Chapter 2002 - Demanding for People

After a long while, Emperor Xi’s figure floated down to the ground and came to an empty spot. The once tall Turtle Peak had been reduced to a plain.

It was not just Turtle Peak. Huge chasms had appeared on Turtle Deity Island. Even the Divine Ocean Continent had been pierced through by the sword. The surface of the ocean was constantly roaring now as the ocean surged back into the land.

There was a huge hole down below. It was the place where the gigantic Xuanwu had slumbered. Emperor Xi stared at that spot, not saying anything for a long time. This Xuanwu had been his demonic beast companion. He had followed Emperor Xi for many years, and they had grown up together.

“Emperor Xi, do not grieve,” said the Chief of Domain Chief’s Manor. “Brother Xuanwu has a righteous spirit. Aiding you in facing this tribulation must have been his wish. Do not feel so sad.”

The various top cultivators looked towards Emperor Xi. Although they were giant figures, for many of them, this was also their first time witnessing a divine tribulation.

There were three stages for a divine tribulation of the Great Path. Each was more difficult than the previous one. This had only been the first stage, and it was already so terrifying. Everyone turned around and saw a group of cultivators approaching them. Very quickly, the approaching group caught up and stopped when the two groups were near. They stared at the Millet Emperor and the rest of his group.

When the Millet Emperor saw the approaching group, he frowned. Ye Futian and the others also revealed cold looks.

The person who had called out to them was the prince of Great Yan Ancient Royal Family. He stood at a distance from them with an imposing manner. He swept a glance over their group.
