Zaros was nearly shocked and hurt. How could they belong to others when they belonged to him?

"What? They belong to me! Who are those others? I am going to bring their heads," he said angrily, looking at her with red eyes.

Seeing him angry and all flustered, she chuckled, making him annoyed.

"Come on now! Stop laughing," he said, rolling his eyes.

If it were some other time, he would have pinned her to the wall, taking her life by now. But he was calmer than before. Maybe this was him.

"Well. They weren't born yet. When they are born, these will belong to them," she said.

"Our kids…?" he mused at her when the realization hit him. His anger went down like blaring fire was put down.

She smiled at him.

"It looks like my wife is ready for the first night," he said, pinching her nose.

"We should leave before someone looks for us," she said, pushing him. Her cheeks were blushing brightly as she turned her head, trying to hide her face.
