CHAPTER – 5
CHAPTER – 5
KUMAR GETS ZERO PAY, WHY?
Kumar, the Bank employee, used to get zero pay on each salary day.
The reasons:
SALARY DAY.
ALL DEDUCTIONS.
ZERO PAY
It sounds well.
Looks to be over deductions.
Looks to be there is no proper financial planning.
But very regular, punctual to office every day.
No ‘Loss of pay’ leaves.
Very sincere to official works.
How it can happy.
“No Salary Received’. No family burdens.
No major loans.
There are SBI Life Insurance policies.
LIC Insurance, Housing Loan recovery, credit card recovery, consumer loan recovery, car loan recovery, automobile loan recovery, furniture loan recovery, salary attachment recovery, friends surety loan recovery and what not recoveries.
Every month it has been the same story.
But, one has to pay rent, milk, provisions, servant maid, gas, current bills, and water bills and maintenance charges, telephone bills, miscellaneous charges, petrol charges etc., and what not charges.
But, he will go to office regularly.
Where is the set-back?
How the person who is getting zero salary with all the deductions will survive?
How he will maintain family?
How he will have peace of mind?
Is this man thought of for a good financial planning?
He has no lands and buildings.
There is no income from any source.
He doesn’t get any back-door money.
He doesn’t get any money through corruption.
How he will manage?
What are the reasons for his getting zero pay?
How he will get good net income?
His gross income is very high.
This man has to make a perfect financial planning.
He doesn’t apply mind for planning.
He has to improve upon his financial needs and financial planning.
He should concentrate on his net pay for his personal and domestic needs.
The reason for his getting zero net pay is due to his giving sureties for high valued amount to the principal borrower in his earlier years.
The borrower has defaulted in re-paying the heavy loans taken for setting up either small scale industry or medium scale industry.
Due to salary attachments, the sureties given person are the sufferers.
The installments with interest has been getting deducted from the sureties monthly salaries and it would take several years to clear the salary attachment deductions for clearing of the borrowers loan outstanding dues.
Hence, it is, in all likely-hood not to stand for any type of any surety weather it is a small or big amount, as the days are not ours all times.
So, one should be careful while standing for surety and advised not to entangle in legal issues due to ‘money default payments’ by the borrower, to whom one plans to stand for surety.
The habit of giving financial or property sureties to anybody or to know persons, will sure land in problems one day or the other in later years, by which time, the principal borrower will either vanish or makes ‘hands-up’.
