Sugar Daddy 18. Significant Other

Alex dropped me off at the office, where he bravely walk me to my office door, then kissed me goodbye in front of everyone. Lip locking, tongue sucking, moan generating kind of kiss.

Damn! He was really marking his territory.

Francois was on leave, but he would certainly hear about this when he got back. I just hope it wasn't going to be too soon.

I didn't want to feel like I was showing off to him, I felt bad about ending it with him already.

"I'll pick you up later okay? Just make sure you're reachable. If not tell Kamaria where you're going okay?" He didn't wait for my answers, as he kissed them away from my mouth. So I just nodded and moaned my yes.

He finally left, exposing me to curious onlookers. "Work people, I'm not your main focus here." I clapped my hands to snap them from their staring and got them to start working again.

"Morning Gary. You can start typing again now." He finally closed his mouth and blushed.

I walked to my office, and start working the day away. It was near lunchtime when Gary came to my office, with gossip tabloids and printouts from various celebrity websites.

"Adriana, I think you should see this." He laid out pictures after pictures of me and Alex having dinner, flirting, and kissing in different positions at several restaurants.

"Fuck! God damn it! Call legal, and get Kamaria to see me now. Shit! I can't believe this is fucking happening!"

That whole afternoon I spent covering my ass, for my business. My face should be nameless, I shouldn't even have a last name. But now I was plastered all over the media. My clients needed anonymity, they couldn't be seen with me.

Mike the head of the Legal department said, that I need to back down right away and let Kamaria be the face of the company. Gary was handing my espresso, I was already opening the balcony door. I light up my cigarette and took a long drag.

Damn it has been a while.

"Adriana, you know I'm good right? I can do this. I can be the face of the company." Kamaria said to me while flipping through the tabloids scattered on my coffee table.

"I know you're good. You're the best Kami. It's just that deep down I still saw you as that little girl that used to follow me around my apartment." I sighed, and take another drag.

"I'll guide you, of course, we have to act fast. Before our clients find out about the tabloids. Gary, you will need to set appointments for Kamaria with each one of them, make a list from the contract that's almost expired and those with the biggest capital. Mike, you set everything in legal regarding Kamaria's new position."

I retreated back to my seat and flipped through my working calendar checking the upcoming schedule.

"Oh and Gary... Kami needs my invites for all the upcoming parties, charity, and also clubs. Damn Kami.. you need to set office next to mine. We need to share Gary before getting you a new assistant. Gary, you need to vet an assistant for Kami. That person will be your responsibility. There, that's it!" I dragged out my last smoke and puff it one last time, then putting it out.

"Any questions?" I asked the three-person in front of me smiling, as I felt like I had everything under control for now. There were no further questions from any of them, as they left my office while Kamaria stayed behind.

"You look, happy sis, I'm happy for you. The pictures were not staged, the way he looked at you, and the way you look at him, it's like something serious is going on between both of you. It's like you are in love with each other." She hugged me then left my office.

I was silent, a bit taken by her words. I knew we looked good together but love?

Damn it!

Then my phone buzzed. It's an incoming call from Alex.

Great, just great.

"Hey Addie, don't look at the tabloids and the sites...."

"Too damn late Alex. I've spent the whole afternoon with legal and my assistant to repair the damage." I slumped back to my chair and sighed.

"We're not even serious Alex. Maybe we should just end this. There's too much at risk here, I'm too fucking tired right now."

"Addie, we're fucking doing this. I thought we agree on the daddy thing that I will take care of you. So, just let me fucking take care of you. Just stay there, I'm picking you up." He didn't wait for my reply, he just hung up on me.

Okay yeah, whatever...

I sipped the new espresso that Gary had just given me, and light my cigarette. I moved to sit outside on the balcony, hugging myself, and puffing out my cigarette.

I was just finishing off on my coffee, and I didn't know how many cigarettes already when Alex showed up.

"Adriana, he's here," Gary informed me, but he was already in my office looking furious.

"Thank you, Gary, please take all my calls and do not disturb me until I'm done."  I walked back into my office, I shuddered from the outdoor afternoon cold air.

"Damn it, Addie, it's cold outside and you're wearing a sleeveless top." He took off his jacket and put it on me, his warmth and scent caressed me to the bones making me sighed.

"Thank you," I said to him. But he was not letting me go, he was hugging me. Kissing the top of my head.

"I care about you Adriana, I love you." My body stiffens immediately, he holds my face making me see his eyes.

"I know you feel it too...I'm taking it slow for you, but I can't hide it from the world. I want you, Addie, please baby." He holds me close and kissed me.

This kiss was different, it was slow and sensual he didn't push to open up. He nibbled on my lips until I finally opened my mouth, and he pushed his tongue making his kiss deeper as I moaned his name. He didn't give me his usual smirk. But his hands were caressing my neck and my back. None were sexual, but yet I felt so aroused by his simple touch. Until he finally let me go, and I was left hot and bothered.

"Okay. But we're going as slow as I want." He just nodded at my reply. No smirk, no smug. Just a simple determine nod. Then he was back to kissing me again.

He was pushing me to my table and lifted me up to my desk. And kept on kissing me slowly, and sensually. It felt like hours. Damn, I could do this forever. But then my stomach growls, making him peeled back from me and finally laughed.

"So, that's definitely a turnoff. Sorry I kinda forgot about lunch." I smiled at him. He was looking sexy, his lips were swollen from our kiss, his hair was a sexy mess because of my hands.

"Are you finished with work?" I nodded my reply and started packing up my stuff.

"Okay we're having our lunch at my place just to be safe, and we'll order in."
