The bell rang, signaling the end of the class.
The classroom was instantly filled with excitement. The students stood up, packed their textbooks, and discussed what to eat for lunch.

“Hello!”
Thea bowed slightly and said politely.

“Let’s have lunch together!”

Tang Hao was stunned while Cao Fei and the others had a strange look on their faces.
Usually, Brother Hao would eat with them and Beauty Queen Shi. If the beautiful foreigner came along with them, Beauty Queen Shi would explode.
Tang Hao hesitated for a moment, though he eventually stood up and said to Cao Fei and the others, “Let’s go!”
Cao Fei and the others followed with a strange expression on their faces.
“Let’s eat together!” She said that to Cao Fei and the others.
They met Yan’er downstairs.
Yan’er was visibly startled when she saw Thea. Her expression became awkward.
Yan’er quickly walked up and called out, “Brother Hao!”
Then, she pulled him over and whispered, “Brother Hao, is she really… a warlock?”
“Yes!” Tang Hao said.
Yan’er had asked him before.
“I can’t tell!” Yan’er looked at Thea and furrowed her brows.
“Hello, I’m Eve!”
Thea smiled at Yan’er and extended her hand.
“I’m… Shi Yan’er!” Yan’er replied. After hesitating for a moment, she stretched out and shook Thea’s hand.
A moment later, when the two of them walked into the cafeteria and sat down opposite each other, the entire cafeteria was in an uproar.
“What a beast!”
“That’s right! He’s an animal! He’s not sparing any of them!”
“Boo hoo! How nice it would be if I can get even one of them to sit beside me!”
Everyone was extremely envious.
The atmosphere of this meal was rather awkward.

The corners of her mouth curled up in a mischievous grin. “If I were ugly or gnarly, would you still save me?”
Tang Hao was stunned. He coughed lightly but did not answer.
The implication was obvious. He might not have saved her if she were an old or ugly woman. Indeed, his primal instincts had influenced his decision.
She pursed her lips and smiled. Her golden eyes stared at Tang Hao without blinking.
Her gaze was passionate, which made Tang Hao inexplicably nervous.
“You’re so nice!” Suddenly, she said softly. “If you don’t have a girlfriend, I’ll definitely win you over.”
Tang Hao was stunned. Then, he blushed.
Win him over?
That was the first time someone had something like that to him. He knew that foreigners were more open-minded, but that was nonetheless too daring.
“It doesn’t matter if you already have a girlfriend though. One ought to pursue something they like with all their might, isn’t it?” She murmured and moved closer.
Her sparkling eyes were slightly narrowed, and she seemed charming.
She gently closed her lips, and her body trembled.
Then, she closed her eyes and forcefully kissed him.
Her actions were stiff, but after a short while, she got into the mood.
Tang Hao was completely frozen.
After a moment, she moved away. When she saw Tang Hao’s appearance, she could not help but burst into laughter. “What! You look like you didn’t enjoy that!”
Then, she wiped her lips and smiled. “So, this is how it feels to kiss someone.”
“You’ve never kissed someone before?” Tang Hao blurted.
“Of course. This is my first kiss! Where I come from, most of the people around me are old men. The young ones are too weak, and I don’t fancy them. How am I supposed to fall in love?”
“Oh!” Tang Hao mumbled.
After sitting there for a long time, the two of them got up and left.
In the afternoon, Tang Hao went home after class. He lay on the sofa, took the tablet, and went online. As usual, he searched for news about Liu Bingyao.
The album had been released for almost two months, and Liu Bingyao was getting more and more popular. She often made appearances in variety shows.
Her fans were also increasing. She had almost eight million followers on Weibo.
After a while, he put his tablet away and prepared dinner.
After dinner, it was already dark.

“Come out!” She said.
“What?” Tang Hao was stunned. “Are you downstairs?”

Tang Hao stood up and walked to the balcony. When he looked up, he was stunned. On the balcony of the opposite building stood a figure with striking blonde hair. It was Thea.
“Why are you…” Tang Hao said in surprise.
“We’re neighbors now. Please take care of me!”
Thea smiled smugly.
Tang Hao could not help but laugh helplessly.

Every morning, she would stand under Tang Hao’s apartment and wait for him. They would take the bus to go to class, eat breakfast from the roadside stalls together, then walk to school.
After class, they would take the bus back together.

In the evenings, she would go to Tang Hao’s apartment and listen to him play the piano. Then, she would sneak back every midnight.

One day, Tang Hao did not go to class. Instead, he went to Haotian Pictures to interview a prospective screenwriter.
Haotian Pictures was popular, and many people came to apply. By the afternoon, they had not gone through half of the interviewees yet.

Tang Hao’s expression changed. He stood up and said to Trendy Taoist Master, “I have some urgent business. I’ll be leaving first!”
Then, he left in a hurry.
