CHAPTER 40

Casabella's POV

I couldn't get the time to carry out my second revenge on Lora and Annie due to how Jace has always been coming over to take me out and also my uncle has been away for one week due to a business proposal Jace's father got for him.

Life was going great for them but for me, it was impossible because I'm finding it hard to leave the house without getting my revenge on those two manipulative witches.

But tonight, I have decided to carry it out and leave the house early the next morning. I already got the piles to cause constipation but I just hope Jace doesn't spoil it by showing up unannounced to take me out.

I was steaming my uncle, Lora and Annie's clothes when the high witch, Lora, showed up.

"I'm starving, when are you making dinner?"

"Once I am done steaming these clothes, I'll make it."

"Do it now!" She yelled sternly.

"Alright." I uttered and left the clothes and headed over to the kitchen.

It isn't because she is acting bossy but I'm carrying out the plan by putting the piles into the food.

I don't care if they die through the process but once I'm sure they eat the meals containing piles, I can finally leave the house for them in peace.

After what seemed like forever I finished up with the meal and looked out to be sure no one was watching and brought out the piles from the wardrobe where it was amidst the receipts for cooking before adding a little quantity to the food.

"It's time to make those witches anus get on fire." I thought to myself, giggling.

I troop to the dining area with the meal in my hands and drop it off before calling out to them.

"You don't have to be yelling like a mad woman. I was coming downstairs anyway." Lora spat walking towards the dining.

"Go call Annie upstairs." She added and I walked away.

I can't wait to witness their reaction when the piles get into their system. It's really going to be a blast and a fun moment to enjoy.

I knocked softly on Annie's door but there wasn't any response from her.

"Hey! Dinner is ready. Your mum wants you downstairs now."

"You're such a bitch to address me that way just because you're getting married into a wealthy family." She ranted, opening the door.

"Watch your words Annie. I'm in no trouble with you and about marriage, are you too jealous to admit you can't find a rich guy?"

"How dare you say those words to me?" She barked and tried to lay her hands on me but I grabbed hold of it.

"Yes, I did. I'm really surprised you have gotten so much courage to raise your hands and try to slap me. Annie, you have got to understand something here, I'm no match for you so watch your ways with me or you won't like the outcome." I suggested and let go of her hands.

"Ahhh... I really hate you bitch."

"Mind your language and quietly come have dinner like a rotten brat." I spat and strolled away.

I was about to take the stairs when someone pulled me by the hair. I held on tightly to my hair to see it was Annie. She really has the guts to attack me from the back.

"Take back your words you witch." She screamed.

"Annie, quietly let go of my hands while I'm being nice to you."

"I won't until you take back those words."

"Let go!" I screamed but she kept pulling my hair.

"No, No, No, you just made a very big mistake girl." I added and pulled her behind and pushed her away.

"Mother!!!" She kept yelling until I took my eyes down the stairs and saw her rolling over the stairs before landing on the floor unconscious.

"God! What have I done? I didn't mean to push her off the stairs. It was an accident." I murmured, feeling scared as blood was gushing out on her head.

"What did you do to my daughter?'" Lora yelled at me and rushed up to her.

"Baby, please get up. Mummy is here, please wake up." She kept shaking her vigorously until she opened up her eyes.

"You'll be fine honey."

"Mother, she pushed me." She cried out pointing towards me.

"Don't you have no shame after all? How could you push her off the floor just because you hate us?" She snapped, pulling her off the floor.

"I swear I didn't mean to push her. It was only an accident."

"An accident you say? You have got to pay for doing this to her. How could you be this evil to us after all Andrew has ever done to you?" She questioned and pulled my hair.

Madison's POV

I rushed back to my room and locked up the room feeling scared and confused about what to do.

"Who could it be the one after my life?" I conceited as the thought of who it might be came back running to me.

It's none other than Ronald Dickson. He's the one since he said he's going to come after the land by all means.

I quietly took my camera and started up a recording saying how everything happened and what I have been going through. I know my parents will find justice for me even if he succeeds in killing me but I know and believe there's someone out there who will end his life as well.

After recording everything, I walked to my dressing room and kept the camera in a safe where I also kept the land property papers as well and wrote the code to the safe on a paper and hid it below the safe.

