A great number of cultivators appeared in front of the Divine Palace of the Ziwei Imperial Palace.

Ye Futian stood at their center atop a flight of stairs. The people on either side of him and behind him were all top figures from Ziwei Imperial Palace.

The people down below were the cultivators of the palace.

The Ziwei Imperial Palace was the controlling power of the Ziwei Segmentum. All of the top figures in the Segmentum cultivated there, so there were naturally many people there. There were cultivators as far as the eye could see. There were even a great number of Renhuangs.

Cultivators from other continents had come as well. They were all vassal forces of the Ziwei Imperial Palace. Once they had been notified, they had come via the grand matrix of space.

Once they learned of all that had happened, they could not help but be shocked.

Cultivators from Tianhuan Palace had come as well. Their Palace Lord looked at the white-haired figure whom everyone was clustered around. He felt like he was in a dream. None of it seemed real.

Not long before, Ye Futian had brought people to Tianhuan Palace to seek out information. There they had learned of the situation in the Ziwei Segmentum. He had been the one to tell Ye Futian all of this and who had asked him to come to the Ziwei Imperial Star.

Now, Ye Futian had inherited the mantle of the Palace Lord of Ziwei Imperial Palace.

Today, the Ziwei Imperial Palace had called together all the Ziwei Segmentum cultivators to announce this news officially. The old Palace Lord had fallen. From now on, the Ziwei Imperial Palace would have a new Palace Lord.

A group of cultivators was standing off to the side. They had come from the Heavenly Mandate Academy and some of the allied forces. Cultivators from Four Corner Village were there as well. The other forces had already left, but these were still there. They wanted to witness Ye Futian take the position of Palace Lord of the Ziwei Imperial Palace together.

The Supreme Elder of Ziwei Imperial Palace, Renhuang Chen, stepped forward holding a scepter. This was the scepter that the previous Palace Lord of Ziwei Imperial Palace had wielded, and now Ye Futian had inherited. However, Ye Futian did not accept it. Instead, he had given it to the Supreme Elder.

Moreover, he had left the Supreme Elder in charge of the affairs of Ziwei Imperial Palace and the Ziwei Segmentum on his behalf.

Previously, aside from the Palace Lord, Renhuang Chen was the most accomplished cultivator and the person with the highest status. Ye Futian had let him keep face by giving him the scepter. The cultivators who had come from other continents bowed as well, congratulating him together. "Congratulations, Palace Lord."

Ziwei Imperial Palace had a new Palace Lord: Ye Futian!

He stepped forward, gazing at everyone, then said in a loud, clear voice, "I have inherited the will of Great Emperor Ziwei and have uncovered the secret of his cultivation area. All of the powers of the various star continents in the Ziwei Segmentum can follow my lead. The cultivators of the Imperial Palace will get this chance as well."

"Yes, Palace Lord," everyone answered. They held great expectations in their hearts about the mystery in the starry sky of Great Emperor Ziwei's cultivation area. It was said that there were many powers that the Great Emperor had left behind there. They would all have the chance to cultivate there.

"You may all leave for now. You are free to cultivate here in Ziwei Imperial Palace as you like," continued Ye Futian. Supreme Elder Renhuang Chen waved his hand, and everyone dispersed. They had just wanted to call everyone together to hold a simple ceremony. They did not want anything too complicated.

After taking up his position as Palace Lord, he brought some cultivators into the starry sky to cultivate. His goal in doing this was to win the people over even faster. All of the cultivators trembled within their hearts. Was Ye Futian already able to light up all the Imperial Stars? If that were the case, understanding and resonating with them would be trivial. Any cultivators who were well suited to the different types of power would have a chance.

"Let's go." Many figures moved up into the sky. Some of the top figures even stepped towards the stars. They wanted to comprehend the power of the Great Emperor as well.

As the cultivators went forward, they started to connect to the Imperial Stars. Before long, a cultivator succeeded at resonating with one of them, making it give off a divine radiance. This cultivator was bathed in the divine light.

"So fast!" someone said to Ye Futian. Ye Futian turned to look and saw that Renhuang Chen, the Supreme Elder of Ziwei Imperial Palace. He looked up to where Ye Futian was and said, "You made the positions of the Imperial Stars appear, decreasing the difficulty of comprehending them by an incalculable amount. In this way, as long as you are talented and have cultivated talents that are compatible with the stars, you will have a chance."

"Yes," said Ye Futian with a nod. That was indeed how it was.

"If this is the case, the future power of the cultivators of the Ziwei Segmentum will undergo a complete increase. There will be changes even after many years. And this is in addition to having you as Palace Lord. I have great expectations," said Renhuang Chen to Ye Futian with a smile.

"Perhaps the Ziwei Segmentum will become another superpower."

He truly was expecting great things. The Ziwei Segmentum, which had been sealed off for countless years, now finally had made contact with the outside world. "Palace Lord, Supreme Elder, they say that there is an important matter that they must see you about," said a cultivator from the Ziwei Imperial Palace behind them." Renhuang Chen nodded. Ye Futian looked at the two of them.

Then, Lord Luo said, "Emperor Ye, now that all of the powers have left, there are some people who still have dark intentions towards you. They might act against your forces in the Original Realm and force you to go there where they will deal with you."

Ye Futian's expression changed when he heard these words. His eyes grew cold.

He was now in control of the Ziwei Segmentum and held immense power in his hands. They would dare force his hand like that?

"Are there a lot of enemy forces?" he asked.

"Yes," said Lord Luo, nodding. "Forces from the Divine Nation, the Dark World, and the Empty Divine Realm are all planning to join together. People are dealing with them to make this happen."

Ye Futian naturally understood. His enemies were a bit worried and urgently wanted to kill him. However, they did not have enough power by themselves, and so they wanted to take this opportunity to join forces and deal with him.

They could not do this in the Ziwei Segmentum, so they wanted to force him to return to the Original Realm where they could act against him more effectively.

Ye Futian's eyes were full of murderous intent. He had wanted to spend some time cultivating in Ziwei Imperial Palace. But now, it seemed like he wouldn't be able to. He did not know what would happen in the Original Realm!
