The wedding date was changed, and Rozzean's wish for the wedding to happen this month came true. It will be on May 14. Rozzean told me that I don't have to do anything except wait for our wedding day because he'll take care of everything. I feel like my throat is getting dry, and my tongue is specifically looking for chocolate. So after I finished getting ready, Thes and I immediately left. I didn't wait to reach the mall to buy chocolate ice cream because I stopped at a nearby convenience store.

"I don't want chocolate, Tangi, and you bought a lot," Thes told me when I returned to the car.

I raised my eyebrows at what she said and pouted.

"I'm not giving you any; these are just for me."

I just ignored Thes and opened the chocolate-flavored ice cream I bought from the convenience store. While we were in the car, Thes kept glancing at me. I also noticed her sighing several times. I just continued eating, and when I finished the ice cream, I winced.

"Oh, shoot."

"Not enough."

Thes gasped beside me.

"Tangi, are you craving weird stuff?"

Her words caught me off guard.

"Seriously? You're craving weird stuff, right? The way you looked at me when I said I don't want chocolate. It's like you thought I'd snatch it from you even though I said I don't want it. And you ate so much of it. Half a liter, and it's still not enough? Have you taken a pregnancy test?"

Gosh... I forgot to do that! I don't feel anything different, though. Everything seems normal. I'm just craving this kind of food now.

"Not yet..."

Thes held her head.

"Let's buy pregnancy test kits; there's something off with how you're acting."

After getting off her car, we headed to the drugstore. We bought four pregnancy test kits. We decided not to go to the mall anymore and just returned to my house.

"Go, Tangi! Hurry up!"

We were in my room, and Thes sat on my bed.

"I'm nervous."

"I am 101% sure that you are pregnant! Come on! You've got four tests; use them all to be sure!"

I nodded and headed to my bathroom. I peed and opened the four pregnancy test kits, placing my urine on each one. I am so nervous! I closed my eyes and turned away from the kits. My hands were trembling.

"I haven't felt any morning sickness, dizziness, or those things pregnant women usually feel."

Suddenly, I remembered Rozzean... he really wanted to have a baby! And of course, I wanted that too!

When I faced the kits, I approached them and looked at each one.

"Positive..." I gasped when I saw one test kit showing a positive result.

"Positive..."

"P-Positive... positive! Aaaahhh!!!"

I screamed and grabbed all the test kits, then went to Thes. Her eyes widened as she stood and looked at me.

"All positive!" I shouted and showed them to Thes.

"Oh em gee!! You're going to be a mother! Wow!" Thes exclaimed and held my hand.

In joy, I jumped, and Thes did the same. We twirled around while jumping.

"Wait! No jumping! Pregnant!" Thes reminded us, so instead, we walked hand in hand while twirling.

"Gosh, I am so excited! You're going to be a mom, Tangi!" Thes said to me.

I was teary-eyed, suddenly remembering Rozzean. I sat on my bed and grabbed my cellphone.

"I need to tell this to Rozzean. I need to come to him..."

My hands were shaking as I typed the message. It was 11 am. Rozzean was already at the company. I wanted to tell him in person. I would go to his house now.

"I'll drive you!" Thes said, standing beside me.

I asked Rozzean what time he would be coming home. He didn't reply, but my phone rang, and I saw that he was calling.

"Baby? Why?"

"Uh... I wanted to talk. I'll be going to your house now... Thes will drive."

We went to Rozzean's house. I couldn't wait to share this wonderful news with him. Also, I wanted to go to the doctor for a checkup. I wanted to know how far along I was in the pregnancy. I needed to ensure that our baby was safe and healthy.

When we arrived at the house, I was surprised to see Luther.

"Oh, Thaliana, you are here," he said to me.

"Luther? What are you doing here?"

Instead of answering my question, he looked at Thes, who had just entered behind me. I saw a smile on Luther's face.

"Hey! What are you doing here?!"

I kept glancing between Luther and Thes because of my friend's shouting. Wait, is there a problem between them?

"My brother said that you are coming here with Thaliana, so I came to check. Luckily, I was nearby."

Luther approached Thes, and my eyebrows furrowed when I saw him holding Thes by the arm. My friend looked at me as if asking for help.

Are they this close with each other? Since when?

"T-Thaliana—"

"Let's go, and we will talk, Catalina."

Thes clung to the side of the sofa, causing it to move, and she got dragged along.

"Go and talk, guys, it seems like you have serious matters to discuss," I said, and Thes kept shaking her head.

When Luther successfully brought Thes out, Rozzean entered. He looked back and glanced at Luther, who was pulling Thes, struggling to break free. It seemed like Rozzean had taken half a day off from work because he knew I was coming over.

"What happened to them, baby?"

He kissed my lips and put down his suitcase on the sofa. He also took off his coat.

"I think they need to settle some things between them."
