Couple delight
The next day, news channels distributed all kinds of stories available for creativity. They crushed a lot of our personalities, showed me and him as a failed couple and what not. We stood strong, however.
We weren't the ones to dwindle against such a small breeze.
Aaron was getting ready for his work again. Today, he stands proud and meets with many eminent businessmen to discuss a lot of things.
"Bye, love. I'll get something for us today."
"No, I forbid you. After two years, I've finally learned how to cook and you want me not to put my skills into use? Let's not do that." Saying, I kiss his cheek and watch him leave. I take a deep breath in. The mansion is however a lonely place with us two living here. When he left, there was loneliness lingering around every corner of the house.
I sigh, I shall engage myself in a few errands and get to work too.
After awhile in the afternoon, I get a call from my studio to visit the new scene. I agree. I was free as hell anyway.
Reaching there on Aaron's old, beloved bike, I get down and stare at the exterior of my building. We haven't changed. I hope Charlie and Gerroto and everyone else haven't either.
As I walked inside, I was greeted by my best boys.
"Hey, businesswoman! How are you!?" Charlie's appearance makes my jaw drop to the floor. He was as presentable as he always was. There was an added glow to his face.
"I'm fine, love! Where's your boyfriend?" I ask him.
"He's shooting with a different guy today. Thought I'd accompany him." I nod my head.
"That's great." I suddenly remember mu promise to my man. I would never let anyone else lay a finger on me, other than himself I said. I was surprised to know Charlie and Gerroto, being in a relationship were comfortable with this stuff. I was proud of how their relationship progressed so well.
We hung out at the cafe downstairs after I've dealt with my work. Turns out, the male actor was Gerroto himself for the film. They've decided it on the spot, without letting me know. They knew I'd agree anyway.
At six in the evening, I realised my man will come back home all tired. He would feel blue when I won't be at home, receiving him in my arms. Saying my goodbyes, I leave to our house.
I see his car already parked there. The engine was still warm. Parking his bike beside the car in the garage, I enter inside our mansion. He was still in his work clothes, but his bag was down beside the couch and he laid across the couch with his elbow on his forehead.
"Welcome home, baby." I coo, falling on my knees softly while caressing his hair. He brings his arm out to surround against me. Chuckling, I lean against him. He talks about his day and his profound meetings with his new business partners.
"That's great! So they do acknowledge you."
"They do. I presumed they'd have prejudices against my past. They know I was a porn film director back in the days, but now when I've showed I don't possess that identity anymore... they were cool with it." He says. I sense the feeling of longing in his voice as he spoke. He really loved his job. I am shameful of this society of elders who contribute nothing but stress and give speeches which aren't worth.
"That's... great."
"Although, I'm worried about you." He says. Humming, I say to him, "Is it because I'm still a pornstar and can't walk with my face up yet? I know, I get it." He at once sits up straight and stares into my eyes.
"Ravine, if there was anyone out there who spoke to you like that, even me, I won't spare them. It's your passionate profession. There's no need to keep your head high or low. It's about being right and never wrong. Don't give me that face." He sleeps back down as I chuckle. My furrowed eyebrows slowly calm down as he invites me to sleep on his huge body.
After awhile, he says he wants me to join him in his office. I agree for the next day.
The next day arrives. I've packed each other some lunch and snacks while he was dead beat on introducing me to his cabinet members. Not everyone of his employees, just the crucial members of the company.
As he invites me inside, his hand lightly pushing the small of my back, I awkwardly smile at the seven older men in the room. They stop their discussion to smile up at me. Most of them did. Others were displeased that I polluted their sacred workspaces with my presence.
"Good morning, gentlemen. She is Ravine, my beautiful girlfriend. She will be staying with us for a while today. Please be kind to her." Saying, his secretary appears from behind.
I recognise him right away.
He places his corporate pad on the desk and shakes my hand, a pleasant look on his face.
"I remember you, Mr. Shay! It's been so long since we met."
"Well, it's not everyday that our boss gets you to his workplace. Please, make yourself comfortable."
"I sure will, thank you Mr. Shay." Saying, we go into the CEO's cabin. Everything was so neatly made. I loved this.
As I approached the desk, I hear the lock of the door being shut. I turn around, too see Aaron's eyes in a menacing tone. It was darkening, mine were too.
His hands were placed on either sides of my waist on the desk. Curse his height, he is so tall for me. Almost a feet taller than myself.
I look up to see him stare deep into my soul.
"How is my office?" He asks, his finger under my chin. I hum, unable to speak straight. His leg was slowly rubbing against my inner thigh. I close my eyes, pleading him.
"Kiss me, please."
