Chapter 25

"How are you?, it's been long , how is life?" Marcella asked.

"Same old, same old, so that's your kid, Nikolai's son?"

"Yes he is MY son" Marcella said making sure to emphasize on the "my".

"Does he know?"

"I don't think that is any of your business" Marcella said getting pissed off on the fact that he was asking her those questions when he knew what Nikolai did.

"Everything you do concerns me and you know he will find out one way other" Nicholas said and step closer.

"If you know you are going to annoy me , get out of my sight and no what I do with my life is none of your business get that in your fucking head, you are not my brother, father or mother so get yourself straight" Marcella said and went upstairs, but before could Carlos pulled her back and she landed on his chest.

"Let go of me" Marcella said.

"I am sorry, you are right, forgive me" Carlos said and made no move to release her.

"It is okay, I accept your apology" Marcella said.

"I.....io perse you" I missed you.

Carlos said a nd Marcella stood speechless. She couldn't count how many nights, morning and afternoon that she wished he said that to her. She couldn't tell if he meant it personally or just that he.......missed her.

"Well, everyone has been saying that, I guess I missed you all to" Marcella said and laughed nervously.

"You conoscere Che cosa io significare, Did you miss me?" you know what I mean.

"Why would you asked that I already said I missed all of you" Marcella said.

"It's been a long time , so why don't we meet sometime later" Carlos said and you could hear the Italian in it and she moved back.

"I don't know I am not really sure if I will have the time , you ____" Marcella said because she heard them coming downstairs.

"Marcella let's get dinner ready"

"Yes mother"

"Oh I will help to, um Carlos please can you give Gaia to Marco in the living room" Ally said and gave Gaia to him but she held onto her mummy.

"Don't worry I will give him myself" Ally said and cooed to her baby as she left.

"Carlos venire e aiuto madre' come and help mother. Marcella's mother said.

Marcella followed her mother into the kitchen and so did Carlos. Carlos helped around the kitchen until Ally came and he went outside. Before Ally came they would brush each other, it will either be their fingers when they pass something to one another or their arms when they pass each other and Marcella could feel her feelings for him back.

When dinner was ready they set the table and called them all to the table. Joshua sat at her right side and Carlos decided to sit on her left when there were other vacant seats, finally everyone sat down and they all started to eat.

"So Marcella, tell us about everything that has been going on" Ally said and she wanted to groan because the last thing she wanted to do was talk about herself but she had no choice because she didn't want to be rude.

"Nothing much, my business has actually been going well in the last two years and I actually have a show this week on Friday in Milan" Marcella said.

"Oh that's great honey I am so proud of you" Marcella mother said.

"Yeah" Marcella did and turned to Joshua because she heard him cough.

"Eat slowly, here drink you water" Marcella gave him his water and rubbed his back slowly.

The all looked at her shocked and in awe at the same time but one of their eyes were filled with longing.

"In Milan you say" Marcella's father said.

"Yes , it was the place that is , no it IS the place that is now the center of attraction so it was sort of the best place to pick"

"So you would not mind if we attend" Marcella's mom said.

"Um....sure i guess, you are free to come if you want" Marcella said.

"Of course we want to" Marco said.

"It will be so fun" Ally said.

"Okay I will make reservations" Marcella said and smiled.

After dinner Marcella helped with the dishes and decided it was time to leave.

"I think we should get going, it is getting late and I have so much work to do" Marcella said.

"Oh...and you can't stay for the night" Marco said to her.

"No I can't it is going to get really crazy with work this week" Marcella said and carried Joshua in her arms because he was sleepy.

"Well then let's walk you to your car" Her father said and she nodded and said her goodbyes to Pagolo because he was staying inside with the kids.

When we got to her car outside the gate she opened the back door and put Joshua seat belt on for him and closed the door.

"You didn't park inside" Ally asked.

"Yeah I didn't want to ruin the surprise" She said.

"Will you come again soon?" Her father asked.

"Yes I will on your birthday" Marcella said and went to the drivers seat.

"At least give us your hotel address so we could come and visit you, I am sure Joshua would play with Cristo some more" Carlos spoke up from the back and they agreed.

"Okay" Marcella said and gave them the address. After saying their goodbyes she left.

The Next Day..........

Marcella took Joshua to play with the kids by the pool so that she could get some work done.

