Chapter Sixty Five

The Dead Army as well moving nearer, behind the Dead Army is Maga Soldier, they are following at close space, King Mila and Queen Jezebel as well was on horse and they are following from behind.

"Attack." King Mila shouted. The Dead Army run into the battle

"Arrow in fire" King Michael order, the Ernie Army did as order. "Loose." King Michael order again.

The Soldiers all shoot the fire arrow, some of the Arrows landed in the barricade and it go up in flame, the Dead Army all stop in front of the fire and was looking for another twenty minute, the fire is not ready to stop burning and the Ernie Army are using that moment to retreat to the back of the second barricade.

King Mila see the urgency and just expected, he order Five thousand Soldiers to be killed, the General kill the Soldiers and keeps throwing them in the fire, till about ten space is created and the Dead Army have a safe passage, they walk another distance of Fifty meter

"Loose" King Michael order again.

The Ernie Army's released fire arrow again, and the barricade go up in flame again. This time the Generals don't hesitate to kill another Five thousands Soldier and use that to created space for the Dead Army to pass, Ernie Army as well had retreat to the back of the third barricade.

King Michael been a War veteran look at what is going, he knows that at this rate, they can’t buy enough time, quickly he rearrange the Soldiers, about Ten Thousand Soldiers hold shield ahead, they rest of the Soldiers all begins to shoot Arrows.

When the Generals from Maga Kingdom sees the wave of Arrows, they all scramble for safety, those who are slow are hit by the Arrows and they all die, General Rah also order to retaliate, but the Soldiers from Ernie Kingdom are coordinated, they are well protected by the Shield. This continue till the fire stops burning, immediately King Michael order his Army yo retreat, King Mila dead Army proceed forward only to come across another set of burning barricade,.

This time King Mila understand what King Michael is doing, he order the Dead Army to enter the fire, the Dead Army begins to enter into the fire and they create lot of space for the rest to pass. King Michael as well is prepared, he order his Army to shoot fire Arrows directly at the different opening, the Soldiers all direct fire arrows at the different passage, the Dead Army all retreat back in fear of the fire.

King Mila order the Maga Army to defend using the shield, General Rah and some other General lead the attack, they walk amidst the passage and cover the Dead Army, they are able to defend the arrow of fire coming from Elias Kingdom.

Once King Michael sense that the Soldiers from Maga Kingdom already overcome the hurdle, he order His Army to retreat to the back of the fourth barricade, the Army as well station themselves and are waiting, this time instead of setting the barricade on fire immediately, he wait and allows the enemy Army to climb the barricade, just when the barricade is full of Soldier, King Michael order the fire to be release.

Elias Army release the fire and the barricade go up in flame, the few Maga Army who cross the barricade before the fire are slain by the Elias Army, the ones on the barricade are thrown away by the impact of the fire. For more than an hour the fire keep burning and Maga Army have to wait till the fire died down.

Finally King Michael and his Army retreat to the back of the fifth barricade, immediately the Army retreat, King Michael order the fifth barricade to be set on fire. With no barricade left, King Michael stand just in front of the burning fire, he make his stand alone and await the coming horde.

Meanwhile Logan and the rest are near to Maga Kingdom, to third shock, they met the Kingdom defenseless, first they enter the Palace,

"Where we going to?" Storm ask.

"I don't know." Logan reply also clueless. “Those thing are dead thing, so we must find a major place for burial.” Logan said finally

"I might know where they had mass burial for the people who died from the plague.” Anna said.

"Then lead the way." Logan said.

Anna nod her head, she lead way and the rest all follows after her, few minute later, they all make it to the place, just ahead they can all see the staff at far distance, the same time the Dead are guarding the staff.

Logan points out first. “That is what we came here for." he said and the rest nod their head. “Now this thing can't die, so we need to outwit them." Logan said

"You got plans that might be useful.?” Storm ask frowning.

"Yea, but it might be dangerous a bit." Logan said and his face wrinkle.

"Bring it on." Storm said.

"Its a game. Everybody hold the ball and run away with it." Logan said.

"What is the purpose of your plan?" Storm ask looking confuse.

"Its is to confused those things just as you are confuse right now." Logan said.

"Do we have other plan?" Storm asks.

"I got none as for me." Mac said.

"Am also short of plan as well.” Anna also said.

"Fine. Because I got one" Storm said.

Everybody all turn to him looking very stunned at her outburst, Anna stands akimbo and she voice out.

"Okay we hearing you Princess." she said.

"Great. My plan is that we go frontal attack with them." Storm said.

"Oh really!. Frontal attack on an undead thing with just three Soldiers." Anna said in a sarcastic tone.

"We are four here if I could count and remember." Storm said.

"The last time I check, I can't fight." Anna said touching her chest. “What am I even saying, there are only two Soldiers here, because the last I read, you are a Princess not even half a Soldier.” Anna said finally, she makes her stand against Storm.

“I can command nature if you remember.” Storm said angrily.

“No doubt about that Princess, but that don’t make you a Soldier.” Anna also said in rebuff.

"I think His Highness plan is better." Mac said. He said this to stop the two ladies from exchanging more words.

"Yea I agree to that." Anna said.

"Fine since we reach a conclusion. Let’s play.” Logan said they all nod. “Storm you go first, do your magic and call their attention" Logan said

Storm comes out the corner and voice out. “Hello Dead things.” she said.

Just as expected the Dead charge at her, she cause thunderstorm and they all go back a bit, Storm hides and the Dead charge at her, Logan also appear from a corner and he scream to call the attention.

"Am here you idiot." he said and was running away.

The Dead turn at Logan, Mac also appear at another corner and distract the Dead, Anna also distract them from her own corner, Storm as well was comes out again, to distract the Dead away. Gradually Logan and rest keeps drawing the Dead away from the staff, till they are far from away from it, Logan finally turns to Mac.

"Now you alone hold the ball, so escape with it" Logan said and push Mac out of the corner.
