In the comics, the League of Assassins' headquarters is mostly described as being near the Arabian Peninsula, because in the initial design, the Lazarus Pit was on the Arabian Peninsula.
In this universe, the League of Assassins' headquarters looks like an Arabian-style castle on the surface. Although it occupies a large area, according to Green Arrow, the contents beneath the castle are much richer than those above ground.

The League of Assassins' headquarters is located in the Rub' al Khali desert. In this terrain full of yellow sand, as long as someone approaches, the vigilant assassins can spot them at a glance.
