CHAPTER 14

CLARK'S POV

Goodness Gracious!!, Vanessa pregnant for me? That can't be fucking true and i can't have anything to do with her, oh no!…

I glared at mom in shock and surprise as my eyes darted to aurora's as we made eye contact, she cracked obviously on seeing me in a bad state as she covered her mouth with her palm in other not to laugh out, she obviously making mockery of me, she seem so less concerned about the recent situation that wish to knock her forehead.

I angrily turned to Vanessa as she winked at me… guess she is happy now and thinks she has won.

"Doctor, how could you possibly call her unborn baby mine when you didn't do a test?… is that how you do your work?" I asked angrily, already pissed off.

"Hey chill, Clark, you don't have to be pissed off With this shit, the doctor was right when he said congratulations to you, it's a thing of joy, you know?, you really need to get used to this and for the DNA test i have already conducted one and its positive you can check it out yourself honey" she said as i glared at her boiling in anger, my mom's presence here is a disaster i swear! If not this lady would have been at the hospital by now.

I took the paper from her and tore it into pieces leaving everyone in shock by my attitude but i don't care… i don't fucking give a fuck!.

"Vanessa, go to hell with your fake test!The doctor is gonna conduct the test right here and now by the way if i can remember… the last time i slept with you was about one month ago and i haven't gone to that club you work in ever since then so…?" I asked as she suddenly turned dumb as my mom looked at her obviously expecting her to talk but i have tied her down.

"Doc please conduct the test" I ordered as he nodded slowly.

After all said and done the test result was out…

"Mr clark the truth of the matter is that the young lady is pregnant but the sperm in her doesn't match with yours so the child isn't yours" the doctor said as my face brightened up in a smile, my mom and equally aurora was speechspoilts my mom suddenly turned to vanessa in disgust.

"So this is what you do?… go around pushing your burden into innocent people?!, like seriously your intention was to push yourself into my son's life for his money right?… sad to say but you weren't wise enough!! Now get your delivery ass outta this mansion before i lock you up!!" Mom shouted as Vanessa quickly ran out of the mansion in fear without even saying a daring word.

"Doctor, you really should stop being an ass and do your job well next time or you should consider quitting your job" i said as he nodded quickly.

"I will never be an ass again, I just thought it was good news for the Royal family," the doctor said in fear as mom smiled slightly at him.

"Not to worry young fella… i understand you and for your payment?, i will transfer it to you" mom said as the doctor bowed and left.

Almost immediately the doctor exited the door. My mom turned to me and gave me a resounding slap as a little blood spilled out of my mouth. I was so shocked and scared especially by the way she glared at me… I have received countless slaps from my mom but not as painful as this one.

"Mom wh…" I tried saying as she landed another hard one across my face as Aurora gasped in shock and surprise.

AURORA'S POV

I have never seen queen marguerite so angry before and seeing her angry today i must say it is very bad, i was really feeling clark's pain as his cheeks turned red and his eyes clouded in pending tears.

Like seriously i thought that only a lover could control a rude and spoilt boy but guess i am totally wrong, Clark seems so humbled to just his mom because only his mom shouts and hits him, he is just like a kid in the presence of his mom and turns wild in the absence of his mom.

I don't really know if i am being heartless but i kinda love him feeling the slaps from his mom by the way he bullies, tortures, and frustrates me without any feeling at all.

"Clark i am so disappointed in you… after all this years of trying to train you right, you still ended up a total spoilt brat!" The queen said admist tears, i could feel her pains as a mom… after all the training the ingrate ended up a fucking monster! "Clark didn't i try!, didn't i!?, i made sure i did my best as a mom and provided all you wanted, i thought i was reallu doing well as a mom when you turned 19 and surprised me by launching a party for your mall which amazed me especiallu when i learnt that it was your own money i obviously was the happiest mom then but i guess i was being stupid!!, you used your fame to get under any girls legs obviously you have slept with almost all the England sluts and those califonia dirty bitches… clark i am so ashamed of you!" The queen shouted as she tried running up to her room but was held back by clark.

