#189 - Arresting Damons
Harry flew into the air on his glider, his laughter, inherited from his father, echoing from his mouth, giving the native Peter family PTSD.
"Whoosh!"
Daimon emerged through the dissipating smoke, his clothes tattered and torn, his exposed skin bearing burns, making him look utterly wretched.
"You bastards!" Daimon cursed, his already unsightly face further marred by burns and a twisted expression, enough to make a child stop crying.
"I'm going to suck your souls dry!"
Daimon roared as he charged towards George again. Compared to Harry flying in the sky, George, standing on the ground, was clearly an easier target.
Moreover, he was ravenously hungry. If he didn't feed soon, his power would plummet, and he wouldn't even be able to break through, let alone fight, though he didn't care about escaping anyway.
Faced with the bestial Daimon, George simply sidestepped, revealing a dark gun muzzle behind him.

A gunshot rang out, and a massive hole appeared in Daimon's chest. The sheer force of the impact caused Daimon to stumble, nearly falling to the ground.

Daimon grasped the lizard man's giant claws with both hands, trying to break free. Surprisingly, Daimon, who could contend with Spider-Man, proved difficult for the lizard man to restrain with one hand.
"I need some help, Hobie!" the lizard man, Peter, shouted for assistance.

Yang Le and Frank stepped out of the portal together, but Yang Le was no longer in human form. Instead, he was Swampfire in full bloom.
