FUNCTION HALL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION;
[FOR Marriages and related programs, meetings, general programs, college related programs/events, religious functions/prayers, political meetings, government functions, private functions, job related Fare, promotional functions, cine/movie related audio-video functions, drama functions and any other inauguration events/functions, including festival season functions etc)]
It is a good concept to build a very good FUNCTION HALL at the outskirts of HYDERABAD CITY (India). This will facilitate various types of above stated events/programs. This Function Hall Construction/Building with latest technology and facilities to be made available would be a very good concept.
The facilities shall include the following:

The Land requirement would be minimum 15 Acres. The Cost of Construction and the Investment would be comparatively less when compared to other Projects stated above.
The time required to complete this Project for operational purpose would be minimum Two (2) years period.
Necessary Permissions from Municipal Authorities, Gram Panchayat/District and State Administration, wherever necessary, are needed to be obtained. All Permissions/fee/charges/licenses for Electrical connections, separate Transformer, Water connections, Drainage connections, Plumbing works, Fixtures etc, are to be obtained. Compound Wall essential. Financial Budget will be prepared at appropriate time.
This FUNCTION HALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT shall be within the reach of any sound financial person.
The returns will be in slow process. The employment opportunity will be given to local area people.
The Land cost will increase year by year. The Capital Investment on Land is not at all a dead Capital. It is an asset value, if one builds this FUNCTION HALL. This is a good Concept.
