Chapter 1 a nightmare

There have been many things I wanted to be as a child.

A hero who saves everyone.

Someone who everyone could rely on .

I wanted to be someone special.

I wanted to be a protagonist like those in the story .

But reality hit me hard I kept trying my best but it grew smaller and smaller until I decided to make everyone smile.

I decided that I would do things to make others laugh I did pranks, I broke rules, I became the clown.

I made everyone think I would do anything.

But even that fell apart.

I got into the most prestige's academy.

I did what I did I made tons of friends.

I even have a close friend rein who is a commoner like me .

We both were a duo but after the ranking exam which happens every month.

He got people besides me . He even has multiple girls in love with him .

That's when I started to notice his strength, how everything was like a story like a fairytale.

I already knew my place before meeting him I knew I wasn't special.

I tried my best making my jokes so he would get out of situations, doing my best to support him ....

But I realised that I wasn't doing this because I wanted him to succeed all I was doing was just self pity.

To fill my own ego to not brake .

Now , I regret everything not trying to do better not working harder .

And my deepest regret running here inside of this alley where this assassin was ...

Not only was this assassin a famous person who stood at the top .

The assassin was also a killer who made sure to make the person feel the most pain .

Right now my limbs are cut , my body is getting slowly cut from the inside to the outside as she has injected me with a preserving potion which is used in live stocks to keep the meat fresh.

Even if I could die from the pain the potion is not letting me .

My brain is getting overwhelmed, all I can she is her face and body slowly cutting and breaking me apart.

After what felt like eternity was only 10 minutes as he would die finally after his body was nothing more than just a head.

His head would go blank .

He would fall in a what seemed to be this dark abyss.

Finally he would see light.

Blinking he would wake up grasping for breath.

Holding his chest tightly.

He looked at his to see if they were still intact.

Looking around he would see his drom room .

He would check the clock as it 5:00 two hours before the first class starts.

His eyes would wander until it would land in the calendar as it now showed sun 2/8 meaning it was the starting day of the week was starting as well as it was a week before what he had experienced.

He was confused, bewildered.

His emotions couldn't be described.

His head working faster than ever process the memories of what happened as he would run to the bathroom throwing up .

His hands would shake as he would touch the mirror.

He would see himself not with his limbs , with his guts still intact, no holes in his body , not cut into pieces.

He would throw up more the more he tried to remember.

He wondered if it was just a bad dream a nightmare but the pain , the emotions he felt were engraved into his mind that it was as if it was a painting.

Walking out of the bathroom he opened the medication box which is there in every dorm room for emergencies or something similar.

He take out claiming pills.

It would start to take affect claiming him .

His mind started to clam down .

Being able to think properly now he looked back at the events that had happened to him .

Putting on his school uniform.

He head out of the dorm room.

Not because he was unshaken but because of habit.

His defensive mechanism was to act normal and be his loud and annoying self .

Acting like his usual self was nothing to him .

He would burst through the class door when the lesson is taking place.

Positioning himself with his one leg down while taking out a buket of flowers.

"Your lovely as ever miss Niko"

Miss Niko having already gotten used to his antics would not even talk back .

Sighing she say "ha just go to your seat."

Putting the flowers in her desk . He walk to his desk where he finds rein sleeping on the desk with his head down .

Sitting next to him . He would start to poke at him .

Rein annoyed would look to see who it is .

Really " Su?"

Su being the name given to him by rein because of how close they are .

Su teasingly say "Well mister sleepyhead it's time to wake up you don't want to lose your top ten ranking right?"

Rein annoyed but knowing he is right would not argue back because if he didn't get in the top ten Luna the worst person to him at least would nag him until death .

The lesson continuing on Niko being the teacher for magic would explain about more advanced magic.

Su not paying attention himself started to fall asleep but unlike before where it was because he didn't pay attention. It was now because of the things that happened.it was more of a trance.

"Mister Saski Nasuki it seems you find this class boring why don't you do complete this magic formula on board "

Su snapping out of his trance he jolt awake confused but slowly processing her words.

Niko now being more annoyed would say it again but now having more of an annoyed voice " since you find this class boring come up here and complete this magic formula"

Looking at the board he would notice that this formula was the same as before.

He walked out of the desk walking forward.

As he walked forward the other students would already be taking.

"Why even bother."

"I know right it's the same even if she calls him to do it "

More stuff would be said but Su not thinking properly he walk up to it already knowing what to do since he was brought here before.

His hands would move without a single drop of hesitation.

The magic would be completed.

The other students thinking it be wrong would try to criticise him .

"It's right "

Hearing what Miss Niko had said.

All of their faces would turn that of shock .
