Yang Le looked disdainfully at the wriggling, struggling Starro mutate in his hand. To break free of Yang Le's grip, the Starro mutate kept extending its tentacles, binding and lashing at Yang Le's right hand, but its strength was too weak; it couldn't even tickle Yang Le.

Dodging attacks from Wonder Woman and Big Barda, Yang Le lowered his right hand slightly, and the Omnitrix's gene repair function activated, its target being the Starro mutate in Yang Le's hand.

Yang Le had wanted to do this when he defeated Black Lightning, but Yang Le's attacks were too heavy, directly killing that Starro mutate, so he was much more restrained when dealing with the one inside Hawkgirl.

It was just a guess before, but after seeing the Omnitrix's feedback, Yang Le could finally confirm that this guy in his hand was indeed a mutate of Starro the Conqueror.

After the Omnitrix's repair, Starro's original scarlet skin had turned purple and blue, and its large, raging eye reopened, looking around in confusion.

"You're awake, little guy," Yang Le kicked Big Barda, forcing her and Wonder Woman back, then looked down at the Starro in his hand.

Starro was an intelligent life form, naturally able to understand Yang Le's meaning. Although it couldn't speak, it could still communicate with other beings through its telepathic abilities.
