Part: 34 His Bad Past

I hissed in pain and aroused in the morning as I felt pain in my inner thigh. He was inside me the whole night and he's still inside me. We lying on our one side, hugging each other.

I groaned in pain as he eased out of me. "I'm so sorry for the last night, Princess." He stared at me guiltily.

Sorry for what? Is he Sorry for crying in front of me last night?

"Why are you saying sorry?" I asked, narrowing my brows bemusedly.

"You hurt yourself for me last night. It would be hurting, right?" He asked, massaging my inner thigh gently, I closed my eyes. I'm sore but the gentle massage of his soft hand is giving relief to me.

"I'm sorry." As he again apologised, I instantly opened my eyes.

I placed a hand on his face. "Now, it's not hurting. Don't be sorry." I uttered, caressing his stubble with my thumb before placing a soft and tender kiss on his forehead.

"I love you so much, Princess." He kissed my forehead, my lips curved up into a blissful smile.

"I just got scared because of the nightmare." He told me.

"Why are you so afraid to lose me, Zain. Why do you think that I'll leave you?" I asked concernedly, clasping his face. He's looking at me, having so many emotions in his eyes.

"I'm getting so much love for the first time, that's why I'm afraid of losing it. I don't want to lose you ever. I'll do anything to keep you happy, I promise, Princess." He yanked me in his arms and hugged me firmly. I just hope this is the only reason for his insecurities. "I never thought that after mom, anybody would ever love me so much. I want to keep you safe with me forever in my arms." Now his voice is filled with contentment and happiness, I can feel it. I smiled contentedly and get lost in his peaceful arms. I feel only and only love with him.

"I want to ask you something," I uttered as we broke the hug.

"You can ask me anything, Princess." He smiled at me, tucking my hair behind my ear gently.

I smiled at him faintly. "Last night, I noticed a few scars on your body. What are those marks?" As I asked, his lips drew down and he closed his eyes dejectedly.

He sighed. "Princess, I don't want to talk about it." His eyebrows creased, his voice and his eyes are filled with pain. There is something very serious. Now I'm afraid.

"Please, share your all pain with me. Take all the pain out from inside you by sharing it with me, don't keep it inside you or else the pain will never leave you. Now I'm there for you and I won't let you fall." I clasped his face and tried my best to assure him.

"I know, you won't let me fall, but I don't want to share it with you because I don't want to make you upset." He spoke up.

"I'll be happy if you share your pain with me." I instantly said, gazing deep into his eyes.

"You're stubborn."

"Yes, I'm adamant. I want to know everything about you, about all your pain, fear, each and everything." I moved my eyes down at his chest. "Now tell me about these marks." I caressed the scars and again moved my eyes up at him.

He's staring at me with sorrowful eyes now. My heartbeat is accelerating because I'm afraid to know about his pain, but I want him to share with me everything. I'm strong, I'll handle it.

He exhaled deeply. "After my mom's demise, dad, he got married. My stepmom was a cruel lady. I was tortured by her for years in my childhood. She tortured me mentally, physically and sexually." I widened my eyes in shock after listening to the last word. He was sexually abused by her mother.

Shit! I wasn't expecting this. My poor baby! My heart is aching.

"Why didn't you tell your father?" I asked instantly in utter shock.

"My dad had no time for me. He remained busy in business and she blackmailed me that if I tell dad, she would kill me and dad, but one day dad came to know everything, and she was imprisoned. It was really difficult for me to come out of the trauma, but things get a little better when dad sent me abroad for studies. I kept myself busy in my studies. I stayed away from people, but the pain never left me until I met you. I spent many years crying at night alone, nobody was there to console me. I missed mom a lot, but with time I learned to live alone and with the pain." I pursed my lips, fighting back with my tears. He's staring at me emotionlessly. Oh god, he endured a lot of pain. I'm numb.

His lips trembled and he started crying. "I was a ten-year-old kid, I needed love. I was already depressed after losing my mom, I needed love, but what I get, was only pain and sorrow. Why me? Why only me, Princess? What was my mistake? Why did I suffer so much?" His eyes are now filled with anger. I'm utterly numb, my body froze and my mind stopped working. This was really unexpected and unbelievable. Why god, why did you make him suffer? Why do you make people suffer? What was his mistake?

