lips.

Sitting beside the window Maryam was lost in Mikaeel's thoughts. She would smile slightly thinking about their petty fights, his overprotective behaviour and over possessiveness toward her. Whenever she thinks about Mikaeel automatically her mind would remind about Mehzabin. What if her sister was alive then everything could be avoided. Specifically, her marriage with Yardan.

Her pupils moved suddenly hearing footsteps approaching her. Maryam looked behind only to find Yamir & Omaira. An amusing expression appeared on Maryam's face seeing their hands behind.

" Are you guys hiding something?" She asked curiously.

Coming near her both of them handed her two gift boxes. Maryam's eyes twinkled with amusement seeing the gift boxes. She looked at them questioningly only to find them grinning silently.

" Presents? For me?" Maryam asked and they nodded their head.

Opening one of the boxes Maryam was awestruck by the hair bent inside it. The hair bent was made of some beautiful pearls and stones. She looked at Omaira who jumped on her.

" Happy Mother's Day Mamma," Omaira said kissing Maryam's cheeks.

She asked emotionally," You made it for me?"

" Yes," Omaira replied giggling.

Omaira is very fond of making new things out of stones and other stuff. She might be a little girl but seeing youtube she became a fan of arts & crafts. She is a talented little girl. Yesterday, when she went to school one of her friends was talking about mother's day and gifting something to her mother. That's when this idea came to Omaira's head.

" This is one of the best gifts I ever got," Maryam said putting the bent on her head.

Pulling Omaira into her chest she flooded her face with adorable kisses. After a long time, Maryam laughed genuinely.

" And, what did you bring for me, Yamir?" Maryam asked opening the next box.

She became dumbfounded by the cute fluffy teddy bear inside it. She looked at Yamir with disbelief who was showing his teeth. This teddy bear was gifted by Mikaeel. Since it's way too old, some of its furs came out along with the stitches. But, still, Maryam kept it with her. Whenever she used to feel lonely or down she would sleep hugging it tightly. Yamir noticed it a lot of times so he decided to mend it. He coloured its fur and brought a few bit changes.

" Didn't you like it, Mamma?" Yamir asked with hopeful eyes.

Pulling him into a tight hug Maryam started crying. She couldn't hold back her tears anymore.

" I loved it. How did......... I love you kiddos. I love you a lot," Maryam hiccupped while kissing Yamir's forehead.

Maryam was way too happy to get those gifts from her kids. She couldn't believe they love her so much. Since they surprised her, she wanted to do something for them too. She was thinking about a trip during this summer vacation.

She knew that without Yardan's permission she can't do anything so she decided to talk to him. She went to his office. She could have waited until he returns but she couldn't control her excitement. She wanted to share it with him.

" Omi made this! That's so beautiful," Yardan said getting amazed when Maryam showed the hair bent.

Maryam said chuckling," She loves me so much. She is only 8 years old but just look at her maturity!!!"

" After all she is my daughter," Yardan said proudly.

Maryam mumbled in an inaudible voice," She is Mehzabin api's daughter."

" What about Yamir?" Yardan asked.

Maryam answered having an affectionate smile," I don't know how he always understands my soul."

" How?" Yardan asked but Maryam doesn't want to tell him about Mikaeel's gifts.

Maryam didn't reply. She just sighed looking down. A few moments passed between them without any talking. While Yardan was busy staring at Maryam, she was lost in her thoughts.

Suddenly, Maryam felt Yardan getting way too close to her. Before she could understand anything he dipped his head inside her hair inhaling her scent. Slowly he started peppering kisses over her shoulder & neck.

He mumbled in her ear," You are smelling so nice."

" Please," Maryam murmured trying to move away from him.

Yardan whispered in her ear," You want a baby, don't you?"

Maryam stilled in her place and sucked her dry lips nervously. The only thing she knows is that she doesn't want to lose another baby. She doesn't want to go through the same pain again.

" My baby will leave me," Maryam answered looking down.

Yardan said caressing her cheeks," Our baby won't leave us. Trust me."

The word our baby felt so foreign to Maryam. He never mentioned like that about her children. She raised her eyes only to meet his eyes staring back at her with lust. And, love? She doesn't know.

" Our baby?" Maryam asked innocently.

Dipping his head in the crook of her neck he replied," Yes. Don't you want a baby of ours?"

" My baby won't leave me again, right?" Maryam asked for assurance.

He answered kissing her neck," Yes."

Cupping her face between his palms he joined his forehead with hers. Maryam closed her eyes instinctively and he did the same too.

" Let's make a baby," Yardan said smiling.

In response, Maryam nodded her head slightly. Soon, she felt his warm lips capturing her dry lips. She also responded closing her eyes. She circled her hands around his neck while he placed gentle passionate kisses all over her jaw and neck.

Removing her tops he latched on her nipples. Maryam grabbed the collar of his kandura tightly. After a long time, she was feeling these sensations. Instinctively her breathing got heavier and a few moans left her mouth.

Maryam's clothes are now scattered on the floor along with his clothes. She was laying on the couch under Yardan. Sounds of smooches from wet lip kisses continued echoing in the whole room.

Resting her legs on his shoulder he thrusted inside her in one go. She arched her back clutching the couch tightly. She moaned feeling his fingers playing with her sensitive nipples.

When they were done Yardan started breathing heavily joining his forehead with hers. He was taking relaxed breathing and Maryam can feel the contentment in him.

" We will have our baby soon," Yardan said kissing her forehead.
