It's been 1 month, 1 day and about 36 seconds and counting, since we talked.

I've tried all I can to talk to you but you just keep sticking to your guns and giving me the silent treatment.

Don't you know you can't get rid of me? We're stuck for life and I mean that literally.

I don't understand what it is Dipo and I are doing... truth be told.

There's a gravitational pull I get anytime I'm close to him. This is the part where you laugh and say I'm speaking big grammar all because of a man.

But this isn't just any man... I know it, I feel it. Every part of me testifies to it.

And so we continue seeing each other in secret, even though I've got a boyfriend, even though I've already met Chucks family...

...even though I'm now officially engaged to Chucks. (Sorry you're just finding out, you weren't picking any of my calls).

But does that deter me?

Oh no! It spurs me on even more, making me realise I'll make the biggest mistake of my life if I dare get married to Chucks.

Now I'm stuck... I don't know what to do.

Oh Eve, I sincerely regret making you start this game with Segun.

I thought I was helping you, but now I'm not so sure anymore.

You can't put a price on love... you cant force it, it just comes naturally - it's supposed to come naturally.

That's what we are trying to do with Segun, but clearly he's got baggage... emotional baggage.

And I'm not sure you can contest with the past... with his past.

I thought about it the day I saw you at the after party of Fiku's get together.

I saw you all over him... kissing him. Matter of fact, we all saw you - Chioma, Dipo, Femi and Fiku.

Can you believe Chioma actually made a snide comment?

She didn't know I heard her because I was the closest to her.

At least now she'll leave Segun alone for me. Those were her exact words.

I gave her a real dirty look then and she acted like she didn't see it.

Segun doesn't even like her - she was just a booty call to him.

Yet...

... she acts like she owns him - fucking leech!

Baaaaaabe, did you know that Segun almost had a heart attack when he saw you with that guy? You really did a number on him sha.

I honestly can't blame him for punching hot new guy, I mean you guys were practically eating each other's faces in public. Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging you. You certainly put Segun in his place though.

It clearly showed he was jealous and couldn't stand any other man's hands on you.

And who is he though? You sly fox, you! You've been keeping things from your best friend (I hope I'm still your best friend sha?)

You should have seen Chioma's face after Segun told her that he felt something for you. It seemed he'd dropped a bomb inside her brain. Her eyes became round like saucers and she'd stood stock still - she was extremely shell - shocked.

If na oyinbo she be, she for turn red with anger, I dey tell you. Lol. When you left, she screamed like a banshee and ran out of the strip club holding her head.

Laugh wan kill me die, but I had to suck it up and act like I was actually worried...

... until I caught the look on Dipo's face and girl,... it was like laughing gas factory after that.

Tears rolled down my eyes and I held my stomach tightly.

Matter of fact, Dipo and I held unto each other, almost laughing our heads off.

Poor Femi looked confused.

Fiku, poor darling, had to run after her. Did you know they're best friends? I really wonder how she's able to put up with Chioma's shenanigans.

Fiku is my colleague and such a sweetheart too. She's so in love with Femi and she goes on and on about him at work, telling anyone who cares to listen how their honeymoon went -

- and how they almost never left their rooms because they couldn't keep their hands off each other, bla bla bla. I told her - girl, no one wants to hear how you both do the nasty - I've got truck loads of stories myself and you don't see me mouthing it off to all and sundry...

... but of course I didn't tell her that, I couldn't tell her for obvious reasons. I mean, that would have just been plain nasty on my part. The girl is such a sweetheart, I tell you.

Have you seen the rock on her finger? It's pure amethyst, a huge purple one that blinds you anytime she lifts her left hand.

That means dear bestie, that Femi is loaded. His family is rich - not as rich as Dangote and Otedola, but rich enough to own luxury cars and travel abroad whenever they like.

I go love too o, hmm!

Anyways ... I've been hinting at Dipo getting a big rock for me, something better than Fiku's.

And you know what that means?

Get engaged to one man - marry another. Does that even make any sense?

Anyways... I'd love to wife Dipo and fast too, but only if he'll have me.

I mean I didn't say it in those direct terms - I'm not that desperate.

One day when he and I went out to the mall, we passed a jewellery shop and I practically dragged him inside. He even spotted one that would fit me to a tee.

I looked up at him and I'm sure he saw rainbows and unicorns coming out from my eyes because I felt such immense love flowing out of me for him.

I hope we can settle down one day soon.

Oh but bestie, I'm so in love, lust and passion with Dipo. Yeah I wrote that right - no mistakes whatsoever, no typo errors either. I feel all the above for him and then some.

If I'm dreaming I don't want to EVER wake up.

That's how good it feels to be with him, bestie.

Can you believe he's got a daughter? Her name is Stacy.

She's a bi - racial child with dark brown skin, soulful green eyes and long dark, curly hair.

Dipo says what he had with her mother was a mistake, but his daughter is the best thing that came from their turbulent relationship.

I don't see any resemblance between father and daughter though. When I mentioned it, he said she looks like her mother.

And when I asked for the picture of her mother, he said he didn't have it.

Strange thing though, I see a striking resemblance between Stacy and... Oh never mind, I just have an over active imagination.

I just hope I don't break Chuck's heart in the process.

I mean, how will I break the news to him - that I don't want to get married to him again?

We're already officially engaged.

Babe... bestie of life - oya na - let's hang out tommorow please! I'd love to see you again and laugh with wild abandon the way we always did - the way I hope we'll continue to do.
