Regular life again
We bid the newlyweds a good honeymoon in the city of Honolulu in Hawaii. Aaron and I decided to spend the rest of the two days here in Hawaii visiting numerous private and public beaches both.
For reasons which are obvious, we had security coming with us everywhere we went.
But at night, the private beaches across the resorts were something I loved the most.
Aaron and I were floating with the waves when I hold his hand and ask, "Why am I so obsessed with the moon, Aaron?"
My question had no potential answer, but I still ask him. I wasn't wearing my spectacles fearing that they will wash off when a big wave will crash on us.
"Maybe because we always gave time to ourselves in the night. In the day, we're working for others but at night, it's just about you. Isn't it?" He says. My thoughts were read so beautifully by him, he knows everything about me and I was happy that he did.
"Maybe. Yeah. You're right." I admit as he shows a big smile on his face. I chuckle and swim closer to him. A soft wave makes us bounce with it and I almost lose my balance on the sea bed below.
"Whoa! Careful there." The man holds me from being washed away. "Thanks." I hold onto him, but suddenly he pulls my body towards him with ease.
I was enchanted with his strong arms as I keep staring at them, especially his bulky arms attached to his shoulder region. I was touching him unconsciously, the next wave distracts me as I float up with the water again.
"You're obsessed with my physique and I can see it." He says, I look into his eyes crinkling with mischief.
"And you're obsessed with mine. We're committing the perfect crime again." I say as he chuckles at my dialogue. Pulling me to kiss his lips, I melt into his arms and let myself be held in his embrace.
"Ah... The moon does something to me."
"Me too. I feel extra in love with you under it. Don't you agree?"
"That's what I have been saying." I say to which he nods in agreement.
We play a little while more and come back into the hotel room with sandy feet.
We take a shower directly. It was an understatement when I say we were smelling literally like 'the ocean', the water was stinking with bacteria.
Applying my hair products and leaving them in a bun, I see my boyfriend looking at me with adoring eyes.
"What?" I chuckle and enquire, "Nothing. Just admiring my future wife." Oh god, I'm turning into lava.
"Stop..." I mumble as he back hugs me. I shampoo his hair with my own products, which were obviously different from what he uses. Men and their products are so economical.
It was as if they were invented with an overview of how a middle class man would plan out his budget and dedicate a percent of it to women's products. Whatever cents of money he is left with... he can afford the top men's essentials within that budget.
After the shower, Aaron blow dries his hair with the gadgets provided by the hotel and compliments on the product.
"You like it?"
"Yeah, but it's so expensive." He says while playing with his own hair. I chuckle and take the blow drier and use it on myself, "But it's nice, right? In today's pollution such products will keep your hair safe. Chemicals protect chemicals, and that's why the government won't take care of the pollution anymore."
As I speak, his jaw drops as I realise in the blink of an eye.
His Enterprise is all about designing motor parts!
Bursting out in laughter, I hug him tightly as his girly girl accent says, "I'm disappointed, girl! I know our carbon footprint is massive but... ugh! I'm hurt!" He says with a draggy Karen accent which makes me laugh out more enthusiastically.
He really is a mood maker.
"Anyway, thank you for the idea. I'll let my workers know things about these soon. We're responsible citizens of this planet, Ravine." Making a mini statement for himself, he smacks my butt loudly, harshly and begins to walk away.
At night, we sleep naked as I hug him tightly.
Suddenly, before I could fall asleep, I remember about the incident which occurred two years back in Hawaii.
John... that psychopath...
I take a deep breath and release all my tension.
"Hmm? You're thinking about something."
"You're awake?" I ask, looking up to see he was awake indeed. His eyes were looking down at me with a frown.
"Do you feel uncomfortable? Should I increase the security?" He asks as my eyebrows begin to relax. Chuckling, I shake my head.
"Why would you increase the security now? There are no threats for a tough guy like yourself now." Saying, I cuddle into his chest.
"Don't know. Just to assure you maybe, I'll appoint some more." He says.
"Thank you, but there's no need for that. Besides, the greatest knight in shining armor is here beside me."
"That's right. Argh."
"WHOA!" I giggle loudly when he turns me while hugging so I now rest on his body. He's like my big tough couch to lay on. Except, this personal couch had hands to hug me and I log that raises when I grind on it too much.
I'm in love with this couch.
