You're mine!
Sean looked up at the large house when the car entered the high gate. It’s amazing how beautiful it is, and the garden was wide. On the side, there was a swimming pool. It was split in two and he knew the other half was for children.
"Welcome home, Miss Nicole and Young Master Sean!" They were greeted by ten servants standing at the doorway.
The Madame greeted the two with a smile at the door. Danica and Rita were also there, but both were just silently staring at them. A while later, Rita's eyes were filled with amazement as she saw Sean's face up close.
Nicole's stare immediately fell onto the little girl next to Danica. She was being held by the woman and she was obviously preventing her from leaving her side.
"Finally, you're home!" Madame Asuncion's happy voice echoed. She hugged Sean tightly.
Nicole watched the old woman happily. She was obviously happy to be with Sean.
"Daniela, Hija. Come here!" She called the child.
Her lips were pressed together and Danica was forced to let go of the child. She was fuming inwardly, especially when she saw that Steven did not want to leave Nicole's side. Rita also approached Sean and introduced herself to him. It can't be denied that she was excited to see the boy.
"Hija, remember when I told you about your brother?" Asuncion asked Daniela. "Look at him." She continued as the girl nodded.
Daniela's gaze shifted to the child her grandmother was referring to. Her brother simply winked at her and gave her a meaningful look. She got what he meant. She shyly moved behind the old woman and hid herself there.
Danica smiled and was happy with what Daniela did. Somehow she felt happy because the girl followed her instructions. Even when Steven asked her to come over to introduce her to her mother, she didn’t come close. She looked scared as she clung to her grandmother's dress.
"Let's not force her, maybe she's just shocked." Asuncion said, hoping Nicole would understand.
Nicole nodded sadly and didn't look away from Daniela. She wanted to hug her, but she didn't want her to be afraid of her. She also seemed to dislike her and preferred being next to Danica.
"Welcome home, Sean! You can call me Mommy if you want, that's also what your twin calls me. I'm so happy because Daniela has an older brother." Danica happily hugged the child and showed him how glad she was to meet him.
Sean quickly pushed Danica away from him and distanced himself as if he was disgusted. "I only have one Mommy and I don't want you!"
Rita's eyes widened as she stared at Sean. "Sean, you shouldn't be saying that! You don't know your Aunt Danica yet and hopefully you give her a chance to get close to you because she's your father's future wife."
"Then, I'm not coming back here if what you're saying is true! I will never accept this family if my father marries another woman!" Sean said firmly.
"Sean!" Nicole rebuked the boy. Even she was surprised at how he acted.
Sean turned and folded his arms to show everyone that he would not change his mind. "It's up to me to decide who will get custody of me in court when I'm seven years old. If Daddy marries that woman, I'd rather just consider Daddy Gaven as my real father."
Steven clenched his fist and was furious at the thought of his son wanting another man for his mother.
Danica tightly closed her eyes to prevent herself from bursting with anger. Her marriage with Steven is more unlikely to proceed because of the temperamental child.
Nicole quickly grabbed Steven by the arm and apologized.
"Hijo, it's better that you rest first. Don't think about that, your father and I will talk about it." The Madame calmly talked to the child.
Rita was annoyed with the boy and thought his mother had taught him that before going there. As Danica said, she didn't believe that Nicole had no memory.
"I'll take you to your room now." Steven himself carried the two bags that Nicole was carrying.
“Honey, let the maids carry their belongings."
Nicole smirked when Steven ignored Danica. She let the young man hold her by her waist, which made her old friend angrier.
"Did you see that? She planned it all using the kid, so I don't believe she has amnesia!" She pointed her hand at Nicole’s back.
Asuncion just shook her head because of Danica's complaint. Rita sympathized with her and comforted her to alleviate the resentment she was feeling. Sean had the blood of the Scout, thus it's unlikely to change his mind. This is their big problem now, because they can't get him even if they go to court. The child is smart and there's no wonder where he got it. He thinks like a grown man and knows how to decide for himself.
Steven first took Sean to his room with Nicole. She wanted to see her son's room.
"Daddy, I'm sorry for what I said, but I don't want another mommy."
Steven sighed and knelt on one knee so he could see his face up close. "Don't ever repeat that you want another father if you don't want to make me angry."