After a while they left the pool to order room service so that they could eat and watch Boss baby.

They were having lunch went there was a knock on the door, she dropped her spoon on her plate and went to the door, she looked at through the peephole and saw Marco standing there but she couldn't not make out the rest. She opened the door and saw her family outside.

"Oh my God, you guys should come inside " Marcella said and they did.

"Let me order room service, I am just really lazy to cook"

"Oh it okay". Her mother said.

"Where is Joshua?" Ally as she hugged her.

"Oh is eating in the room" Marcella said and everyone but Carlos but they didn't notice.

"Oh well brought gifts" Her mother said and Marcella saw the gifts and it was so much.

"I see that, he is going to be so happy thank you, you all should get comfortable let me call him" Marcella said and went to the room to tell Joshua.

"Hey buddy, guess who came to visit?"

"Who is it?" He asked and Cristo entered the room.

"Cristo!" Joshua squealed and jumped of the bed to hug him.

Marcella laughed as he followed Cristo out to meet them. She carried their plates out of the room to the kitchen.

"Thank you for the presents they are so cool" Joshua said as he opened his presents with Cristo.

"Where is Pagolo?" Marcella asked.

"Oh he went to his girlfriends birthday" Marco said.

"What!" Her Mother said and they laughed.

"What Marco means is that he went to his friends birthday"

"Yes and I would like to be a princess when I grow up" her mother said and they tried to hold in their laughter, keyword tried.

"So what will you guys like to eat?" Marcella asked.

"Anything as long as it is food" Ally said they agreed because they were all hungry. The guys went to the bar in the corner of the room, while Ally went to lay Gaia on the bed because she had slept off. Her mother followed her to the kitchen and Ally came in later.

During the process of cooking, the door opened and Marilyn barged in with Lisa.

"HEY BITCH, SURPRISE, WHERE ARE YOU?" Marilyn shouted out and stopped on her tracks when she saw people looking at her. She coughs and said.

"Um.....Lisa on the counter of three run okay" she whispers to Lisa.

"One , two RUN...." Marilyn pushed Lisa out and ran out to the lobby but Marcella's voices stopped her.

"Hey Marilyn, I am here you don't need to call the cops." Marcella shouted at her.

"Oh thank God ,I swear I was about to shut myself, like I was so scared I thought the were some kind of criminals especially when they where all black" Marilyn rambled along ,unaware to the fact that they could hear her.

"Good afternoon" Lisa said.

"Hey Lisa, welcome come on in." Marcella said and they entered.

"Everyone this is Marilyn a very good friend of mine, who will totally not live me in was in danger"

"Of course" Marilyn agreed and flipped her hair and they were all amused.

"And this is Lisa my friend and assistant" Marcella said.

"Nice to meet you" Lisa said and pushed her glasses up her nose.

"Oh welcome " her mother said and gave them a hug.

"I am sorry they frightened you, it happens a lot, by the way I am Ally" Ally said.

They all exchanged pleasantries and sat down.

"Hi I am Marilyn, and I see you are Carlos" Marilyn said as she sat close to him.

"Yes?" Carlos said but it was more of a question.

"If you break Marcella's heart one more time, I will break your fucking penis when you have a hard one and feed it to you okay" Marilyn said then smiled sweetly and Carlos choked on his drink. She stood up and went to join the girls in the kitchen because she was satisfied with his reaction.

When the food was ready she went to get, Cristo and Joshua, but she was pretty sure Joshua won't eat much because he had already been eating before they came. During lunch Gaia woke up and Ally went to carry her from the room only for Gaia to be carried by Marco.

After lunch they stayed for a while and had a brief conversation and left.

Marilyn and Lisa helped washed dishes while Joshua went to sleep.

"I am so glad you guys came today, you all can help me with work"

"What who told you we came here to work , we came to partay" Marilyn said.

"I felt that I should become early and help you with work" Lisa said.

"And I hope you know we are staying here" Marilyn said.

"I could stay in another hotel though" Lisa said.

"No it's okay you can stay here I will enjoy the company"

"Okay then I will go take a shower" Lisa said and Marcella nodded then she left.

"Soooo I spoke with Carlos" Marilyn said after a while.

"What! What did you say" Marcella asked her.

And she laughed.
