Chapter Fourteen
She hand over a mirror to Storm, but Storm just take the glass and instead of using it, she put it on the table
"Its always the same thing" Storm said
"Princess you are not fun" Mira said and she bring Storm cloth, she also put it on and also wear her boot
"So what next now?" Storm ask
"We have to go to the study" Mira reply
Storm nod her head, Mira lead the way and Storm follow her, they find themselves outside the Palace yard, they came across King Mila and Queen Jezebel, Storm bow to greet them
"Mother, how are you today?" She ask
"I am very good my dear" Queen Jezebel reply
"Where you heading to?" King Mila ask
"To the study Your Majesty" Mira reply
"Alright" King Mila said, Storm and her Maid went past them. King Mila lick his lips “Is this all necessary My Lady?" He ask
"My Lord, we need this girl so if we can't allow him to do other things that every other Ladies does, that will make her be suspicious of us, so let her be My Lord” Queen Jezebel said
"But the girl is ripe enough" King Mila said
"You will have your wish, but wait for another three years more My Lord" Queen Jezebel said
"I just hope she is worth the stress" King Mila said
"She is worth it My Lord, she is even more than worth it, only if you are patient till she is twenty five" Queen Jezebel said
"What about the other one, he is not here yet" King Mila ask
"My Lord you worry too much" Quern Jezebel said with smile
"Yes My Lady I want Ernie Kingdom, I want it than my own breath, that was the only Kingdom that make me look like a fool” King Mila said
"You will have it, just be patient a little bit more" Queen Jezebel said
"I am this calm cause you ask me to" King Mila said
"My Lord you know I will do everything in my abilities to get Ernie Kingdom down at your feet, just do me a favour and get ready do battle when I ask you to" Queen Jezebel said
"Alright My Lady I will listen to you" King Mila said
"Alright My Lord, I have to refill myself" Queen Jezebel said and she stand up, about five men follow her into her shrine
Meanwhile Storm went past the guard on the training ground and see then practicing, seeing what the soldiers are doing, her eyes begin to glow in anticipation, she decide to learn how to fight, she got to the study and her books was brought for her, Storm was reading but her mind was not on the book, her mind was on the guards practicing outside, Mira notice it and voice out
"Princess what happen to you?" She ask
"I want to learn how to fight" Storm reply without hesitation
"Princess, Her Majesty must never know of this" Mira said
"Then it will be our secret" Storm said and hold Mira hand
"Princess what if they caught us" Mira said
"Nobody will catch us, we will sneak out at night and have the training I want" Storm said
"You are old to start training now" Mira said
"Are you going to help me or discourage me?" Storm said and her expression change to anger
"Alright how do we get a trainer?" Mira ask still scared
"I got lot of the book to read" Storm said
"But Princess am scared' Mira said
"Don't be scared we will begin tonight" Storm said
"Okay, will you study now?, I will look around the Library and found the collections of the combat manual" Mira said and walk away
Storm smile and she open her book and was reading, Mira as well was looking around the Library to find the right journal, after twenty minute she find them and return back, she show the manuals to Storm and quickly they find a blank note book and quickly copy it into the book and before dawn they are through, they return the journal and leave the Library behind
Storm begin to see herself in a fighting stance, she begin to anticipate and see herself combating and defeating millions all alone, it was like she just found a new toy and she was very happy.
When it is middle of the night, everybody is asleep in the Palace, Storm and Mira are still awake waiting for the patrol guard to leave the surrounding, just when they felt it is time, they stand up from the bed and sneak out without anybody seeing them, and they both head to the West wing of the Palace
Actually the West Wing of the Palace is always silent even during the day, few people go to the place, this it was a good place for Storm and Mira to practise. Storm and Mira hold their wooden Sword and begin to fight
Even though the girls looks to be practizing, but they look like playing than practising, because the interval of rest and discussion is far more than the fighting time, in fact they said they are learning, but they are not learning, they were only playing and having fun outside the Palace
Storm have never been so glad in her entire lifetime, she finally find something that make her happy, thus she does not care what she and Mira are doing, she was just happy to be able to do something on her own, and for Mira, she was just a Maid to Storm, thus she like it or not, she must do what Storm want.
After few hour outside, Storm decide to call it a day, in fact Mira was so glad that Storm decide to call it a day, they park their cloth and sneak back into the Palace, luckily for them, they are not caught by the guard. Just when they are inside Storm room, suddenly there is a warning bell, the Palace go rowdy, Storm become afraid
“Did they saw us just now? “ Storm ask looking very scared
"No that is not for us, that is an intruder sound" Mira reply
"Intruder in the Palace" Storm said looking confused
