After years of continuous investment, the land reclamation project is nearing completion.

This is not the only chemical base under construction by Panshan Group, but one of the three major bases.

There are two other chemical bases under construction located on an island in the Beibu Gulf and an island in Zhenhai, Yongcheng, Zhejiang Province, both of which have a total designed crude oil refining capacity of 2 million barrels/day.
