Chapter 118 Out of Control
Norton laughed, as if remembering something, and said, "Didn't mamma get kicked out of the room by daddy?"
Norton remembers how his father was a bomb when he was sick.
Myron laughed back. "How could you get kicked out? Miss has been a long time in master's room."
Norton, smiling more brightly, takes his sister's hand in his hand and whispers, "Come on, we won't be here. Mom and Dad need some rest. Let's go play with the blocks."
Sophie did not know why, but she went with her brother.
Bane had a long sleep, and when she woke, Bert was no longer beside her, and there was the sound of running water in the bathroom.
Bane quickly got out of bed, his face contrite.
I fell asleep.
Soon the water in the bathroom stopped, and Bert pushed open the bathroom door. Bert came out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel, dripping water from his hair.
"Woke up?
Burt is naked from the waist down, showing off his abs to perfection.
She will be the heart of panic pressure down, way: "you so a sweat on the bath, very easy to aggravate the disease."
Bert dried his hair, smiled, and said, "The sheets need to be changed. They smell of sweat."
"How? I cleaned your body for you, and changed your clothes."
"Huh? Did you change it yourself?"
Soon, Bane realized that something was wrong, and the remorse on his face increased.
Bert walked over to Bane, smiling and looking in a good mood.
"How? Excuse me? You were quite brave before."
Bane, a little annoyed, said directly, "Now that you're all right, I don't need to be here."
And she was about to go straight away, but Bert stopped her.
"How? You were jealous at first, and now you want to pretend it didn't happen?"
Bane's face went red. "Don't be silly. I'm not jealous."
"Are you sure? Well, I wonder who heard that voice on the phone and started to ignore me."
He... he What!
How could he tell?
Bane did not know how to reply, even when his mouth was open, and in despair tried to throw Bert's hand off her; but before she could do so, Bert gave her a tug and pulled her into his arms.
"Why are you still angry?
"You, you let go of me!
'Then confess that you like me. That's easy.'
"I don't! No!"
Will she like him? How is that possible?
What good could I get with Bert Ron? She doesn't want to fall in love with such a man!
Bane kept reassuring himself, trying to push him away.
Then Bert picked her up and threw her on to the bed, which was so soft that there was no pain in the fall, but a faint faint smell.
The smell of Bert was so close that it crept up Bane's nose without fear. Bert had no clothes on, and they were almost together.
Bane swore directly: "Bastards! You, let go of me!"
He felt his chest vibrate and he seemed to be laughing. He didn't laugh very loudly, but he only laughed for a moment and then sneezed.
Bane suppressed a smile, then pushed him away, and saw Bert rub his nose in annoyance, saying, "You must hurry and put your clothes on, or you'll get worse."
Bert lay down on the bed, opened his arms, and said, "Come and help me to put on my clothes. You took them off after all."
"Bert Ron, shame on you!
Bert ignored her, and lay there, and soon began to cough.
Bane stifled his laughter. Not wanting to see him continue his mischief-making, he brought his clothes and dressed him.
Bert stopped his mischief, and allowed Bane to help him dress, and when Bane told him to put up his hands, he did so, and Bane refused to help him even when he was changing his trousers.
"You put on the pants yourself, I'm going to cook."
"And he went straight away without looking at Bert.
As soon as he came downstairs, Bane met Myron's meaningful look, and Bane looked embarrassed.
"Miss Reed, is master awake?"
"I'm already awake. I'm going to cook."
"Don't worry, your body is unwell, don't cook, there will be a cook to cook."
Bane couldn't help but wonder, "I'm not sick..."
As soon as he said that, Bane froze for a moment, his cheeks suddenly turning red.
"Uncle Myron, you think too much! He's ill too! '
A look of regret came over Myron's face. "It's just a cold," he said. "It won't matter."
"Myron!
She couldn't keep looking at Myron's eyes any longer and ran straight back to her room.
Bane ran into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. Her cheeks were as red as an apple and she was a little shy. She paused and pressed her chest.
I can't seem to control something.
When Bane had changed his clothes, he went straight downstairs, and found Bert sitting at the table, his brow furrowed, with an expression of disgust at the food before him.
"Don't drink coffee if you have a cold. How can you get better like this?"
With that Bane walked up to Bert, took the coffee from him, and put a cup of warm milk in front of him.
Bert frowned, and said, "Who gave you the courage?"
Bane looked calm and said, "Since you have a cold, you should be self-conscious."
To his surprise, Bert was not angry at all, nor did he tell Bane to get out of his way, as he would have been furious before.
There was something sick in Bert's brow, and even when the fever was gone he still had a cold, so that he did not look refreshed.
Bert took the milk and drank a little, frowning, but swallowed it anyway. "Where are Norton and Sophie?" he said.
"The young master and the young lady have gone to study," answered Myron. "And look at the time, the class will soon be over."
"Oh."
Bane sat down at the table, too, eating the food in front of her. She had not eaten for so long that she was hungry.
"Sophie she..."
Bert said three words, and did not go on.
"Sophie is interested in amusement parks," Bane said carelessly after swallowing his mouth. "You can take her there if you have time."