I summoned courage and walked out of my room to the living room since I know there's no turning back now. I knew I was going to die right from the moment I escaped the three attacks on me.

I sat comfortable on the sofa holding tightly to my phone and waiting for Ronald and his puppet, Adams.

Just as I predicted, the door was forced open and footsteps approaching me.

I quickly put on the sound recorder of my phone and hid it behind my back.

"Finally, we meet again Madison or should I say Lioness. Did you miss my face?" Ronald inquired walking inside along with Adams and five men in black.

"Why have you come here?"

"You should know better than I do. I politely asked to buy your land but you proved stubborn and now see here it has got you."

"I still stand on my words Ronald Dickson. There's no way I'll hand over my land to you only to destroy young adults' lives with your illegal aim."

"You're really a lioness just like Adams here had stated. This is your only chance to surrender the land property papers to me and we're cool."

"That's over my dead body. I'm not afraid to die because your end is near because the person coming after you won't even spare your life."

"Bravo! I would love to see that person. Even without the land papers, I can still gain possession of the land."

"You're wrong Ronald. You don't have any means of claiming that land no matter how you try to lay your hands over it." I laughed and he shot me in the stomach.

"What can I do? You talk too much and I get irritated listening to negative words."

"It's the truth. You're going to lose everything soon."

"Shhh... Miss Madison. You talk way too much. This man here can't be defeated no matter what. He's a dangerous man you stepped on. And one more thing, remember I told you I'll have my revenge when we meet again." Adams chortled and shot me in the same spot Ronald did.

"You both will regret ever killing me." I manage to say, coughing out blood out of my mouth.

"Your life's already over now Madison. Sleep well until we meet again. I want you to die a slow death but take this." Ronald grinned and shot me again in the stomach.

"Have fun dying slowly Madison." He added and they all walked out of the house leaving me to bleed to death.

I took out the phone and stopped the recording before saving it. This recording and the video I made in my room is the evidence to find justice for me. My wish was to die in my parents hands, I wish they were here with me.

They're both going to miss me so much and will be heartbroken, especially my mum. She was my best friend when it comes to secrets and all that.

I hid the phone back behind me coughing out more blood as my eyes began to shut down until I finally gave in to the ghost.

Casabella's POV

"Please, let go of my hair." I cried out to Lora but turned deaf ears and kept pulling it hard and dragging me to only god knows.

"I'll pay for hurting my daughter and for everything you have done to me."

We reached where I was steaming the clothes and let go of my hair and pushed me to the floor.

"You know I did make mention of something to you back then right?" She said with a pause and continued.

"Today is the day I'll show you what I am capable of doing to get anyone out of my way."

"I'm begging you, Lora. Don't do anything evil, I didn't mean to push her, it was an accident."

"Too bad it's too late. You have always been a pain in the neck ever since your parents were treating us like beggars."

"Please Lora, don't do this to me."

"You can't beg me bitch. I'm too evil to accept people's apology." She laughed devilishly.

"What are you planning?"

"You'll know soon." She smirked walking towards me as I kept shifting back.

"You have no idea how much I hate your existence and having to see your face every single day." She added with venom.

Before I could process what she was saying, she got on me and pinned my body down and picked up the iron on the table and placed it on my left cheek pressing it down.

"Ahhhaaa!!!" I cried out in pain as the hot iron was burning my face.

"Yes... I'll make you look like a monster. You won't be the lady with beautiful looks who is constantly praised for her beauty."

"Lora, please stop." I pleaded, trying to break free.

"This is what you deserve for disrespecting me, causing the rift between my daughter and it's for everything you have done to me and my family." She kept pressing the iron harder.

I gathered enough strength and pushed her off my body before rushing out of the house.

I kept running in the cold night without looking back feeling weak and tired and the pain of the hot iron.

"I'm sure I look like a monster. My face is completely damaged now." I burst out in tears.

I never planned for any of these. I wish I had taken godfather's words seriously and quietly left their lives.

After a while I stopped to catch my breath unaware of the light coming towards my direction. I don't know how it happened but all I felt was my body going down before finally losing consciousness.