"Mom please… i really am sorry" he pleaded looking pulgy and sad as the queen spanked his hands off her skin.

"Get your filthy hands off me!… you disgust!!" She shouted and left to her room as clark slumped back on a couch in shock and and surprise.

I know how it feels when mom uses hate words on me and I really feel his pain.

I felt the urge to go sit close to him and cuddle him on my chest… but no that can't happen with Clark, Clark won't see it as me comforting him but his silly brain will go as wide as to think that I like him.

I was really feeling awkward as just me and him sat alone in the big parlour, I stood up quietly from the couch and made it to the stairs.

"Aurora please wait…" He demanded as I halted at that spot without turning back at him.

"Please can I get a cup of coffee from you?… please?" He said softly leaving me in a slight shock but what can i do?, this is the first time he is asking me for a favour and if this is gonna be the only way i can help his mood then its okay by me.

I turned to him and stared at him for some seconds before nodding in agreement and stepped down the stairs.

"What kinda coffee do you want?" I asked

"Cappuccino coffee please… And please i need hand made coffee and not with the coffee maker" he said as i frowed my brows.

"Why?…" i asked confused

"Because I want it that way!… no questions" he said harshly as i angrily glared at him and walked my way to the kitchen.

I would have just gone to my room after he shouted at me but i decided to chill and not make matter out of it, he doesn't have the right to fucking give me orders in that manner i am fucking not his wife even if i might be soon, there are lots of maids in this mansion that can make coffee for him… i will just do the goddamn coffee because of his humble approach and if not that i would rather have the coffee wasted on his face.

I made the coffee and served it to him as I walked straight to my room, sat down and decided to check the credit alert I was getting from unknown numbers.

I turned on my phone to see some text messages from various people as I clicked on one.

HEY AURORA I SENT THE SUM OF 50 THOUSAND DOLLARS TO YOU SO THAT YOU COULD HELP ME GET CLARK… IF YOU NEED MORE MONEY INBOX ME PLEASE

AURA CHECK YOUR PHONE I SENT YOU SOME CASH…GET CLARK FOR ME I BEG OF YOU

I didn't bother to read the rest because I was sure it was gonna be the same Clark madness, those people are mad to think I would help with such things.

"Thanks for the cash fools!" I muttered to myself as I giggled inwardly and rested my back on the wall when I knocked.

"Yeah… come in please" i said as the door slightly cracked open as clark brought in his head first and then came in fully.

He knocked today…

CLARKS POV

I just really have to make my mom happy by all means. I can't bear to see her so angry at me that she might not reply to my greeting… yeah my mom is always mean and wicked when she is angry and she can do the unexpected.

I know all this was my fault but I can't help it… I am a guy who cries out loud .

The only way i can get my mom to forgive me is to propose to Aurora and aurora accepting and i guess i will do that not only for mom but also for my princely earning.

I walked to Aurora's room door and slightly knocked on the door. She ordered me to come in which was unlike her as I turned the door knob and came in to see her sitting on her bed with her legs folded together.

"Hey aurora…how are you?" I asked as she looked at me weirdly and signed

"I am fine… why are you here?" She asked as I bit my lower lips a little.

"Aurora i am so sorry for shouting at you earlier that was out of frustration" i said

"Is that why you are here?" She said as i shaked my head.

"No aura… it's actually that I really want to marry you… i want you to be my wife please you really need to accept this even if we are enemies but accept for the sake of my mom please aura" i pleaded as she steered at me and looked back to her phone.

"Your mom has begged me already and i have already considered it…and it's just for the sake of your mom if not that you know that it's a no no" she said

"So…?" I asked anticipating maybe a yes

"Yes, Clark, I will marry you!" She said as she rolled her eyes.

Oh sweet jesus… I just saved my ass…

Is she not making a mistake by accepting clark?