"Tell me first that you won't marry that woman!" Sean showed his stubbornness to his father.
Nicole held the young man by the shoulder, not wanting them to argue. She knew the child's request was not easy and that it might not happen. And she also didn't want to hear from his mouth the answer she didn't want to hear.
"Rest first, I'll just take your mommy to her own room." Steven spoke calmly to his son.
Nicole's room was also beautiful and she liked the green furnitures in there. The young man seemed to know her favorite color. She felt happy when she thought that.
"Danica and I have already talked. I know your first meeting with her in the company was not good. But she is the only one who can help you to restore your old memory."
"Can you bring Daniela here?" She sadly asked Steven instead of understanding his suggestion about Danica.
"I will, but rest first."
It was afternoon at that time and the doctor's advice to Nicole was to take a break for one week.
Steven was about to turn around when Nicole's cell phone rang. He saw that she answered the call immediately and she looked happy, which made him frown.
"Hey!" Nicole greeted Gaven with a smile, even though he couldn't see her.
"How are you, Princess?"
The smile on Nicole's lips widened even more when she heard the young man's endearment to her. He and his father considered her a princess in their lives. It was heartwarming because only with them did she feel the true love of a family.
"I'm fine, we missed you!" she replied. But she didn't understand Gaven's answer because someone suddenly grabbed her phone. She thought he had left already.
Nicole's mouth twitched as she stared at Steven's angry face. She tried to get her phone back, but he had ended the call.
"What's wrong with you? Gaven and I were still talking and he might worry because I suddenly disappeared on the line!" She snatched the phone from him.
"Do you miss him?"
Steven knit his brows and he looked at Nicole as if he had caught her cheating, even though they had no relationship.
"Of course! We've been apart for a long time and…"
"I'm the father of your children, so don't make the mistake of loving another man!"
Nicole's eyes widened as her mouth parted. She stared at Steven in disbelief because of what he said.
"I'm the only one who has the right to you and I don't want to share with anyone."
"Huh?! I don't remember that we had a relationship other than you are the father of my children. And to the best of my knowledge, I am free to choose the man I will love, like you who already has Danica in your life."
"You are more important to me." Steven said, short but meaningful.
The annoyance Nicole felt suddenly disappeared because of what she heard. Her damn heart suddenly pounded and felt happy. Perhaps Steven read the contents of her mind and he smirked. He became more handsome in her eyes because of his smile. She rolled her eyes and could not find anything to say.
Steven rubbed her chin to force her to meet his eyes. "Are we clear now?"
"No!" she answered quickly and frowned to hide her true feelings. Her heartbeat quickened because she was already inhaling his breath with his face so close to hers.
"You know it's bad to make me mad, Nicole!" The tone of his voice was threatening.
Nicole swallowed her own saliva and she felt her lips suddenly dry up. She knew what punishment he would give her when he became angry.
"Y-You can't do this… Your fiancee is just… uhmm!"
Nicole's opposition was stuck in her throat because of his punitive kiss. Her traitor body was quick to respond. His tongue slid inside of her mouth and kissed her torridly. It was as if he was always thirsty when he kissed her and if they weren't out of breath, he wouldn't let go.
Nicole closed her eyes tightly as the young man's kiss trailed to her chest. She lacked the strength to push him because she liked what he was doing.
"Steven, I need to take a rest…" She took a deep breath when she felt the young man's hot lips on top of one of her breasts. He was like a baby eager for a mother's milk. She really had nothing to say with the speed movements of his mouth and hand.
"Later," Steven said in a hoarse voice while kissing her chest.
Nicole did nothing when Steven laid her on the bed and he immediately went on top of her. But he was careful not to hurt her shoulder. She heard his faint growl as their bodies touched. Even though there were still clothes covering their skin, they could feel each other's heat. Heat that consumed the sanity of her mind.
"Steven?" Danica knocked on the door continuously when she noticed that he had not come out yet.
Nicole came back to her right mind upon hearing Danica’s voice. She pushed the young man away from her and tidied herself.
"Damn!" Steven muttered and combed his hands through his own hair. He left Nicole without saying goodbye and carelessly opened the door.
