Court case begins after Two Months.
Bank Advocate:
Your Honour Sir.
Kumar is present here, Sir.
Branch Manager has not attended the Court Sir.
Kumar’s Advocate:
Your Honour Sir.
Without Bank Official How can the case proceed further Sir.
I want to cross question the Branch Manager Sir.
The Hon’ble Judge to note this point Sir.
Judge:
The case is adjourned for want of Bank Official.
The case is posted after Two Months

Bank Advocate:
Your Honour, Mr. Kumar has swindled the bank money by using the fake FDR’s, Sir.

Are there any documentary proof?
Bank Advocate:
Yes Sir. No Sir.
Kumar’s Advocate:
Your Honour Sir.
Bank Advocate has no sufficient proof of evidence in Kumar’s financial fraud case.
Judge:
Branch Manager never attends Court.
Bank never submits documents.
Mr. Kumar attends regularly to Court in the case.
Advised Bank Counsel.
Kumar’s Advocate:
The case is going on for the last 3 years.
Only Adjournments Sir.
I request the Hon’ble Judge to decide the case ex-parte Sir.
The Case is Adjourned for another Two Months.
Like this Court adjourns this case for more than Three Years.
Kumar gets bail very frequently, whenever he applies for bail.

Due to non-availability and non-submission of sufficient evidences against Mr. Kumar, the case is decided in favor of Mr. Kumar.
This case is closed for want of evidences.
Moreover, the Complainant have not responded at all.
Mr. Kumar is innocent.
He is relieved of from the Bank Fraud Case.
He be reinstated into Bank Service and Pay all his monthly salaries from the date of his suspension.
The Judge also annoyed that this case is not allowed to contest in any other higher Court.
The Judge has given this Order.
THE CASE IS DISMISSED FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE AGAINST MR. KUMAR.
MR. KUMAR IS LET OF FREE FROM THIS CASE.
THE CASE IS CLOSED.