"Why me? Why?" He shrieked in agony like a baby, hiding his face in my chest. I also started crying with him, rubbing his back. I let him cry because it is much needed outburst of pain.

"It was past, Zain. Now I'm with you. I'll give you all the love and happiness which you deserve." I consoled him, pulling him closer to myself and hugging him tighter. He is sobbing now in my arms like a small kid. I really never thought that he would have endured so much pain.

After some time, he broke the hug. I raised my brows in surprise and confusion as I saw a smile on his face. "You know what, now I feel blessed because I have you. You pulled me out of the darkness and from my past in just a few days by showing me the reality of life. You told me that we should only think about the present and live in present, forgetting about the past because it has been passed, but our present is in our hands and like this our happiness is also in our hands. You made me look at the positive side of life. You made me see the reality that I'm not the only one who has a problem and suffered in my life, many people are suffering, but they're living. You've changed me completely in one month. When my past starts making me depressed, I think about you and instantly my mood becomes happy. I told you that I couldn't sleep at night before, but now I don't come to know when I fall asleep, thinking about you. You're a precious gift given by god to me. I have started living happily since the day I met you, Princess. I don't want to lose you." We are now beaming ear to ear contentedly. I'm so relieved to see him so positive.

"I'm also blessed to have you. I feel completely myself with you. You make me feel stronger. I feel safe and secure with you because I know you won't let me fall." I kissed his forehead. "I'm happy to see you so positive." I hugged him happily.

We lay down cuddling each other. I just promised myself to give him all the love which he deserves. I don't want to think about his past. It is really so depressing that I'm afraid to even think about it. I was literally shivering when he was telling me about his past. I feel so bad for him and hate that bitch. I'm feeling like killing that woman. I was extremely devastated to know about his sufferings, but seeing him so positive and happy, I'm relieved.

He's caressing my hair, I'm making a circle on his chest. "You know after that incident, I started hating women. I started seeing her in every woman, but when I saw you, I feel different and happy. For the first time in my life, I didn't get angry, seeing a woman. Your one glimpse is enough to give peace to my soul. I also feel like our souls are connected to each other. You're the peace of my life and now you reside in me. Whatever is adorable in me, it's your colour. You made me shine and gave me a new life. I really love you, Princess." He confessed and kissed my lips softly with immense love. I feel like he is not just kissing my lips, he is kissing my soul. This kiss is filled with only and only love. So pure and smooth like our love.

After the kiss, we lay down in each other warm and peaceful arms, just enjoying the touch of each other bodies.

"Let's make something. I'm hungry!" I exclaimed, looking at him.

"What my Princess wants to eat?" He asked, raising his brows, stroking my cheek.

"Whatever you want. Let's just go." I uttered, taking off  the comforter from above us.

"Where you're going?" He asked, holding my hand when I was about to climb down from the bed.

"To make breakfast." I turned towards him and answered before grinning at him.

"No, you're resting and I'm going to make the breakfast." He stated sternly.

"We'll cook together." As I said, he shook his head.

"No, Princess. You need more rest. If you argue with me more on this, I'll not let you go to college today." He is again back to his professor mode.

"Okay." I agreed reluctantly, nodding my head and pouting at him.

"My cutie, baby girl." He pecked my pout, I smiled at him cutely.

He covered me with the comforter properly after climbing down from the bed. "Take some sleep, Princess. You have a lot of work today." He leaned down and kissed my forehead gently. I love him a lot. He cares for me like my dad. I'm blessed to have him. God really listened to me by giving him to me as he is seriously like my dad. I love him so much.

"I love you a lot." I encircled my arms around his neck and kissed his cheek.

"I love you more." He confessed and caressed his nose against mine.

"Now will you let me go to make breakfast?" He asked, moving his eyes at my arms which are wrapped around his neck.

"No, I will never let you go." I hugged him tightly. He hugged me back tighter, pulling me closer to himself, making me smile contentedly. I just love to be in his arms, they are my heaven on the earth.
