The Earth of mist ch51
Dina and Selma
Selma knew she would die early, but she never imagined she would die that way.
All she dreamed of was traveling, seeing the world and having a little fun before she began to realize her own dream of working in the field of different masks on faces she wanted to be the most successful person who could change someone else's features and dreamed of working in the field of cinema.
I'm sure I'll make it
Selma used to repeat that to herself when she started her own business, which was stealing, which went from being forced to pay off debts, and it became a sensation in her life, and she felt happy doing it, and then she felt guilty after she ended up thinking about her father's face when he found out.
Selma's condition changed when she met Naomi, and she turned further after seeing Dina, who was staying in a hotel next door the night that Selma killed that supervising man.
When Dina oversees what she has seen, she is in shock. She wants to call Sarah and tell him what has happened, but she is afraid and hesitant to do so and eventually retreats What if I was dreaming, as Amjad says, that I was going crazy and delirious. Dina thinks with her heart pounding fast, and when she opens the door and looks outside, everything was fine.
And after all these years, it's still the image of Oliver's face dying for the last time, the fear, the moment the soul withdraws from the body. The last seconds of this world, she tremble when she remembers the subject.
And worse, Peter stood up, made sure Oliver was dying, and worse, fear left her paralyzed.
She could not scream for help, she could have saved him if she had had some courage years passed, and she did not answer Peter's false accusations that she had left him at the beginning of the road, that she had cheated on him with his only friend, Peter's friend. She could not tell anyone the truth about her horror of Peter, that she could not stand in front of him and stop him from seeing her children.
It took her mind to think that what had happened was an accident and Peter was not in his nature.
But even worse, suddenly her mind changes and she begins to see Oliver coming to her every night without stopping. At first, he stands in front of the window, watching her sleep, and when she wakes up terrified, he is gone. But in time, he begins to appear in frightening, frightening forms. At first, Amjad thought it was an accident. But over time, as her situation changes, he decides to ask Mama Sarah for help. He knows how to love Dina and they have so much in common
But Peter's return to their lives and disappearance made Dina frightened until she collapsed into the hands of Mama Sarah one day and told her the only truth that Peter knew when she was a murderer. Mama Sarah did not believe what Peter heard, the quiet boy her friend's son, but suddenly she was silent as if she had recovered a memory, but refused to share it with Dina.
All she could do was hold on and keep quiet. She felt empty. She thought things would be different with Mama Sarah, who didn't tell Amjad or the police about it.
The more she tried to forget, the more she remembered the face, she even tried yoga and meditation and everything so she could make it happen and calm down again.
She began to feel that the lives of her children were in danger when, at night, Oliver watched the girls sleep, the horror that caused her to wake up at night more than seven times to make sure that the girls were breathing and that there was no harm in them.
But Amjad went to hell, and he saw Dina, the quiet woman, go crazy little by little, and when she first talked about Oliver, he made sure she was completely out of her mind, because Peter, as Amjad thought, was just a dumb idiot who could never do that.
As Dina becomes bored at first and accuses her of making trouble to draw attention, she becomes even more mad, turning their lives into hell, until he decides to go to a psychiatrist to help her.
When Dina decided that Oliver and Peter were real, Amjad was insisting that what she saw was crazy, she took advantage of Amjad going to work and giving the girls to Mama Sarah. She decided to follow this strange dream where she saw herself standing in front of a particular hotel. When she searched, she confirmed that it was there.
And finally she found herself there, and what made her make sure she was going in one direction she had to go to was that she had the same room number two that she always saw, and she didn't understand what it stood for.
Until the girl there found Selma standing in panic and walking away.
When Dina approached in curiosity, she saw a bloody man inside the room; she thought the police would come. But when everything disappeared, Dina began to suspect that she was living a life within an illusion, and maybe all this is not real, maybe her imagination while still dreaming or she's inside that girl's dream.
Dina only understood that she had to go all the way to the end and she had nothing to do but that She was sure that her little girls were in danger because of her silence years ago on a crime But the terrible thing was the next day when she found Selma on her way to do her job normally Dina felt dizzy, and it was Salma's hand that helped her until she sat down and made sure she didn't need to see a doctor there
She made sure that she didn't need to see a doctor there. What made Dina make sure that all that went wrong was seeing Oliver's parents there drinking coffee quietly.
Does the years make them forget their only son's death Do they forgive her Her silence Is she able to tell now and tell them about the murderer of their only son who lives his life, works and loves and that nothing ever happened?
