Closing remarks

This book was uploaded on January 28, 2023, and it was completed today, June 18, 2024. A total of 2.11 million words were written, which can be regarded as a regular update. In fact, according to the outline of the book at the beginning, it should either end at the Valley of the End or continue to the Boruto storyline. This is what I planned at the beginning.

But at present, I think too much. I don’t need readers to tell me. I can feel that the more I write, the more boring it becomes. In fact, for online writers, this is almost a common problem. There is almost no rest for a year, and when a book is two or three million words, there are not many authors who can keep writing interesting plots.

Those who can do this are all great or even platinum authors without exception.

At the very least, only those authors who can steadily get the boutique badge can reach this level.

Authors like me who can only write fan fiction are really not up to the standard.

For a book, whether it is interesting or not is directly reflected in the subscription. The peak subscription of this book is when the protagonist leaves Konoha and until the establishment of Hikari Village. At that time, the 24-hour subscription of a single chapter was around 1,000, and the average subscription of this book was steadily moving towards 2,000. For a failed author like me, the average subscription can be more than 1,000, or even 2,000, which is already very exciting.

My dream is naturally to become an author who can get a boutique badge, but it seems that my level is here.

Then it will enter a weak period.

The update is not strong, and the plot seems to be just reading from the book. There is no highlight, no attraction, and it is pure water. The decline in subscription is the most direct manifestation, and it is a cliff-like decline. I originally thought about finishing it at the Valley of the End.

I just feel like some things are not finished.

I just wanted to force myself to keep writing. Whether it was time travel or the Boruto storyline, I actually considered a lot. But I didn't express what I wanted to say completely. The point is that I didn't have the passion to write, so how could I write a story that would satisfy the readers?

I don't know if this is a bad ending, but at least it gives a reasonable ending.

From the final results alone, this book, at least for a failed author like me, I don't think it is a failure.

It's just that compared with the Uchiha book, it was not written very smoothly.

Whether it's the process or the final ending.
