Derek’s POV

“Derek, isn’t that you? Why the fuck are you answering my mate’s phone? Give it to her right now.”, He growled.
“Sorry Adams. I won’t give her a phone right now. She’s busy.”
“Busy? Busy doing what?”, He growled. “Oh, Okay I got it! She’s busy getting fucked by you, isn’t it? I always knew that you both were seeing each other even before we were separated.”, He growled. I signaled Stacey, not to cry, at least not for this man.
“Wow, you are a genius, you already knew what we were doing since then. And I must say dude, Stacey is too good in bed.”
“Fuck, yes, please, don’t stop”, I acted to beg. “Please, please, oh fuck”, I groaned. “Bye, Bye Adams. My dick is so far down Stacey’s throat that she can’t talk to you now and I don’t want to ruin our moment by wasting my time in talking with you. Bye, now.” I said, hanging the phone up.
I looked at Stacey laughing hard, holding her stomach. Seeing her doing that made me do the same, the two of us started laughing. I was glad that she didn’t mind those words which I said to pissed Adams. Her phone rang again, It was Adam AGAIN. This time she hit the reject button and switched off.
“Thank you. I can’t believe you said all those words to him. You do realize that now he will hate you from the bottom of his heart.”
“As if I care.”, I said, shrugging my shoulders. “I hope you don’t mind my words.”
“Absolutely not! In fact thank you, I do appreciate that.”, She smiled, “I think anytime he calls, and you are around, I will hand you the phone.”, She added laughing.
“I don’t have any problem with that.”, I said and my stomach decided to show his appearance. “I am damn too hungry.”
“Just a few more minutes and the food is ready.”, She said. “How about we get some food then we can go through to the living room and watch a movie? I don’t want to stay alone here. Because I know I will end up drinking a few bottles of drinks.”
“Fine but we will not drink.”
“Okay then we…”
“I am hungry, sweetheart. I need to eat something first because you have already delayed our dinner by showing me all your dresses.”, I said, glaring at her.
“Aw! I am so sorry.”, She said, flashing puppy dog eyes to me.
“I will forgive you this time but don’t ever plan anything before my dinner or lunch or my food, Okay?”, I grinned.
“Sure, My majesty.”, She laughed, saluting at me. I was glad that she was smiling now.

“Are you sure that you don’t want a glass of wine?”, Stacey asked again.
“Positive not after the previous night.”, I said, shaking my head.
“One won’t do any harm. I promise to behave and keep my hands and lips to myself.”, She laughed.
One wouldn’t do any harm. Plus whatever happened last night is gone now. And there was no way we wouldn’t do something like that again, right?
“One glass and not a large one and don’t forget to get some popcorn with it.”
“Done.”
I picked the movie while she grabbed the wine and the popcorn.There were too many to choose from and I ended up choosing wonder woman, thinking about Gal Gadot.
What?
I like her.
“What are we watching?”, She asked as she arrived back.
“Wonder woman,”
“I know why you chose this movie for Gal Gadot, don't you?”, She said, rolling her eyes. “But I look much better and sexy compared to her.”, She smirked.
I opened my mouth to answer her back, keeping this in my mind that I don’t have to make her feel low but comparing the both.
“You are indeed beautiful and sexy woman and there is no doubt in that but you are nothing in front of Gal Gadot, sorry Luna.”,
“I know you secretly wanted me all these years because I am sexy and beautiful.”, She said with a devilish smile on her face.
“In your dream, Luna.”, I said, sticking my tongue out at her.
“Oh, you don’t have any idea of the kinds of dreams I have, Mister Derek.”, She winked.
“I am not interested in knowing your dreams. Thank you so much.” I laughed.
“I have no idea what you understand but trust me, I meant everything in the most innocent way.”, She said, acting innocently. “But you are the one with a dirty mind.”, She said, hitting my arms playfully.
I flipped her off, turning my attention back to the movie. Stacey laughed loudly next to me. An actual laugh which was nice to hear, before all this happened with Adam, she used to spend a lot of time laughing and messing around in the pack house. Though we never got a chance to interact with each other much, I knew what kind of cheerful woman she was then. I missed that side of her.
“It is good to hear you laugh again, Stacey.”
“It is good to be laughing again, and you are the one who is the reason behind it. Wine always makes me forget about everything but then after that I feel like crap again. With you, I feel like I can talk to you, laugh and mess around with you.”, She smiled sweetly at me.
“And that’s what friends are for.”, I winked at her and grinned making sure that her mood didn’t get spoiled.
“I just hope if you choose to be my friend with benefits, you know”, She said, winking at me. I glared at her comment and chose to ignore her, which made her laugh. I couldn’t stop smiling when I heard her laugh again.
‘She’s starting to heal.’, Rex commented on which I agreed.
