Chapter 34 Revelation

"Mom didn't cause the fire in you island."

"What? No! W-why-"

That's impossible! I turned and leaned on the head board of the bed. I can see the way he looks at me but he seems to expect that this is how I will react.

"This is why I wanted to talk to you this whole time, but I guess you will never be ready for this encounter. You didn't want to talk to me-"

"You're lying."

I got more confused. I broke his hold on me and wrapped the blanket around my body. I lower my feet to the bed despite the pain I feel in the middle of my thigh. My mouth opened but no words came out, all he do was to confuse me. I feel like I'm going to explode with as much as I can think.

"I know you're not ready for this matter. But all I can assure you is that my mother did not cause that fire in you island. And my brother don't know a thing, that's why he's in Mar De Vena because he was also looking for answers, he found his answer in his own way. "

"So your saying that my brother lied to me?"
