The two looked at each other. Both these heirs of emperor figures had remarkable dispositions. Donghuang Diyuan had the Ancestral Dragon and Phoenix on both sides, guarding her, while Ji Wudao was like the reincarnation of the Heavenly Emperor.

Just then, a saintly Light of Buddha surrounded Donghuang Diyuan. The light was soft and gentle and held no murderous intent. It headed toward Ji Wudao, who showed surprise upon receiving it. A faint mark that glowed with divine line seemed to appear between his eyebrows.

"The Buddhist Six Superpowers," Ji Wudao remarked to himself. He then looked at Donghuang Diyuan and said, "Whatever Princess Diyuan desires to see, please go ahead."

Within the Light of the Buddha, countless scenes appeared in front of Donghuang Diyuan. The scenes were showing the life story of Ji Wudao.

She stared ahead of her, and countless images appeared within her eyes. She learned about Ji Wudao's cultivation journey, where he had started as an ordinary person without any extraordinary talent in the Heaven Realm and made his way up from the bottom. He had been through numerous life-threatening crises and close fights. The images were brutal and violent as if he had walked out from a battlefield with skeletons all around his feet.

He underwent exceptionally harsh trials during selections in the Heaven Realm. He killed all his opponents and became the heir of the Heaven Realm. At that time, he had already developed unparalleled talent then and was a new being.

Through scene after scene, Donghuang Diyuan watched Ji Wudao train in the Divine Prefecture, in the forbidden places in the Demon Realm, in the Buddhist realm anonymously, and even in the Empty Divine Realm, the Human Realm, Dark World, and Original Realm. It was as if he had left his footprints on every single place on earth.

"Has Princess Diyuan found it yet?" Ji Wudao asked while looking at Donghuang Diyuan. His pupils were bright, and divine light flowed around his body. He was one with heaven and earth and seemed to be a perfect and flawless person without any weak points.

Yet, in the experiences he had gone through, Ji Wudao most certainly could not be said to be a perfect person; one might even say he was cruel and bloodthirsty. He went through many life-and-death situations and made it out safely each time. He was exceptionally clever and knew when to endure things to survive. Although he had been to all the fantastic realms, no one from those realms had ever heard of his name, and very few remembered him.

Furthermore, he seemed to have guessed what Donghuang Diyuan wanted to find from him.

Donghuang Diyuan stared fixedly at Ji Wudao. The things she had seen seemed to be only what Ji Wudao allowed her to see. It was missing the most important item that she was looking for.

There was some blood in the corners of their mouths. Their faces were ghastly pale.

This roar was not even directed at them but Ji Wudao.

Even so, they could not handle the blow.

As for Ji Wudao, a dazzling divine splendor lit up his body, and he floated up to the upper skies on the sky stairwell. A supremely powerful force descended upon the Old Heaven Court, and divine light shrouded Ji Wudao's body. A saintly light appeared above the sky.

Ji Wudao was bathed in the divine light. It was as if the Ruler of the Old Heaven Court had descended upon earth himself.

"The Old Heaven Court!"

Numerous people raised their heads to look at the sky, where above the sky stairwell, a court had appeared. It was possibly the Old Heaven Court Relics.

She was already just outside the perimeter, with just one more step needed to become a demigod. With the addition of the powers of the Ancestral Dragon and Phoenix, one could only imagine how terrifying that strike was.

Would Ji Wudao be able to withstand it?

Ji Wudao was bathed in the divine light from the Old Heaven Court, and an impressive power permeated from within his body. At his back, the figure of the Heavenly Emperor seemed to have solidified. Standing in front of the Heavenly Emperor, he raised his arms, and suddenly, a divine light sprinkled down from above the skies. A divine sword appeared in Ji Wudao's hands, and the figure behind him also held a divine sword with both hands.

With the appearance of the divine sword, many of the cultivators' swords started to clatter loudly, desiring to bow their heads.

Right then, an intimidating aura burst out from behind Donghuang Diyuan. A top warrior from the Divine Prefecture had stepped out, and he was bursting with incredible might and power.

At the same time, White Almighty on the sky stairwell grunted and also stepped out. He landed on the battlefield beside Ji Wudao. They both were keen to protect their young masters.
