Chapter Fifty Five

The whole hall go silent for what seems like forever, the soldiers fighting all stop and was looking at her as she levitate up to the air, even Queen Jezebel herself was very shock, in all her life conjuring magic, she had never encounter such a power like Storm’s in her entire life.

Anna and Mira are just staring at one another seeing the Princess up in the air, they have serve Storm all their life, this is the first time seeing her in such a mood, not even when she is angry.

"What the hell is happening?" Anna asked

"I have no fucking idea what is happening.” Mira said in reply. She turn to look back at Storm in the air. “In all my life serving the Princess, this is the first time seeing her like this.” Mira said finally

When everybody was still in a shock mood, Storm was assimilating all her strength and energy, all her memory as the powerful Magicians were playing in her memory, her eyes are closed, but she was very conscious if all that is happening to her body.

Finally she open her eyes, she look around the hall with her thunderstorm eyes, she can see King Mila fighting with Logan, in anger, she direct all the Thunderstorms on King Mila.

Queen Jezebel see this, but she was scared because she can’t do anything to help, she raise her voice to warn King Mila, but suddenly she also felt her powers running back in her veins, without wasting much time, she conjure her powers and she throw fire towards Storm thunderstorm, the two element met at the middle and it cause the hall foundation to shake. Quickly the people quickly remember their dilemma, they resumes running around to save their neck, the hall turns back to rowdiness once again.

Storm land back on the ground, she commands another Thunder and wind, she throw it at Queen Jezebel with much ferocity. Queen Jezebel sight the two element coming at her, she controls a chair and the chair was hit, immediately the chair break to tiny pieces.

Just when Queen Jezebel was trying to regain her breath, she was hit by fire thrown at her by Storm, the fire burn her cloth and the force throw her away, Queen Jezebel stands up with a groan, she quickly makes a magic barricade, she looks around and find King Mila fighting on two front, Storm from the front and Logan from behind

"My Lord run now." she said shouting.

King Mila turn and find Queen Jezebel near to him, he make a somersault and roll backwards to dodge Logan blow, he stands up and run to Queen Jezebel back. Storm begins to throw more Thunder and Wind at Queen Jezebel, but the barricade is doing a good to stop it.

Even though the barricade stops all of Storm assault, still the barricade power was becoming weak, even Queen Jezebel us gradually becoming tired of holding the barricade up in the air. Logan leave Stoem to deal with Queen Jezebel, he join General John the rest to fight the soldiers against them, they kill all the guards and soldier, just when they are all catching their breath, more than a thousand solders more storm the hall.

General John frowned. “We need to go now" he shouted.

Quickly Jazz, Mac, Anna, Mira and the ten men all run off, Logan hold Storm hand, she also stop and turns to Logan.

"We need to leave now." Logan said.

Storm nods her head. "Okay" she reply

She and Logan both run off after the rest. Queen Jezebel fall down very weak, King Mila caught her before she hits the ground, he turns to his Guards

"Pursue them." King Mila shouted.

Without much words, immediately the guards all run after Logan and the rest of those with him, at first they can’t find them, because Mac keeps taking lot of detour, even places that Anna Mira don’t know of, it surprises them to find such a place, Anna is the first to voice out.

“How did you find all these places out?” She asked

“I am a soldier Lady, I was trained to survive any situation, finds out every available routes out of trouble.” Mac replied.

“You really are best in this.” Storm cuts in, she turns to Logan. “No wonder Logan kept you close.” Storm said in mockery

“About that, His Majesty ordered me to watched His Highness back.” Mac said and he stop at an intersection, he begins to look around. “I know what I am to do, and I knows that a day like this will occurs, so the beat I can do is be prepared.” Mac said finally.

He finally turns to the left and took to his heels, the rest run after him, just as they are in the open, their pursuers also comes across them, immediately General John and his men stand guard to fight, Mac and Jazz also make third stand to fight. But to their shock, they are all surrounded in every corners.

Before they all blink, the soldiers charge against them in a slow movement, the spear are stretch forward in am attack mood. Logan, Mac, Jazz, General John and his men all stand to fight their way out.

"We need horses." General John shouted after seeing the enemy movement.

"I know somewhere." Mira shouted.

"Then go we will buy you time here." Storm said and break free to the front.

"Yes. She is right" Jazz said

"No. I and Storm will buy time, go find horse and come for us." Logan said and he use his sword to cut the air.

"You two alone." General John said with a frown.

"You heard him loud and clear General." Storm shouted.

They sight the Soldier getting near, Storm throws thunder to a direction, they place becomes clear, quickly General John and the rest run off after Mira and Anna leaving Logan and Storm behind.

Logan laugh a wicked laughter, he drop the sword in his hand and picks up a spear, he hold his spear firmly in his hand, Storm also stood beside him.

"Take them" the General shouted

The Soldiers finally break to run, and they attack Logan and Storm. Logan wave the spear in his hand, and he also charge at the incoming Soldiers, he begins to fight them all alone, Storm also call on her power, she jumps up and land amidst the soldiers, she also join Logan and both were fighting the Soldier head on.

Even though it is just Logan and Storm, still there is lot of dead men on the ground, Storm eyes were showing thunder and every of her strike was in fatality mood, Logan on his own is now like a Gods of war and Death combine, his strike are lethal and his movement was quick and swift at the same time.
