General John snap out and jump up “Stop" he orders and the guards stop
Everybody in the Grand Palace are now at alert and was staring at the mysterious Anna that was captured, General John moves closer.
"What did you say?" He asked.
"Logan sent me to you" Anna reply again
"How did you know Logan?”
"I am from Maga Kingdom." Anna reply with a wavering tone
"How did you met the Prince" General John ask again.
Anna was taken aback “Logan is a Prince”
“And you haven’t answer my question. How did you met His Highness?” General Jphm asked almost screaming.
Anna heart jumps in fright, in fact she can swears that she sees a lion interrogating her, her confidence begins to waver, she wants to reply, but the Grand Palace doors open and Mira comes into the Grand Palace all dress in a Blue Armour, she process towards His Majesty, but she stops on her track and frowns.
"Anna" she said
"Mira, we all thought you are dead" Anna said also in shock
Mira laugh “That is what Queen Jezebel want the Princess to believe" Mira said.
When the Cabinet heard Queen Jezebel name, they all are in frenzy and panic mood, even King Michael also look up.
"Did you just say Queen Jezebel?" General John asked
Mira turns to King Michael “I am sorry Your Majesty, but its as you heard" Mira said in a low tone
"So you are a spy in here after all” the Prime Minister finally cuts in
"No I am not a spy” Mira reply shaking her head.
"Then tell us who you are." General John asked.
"His Highness gave you my answer the day he brought me into this Paradise. I will never miss it for anything." Mira said.
King Michael also heaves out, he understand that Mira is right, Logan vouch for Mira, thus she can never be a spy, moreover Mira had proved beyond times that she is loyal subject. He turns to Anna and want to knows about her.
“You said Logan sent you here.“ he begins
Anna nod her head. “Yes Your Majesty.” Anna said
"What did he sent you?" King Michael asked
Anna bring out the letter in her hand. General John takes it and he hands it over to King Michael.
King Michael also read it and was displace a bit, he looks up at Anna.
"How sure are you about this?" King Michael asked.
"Because one of them said to me, I must get this letter across to His Majesty at all cost.” Anna break away from her captor. “He even add that to enter Ernie is as easy as Sun coming up during the day, but to reach the King is as easy as Sun coming up at night.” Anna said Finally
General john heaves out, he knows the code very much, it was a code invented by him as a way to verify that a soldier send a message over, thus only a Soldier of Ernie knows about it. Since the only Soldier with Prince Logan is Mac, therefore making the message authentic.
Meanwhile Anna was uneasy at everybody silence, quickly she run to Mira and was shaking her vigorously.
"Please Mira, tell them to believe me. If they don't Princess Storm will be sacrifice.” Anna said fearfully.
Mira eyes also open wide, she understand the intensity in Anna tone, but there is nothing she can do to help, just when she is in conflict mood.
"Your Majesty. She is telling the truth.” General John cuts in. “I don't know about their Princess, but His Highness actually send her here.” He said finally
"Then its time to move the troops General." King Michael said.
The whole Cabinet was surprise, the Prime Minister who remains sited stands up abruptly.
"Now" he said.
"Yes. Logan just inform me that Mila is moving towards us, we have to stop him" King Michael said.
"I will carry out your order Your Majesty." General John said.
General John turns to go, but King Michael stop him.
"No. The Prime Minister and some selected Minister will lead the Army first." King Michael said.
"What will I be doing?" General John asked in a confused tone.
"You, Mira and this strange Lady will lead some men to Maga Kingdom and rescue Logan and his friend.” King Michael said.
"They are captured.” the Prime Minister said in panic tone.
"Yes. That is why he sent this Lady to us.” King Michael said nodding his head
"Okay Your Majesty." General John said
Quickly he, Mira and Anna leave the hall. Without much hesitation the Prime Minister also leave the hall as well.
"Now it begins, I think you Ministers can rule at my absence." King Michael said.
The rest of the Minister all nod their head and everybody disperse to their various homes.
General John, Mira, Anna and about ten men all get ready, they don't dress like a soldier, but the men just take enough weapon, they mount their horses and ride away from Ernie Kingdom, they ride towards Maga Kingdom, the ride is as fast as possible, because they know the damage slowness can cause.
But because they don't want to be seen, they can only take another route which was more longer and dangerous than the previous road, the journey takes them a total of two days. All through the ride, they don't even stop to rest nor stop on the road at all, their stop was only to feed the horses and give them water, once the horse are ready, they mount it and continue to ride as fast as possible.
They make it into Maga Kingdom just on the evening of Storm wedding, actually they can all see that something big is about to happen, because the street is bubbling with activities, and the people are all in happy mood. General John stops first, he voice out
"We have to settle and discuss better." he said without looking at any one.
"Yes you are right.” Mira said also nodding her head.
"Logan place will be better.” Anna quickly cut in
General John turns towards Anna with a burning and dark aura. Even Anna knew that death is hovering over her head when she noticed General John gaze on her, she quickly cower in fear
“Now if I must warn you very well. Prince Logan might be here as a commoner, but he is My King son, and disrespecting him is disrespecting the Royal house of Ernie Kingdom, and if you disrespect my King, you see my wrath.” General John said and shout angrily. “Do I make myself clear?”
