The story of the old man is a new one.
In Harry Potter fan fiction, the protagonist and the heroine will change.

"If I remember correctly, Hannah Abbott should be Neville's future wife."
"If Neville is sorted into Hufflepuff, I wonder if their development progress will be faster."
