“Wake…”

“Wake up… Dick…”

“Wake up! Dick!”

“Huff!” Dick Grayson woke up with a start, subconsciously trying to perform a carp jump to stand up, followed by a backflip to create distance, but the pain in his thigh prevented him from even completing the first movement.

“Ugh!” Dick bit down, suppressing the painful groan in his throat, but thanks to this pain, Dick quickly regained consciousness and was able to see his surroundings.

Wally and Megan were crouching beside him, looking at him with concern, while Aqualad Jackson stood in front of Speedy Roy, trying to wake him up.

“Are you okay, Dick?” Megan placed her hand on Dick. “We found you with a leg injury after we woke up. After removing the dart, I used the medical kit in the safe room to bandage you. How are you feeling now?”

“I’m okay.” Dick struggled to stand up with Wally’s help. Although he was awake, he was still a bit dizzy, probably due to the anesthetic, and it took him a while to recover.

“How long were we unconscious? Did anything happen after you woke up?”

“We were unconscious for about an hour.” Wally looked at the electronic watch beside him. “We entered the safe room around ten o'clock, and the time now is eleven thirty.”

“I was the first to wake up, and then I remembered Megan saying she had the ability to wake up unconscious people, so I woke her up first. Then she woke up Jackson and you, but because you were injured, we decided to bandage you first, and then have Jackson wake up Roy.”

A sound of water came, and everyone turned to look. They found Roy had already stood up from the bed, and water was dripping from him. Looking at Jackson, who was holding a water container beside him, it was not difficult to guess how he woke Roy up.

“Before I fainted, I stabbed myself with my dart, relying on the pain to send a distress signal to Batman. The computer shows that the information has been sent successfully. If something hadn’t happened to them, they would have seen it and wouldn’t have left us here.”

Dick put away his computer and continued, “You should know that we fainted after inhaling a special gas. No one knows if this gas is harmful to the human body. Normally speaking, we should have woken up in the laboratory at the very least.”

After Dick revealed all his guesses, the safe room fell into silence again. Unknown dangers were outside the door, and the lives of their mentors were unknown. This feeling was indeed uncomfortable.

Stopping the clowning Wally, Dick waited until everyone was ready before pressing the button to open the safe door.

The safe door seemed to lead to another world. The safe room was filled with soft white light, while the outside of the safe room was filled with red light emitting a danger signal, which meant that Mount Justice had entered a state of alert.

And the fact that the alert state had not been lifted for so long spoke volumes.

Everyone suppressed the unease and fear in their hearts, and moved forward step by step in the alert. Originally, Kid Flash wanted to take the lead to investigate, but because there was no information, everyone unanimously rejected Wally’s decision to send himself to death.

Moving forward slowly in the alert, they finally arrived at the hall of Mount Justice after fifteen minutes. Hiding at the corner of the tunnel, they saw a shocking scene.
