Chapter 17

It took a little while to get there, eventually we pulled into a gravel parking lot outside of a rough looking bar. The music was loud enough to hear outside, and several people were sitting on benches under the stars, sharing drinks, laughs and kisses. It was the type of rowdy bar that me and Evan would often frequent for a fun night out, but I never would have imagined that smartly dressed Sean the lawyer would be seen somewhere here. As he cut the engine, I glanced at him in surprise, his grin was wide and filled with humour, clearly loving the effect his evening was having on me. I looked back over to the bar, where a man was cuddling up to the woman next to him, sharing a joke and a bottle of beer. I felt a skip of pure joy, the place sure had character, and it looked like fun. Sean shrugged out of his jacket, whilst I unbuckled my seatbelt.

He threw it onto the back seat of his car, rolling up his sleeves, making his outfit a little more casual and his overall appearance even sexier.

Swinging open the bar door, a wave of laughter, and music, and talking hit hard. The scent of alcohol and food filled the room. The mood was as infectious as the lively music. The decor was much like an old style saloon bar. Warm lighting and richly coloured woods. A large floor space was cleared where couples were dancing enthusiastically in time with the beat. It was largely different from the dinner location, but I was loving it. I felt Sean's hand on my lower back as he guided me towards the bar.

"Well aren't you two dressed all smart." A tall blonde behind the bar approached, cheerily gesturing to our outfits that stood out against the general style of the other customers. "What can I get ya loves?" She asked.

"Two whiskeys please, neat." Sean replied, both of us jumping up onto bar stools.

"Coming right up."

She walked to the other end of the bar and poured the amber liquid into two glasses. Arriving back in front of us, she placed them on the bar and took the note that Sean held out, briefly returning with the change, before heading back to talk with another customer. I turned to face Sean, crossing one leg over the other and picking up my glass.

"Okay, I don't see this as your regular haunt."

Sean sipped his drink, his dark eyes locking with mine over the top rim of the glass.

"I've been here once or twice."

"Ah, the perfect place for you lawyers to unwind." I teased. He smirked at me, arching his brow and giving a slight shrug.

The ridiculous and amusing image of him sitting here in his smart suit after work popped in my head and I struggled to suppress a laugh. The music switched to another song, the beat was catchy and earned cheers from several of the crowd. A few couples rising to the floor to dance. Sean downed the last of his drink and stepped off the stool, holding his hand out to me. I followed suit, chucking it back and rising to my feet, allowing him to lead me to the dancefloor. He linked his fingers with my own and spun me, twirling me into his embrace with expert skill.

"You dance?"

"I know a few moves." He replied, his other hand joining the first, tracing the curves of my waist and my hips.

"Oh I already knew that."

He held me against him, the heat of his body burning through the thin fabric of my dress. His hands began to wander as we swayed and spun and worked our bodies through song after song. I looped my arms around his neck as he dipped me dramatically at the close of a song, then pulled me back to my feet, his lips barely a hair's width from my own as he pressed me to his body. The next song started up and everyone else began to leap into the next dance, but me and Sean were locked in our moment, as we stared into the depths of each other's eyes, our breathing now faster from the time spent dancing. His mahogany eyes reflected sparks of gold. They were alive with passion and hunger, something that, judging from his expression, he was seeing in my own gaze. He cupped my cheek, his thumb smoothing over my skin, whilst his tongue brushed over his lip.

"I don't think this is the place for what I want to do to you right now." He whispered.

I felt my heart practically leap out of my chest at his words. Desire coursing through my blood, and pooling in my core. For a moment I wished we were at home, just so I could begin to feel the pleasure of his touch in the most intimate way possible.

"Then let's hurry up and get out of here."

He made a low groan at my words, then kissed me. His kiss was filled with promise of more. I felt myself losing my ability to control myself, wanting to deepen the kiss. Reluctantly we broke apart, Sean clasped my hand in his own and began to pull me from the bar. Reaching his car, he released my hand, I went to walk away before he pulled me back, locking his lips with my own once more and backing me against the car. The cold metal frame was hard against my back. Sean's tongue explored my mouth, my hands raking over his arms. A drunken giggle behind us caused us to turn, a couple were laying back on the wooden table pointing at the sky.

"I needed something to keep me going." Sean smirked, leaning back and allowing me to straighten up.

"Oh yeah?"

An idea sprung in my mind, one that was sure to keep him going. I moved my hand lower, allowing it to wander over his hip, across the waist of his trousers. His breath caught, and he cast me a questioning look. I bit my lip and my hand travelled lower, slowly grazing over his hardening bulge.

"Roxy."

My name was a breath on his lips, half laced with a pleading caution. His eyes drifted closed as I rubbed my palm against him, feeling him growing under my hand. I pressed my lips against his neck, sucking the skin and hearing him moan, his hands now clutching at my hips. I felt my body buzzing with the forbiddenness of our public display. I raked my teeth, gently over his neck, hearing his responding sound of pleasure. Raising my lips to his ear I muttered:

"Just a little taster of what's to come."

I released him, stepping back and admiring the affect. His eyes were wild, blazing with heat. His chest was rising and falling rapidly.

"In the car. Now." He growled, walking to his door, and jumping in.

Smiling at his reaction, I opened my own door, and joined him in the car. He put his foot down, speeding us out of the parking lot and back to my place.

We barely made it through the front door before we were entangled. Tugging at the clothing that separated us. I pulled Sean's shirt off, tossing it aside and jumping into his arms, his hands gripping my ass and my ankles locked around his back. He walked me through the hallway kicking the door closed behind us. I was losing the last ounces of control I had now that we were alone. His fingers skimmed under the edges of my dress and his lips reached my throat, surges of electricity pulsed through me from the added heat of his mouth. He carried me upstairs, spinning me around to press my back against the bedroom wall. I shimmied out of his grasp, my feet landing back onto solid ground. I pushed him back a step and stepped past him, backing across my room. He followed me with his eyes, watching as I slowly reached up to remove my dress, letting it slide over my skin and drop from my body, landing in a bundle at my feet. Stepping out of it I watched his gaze running over my body. Lingering on the lacey black lingerie I was wearing. Seemingly unable to restrain himself any longer, he was on me, lifting me from the floor as he pinned me to his chest, and dropped me on the bed, leaning over me, his mouth never leaving my own. His fingers traced a path along my bare skin, moving over the curve of my breast, travelling over the fabric of my bra, heading lower and lower. I arched my back towards him, moaning against his lips. He moved to my neck kissing the heated skin, the scratch of his stubble sent a shiver down my spine.

"Payback is such a sweet thing."

His tone was teasing and playful. I knew he was referring to what happened at the bar, and I realised he wasn't going to give me what I wanted that easily. He made his way down my body, peppering my skin with light kisses and nipping the skin making me squirm beneath him with want and need. His fingers hooked into the waistband of my underwear, pulling the fabric away from my skin and sliding them down my legs. He leant back down, suckling the skin over my hip bone, grazing me with his teeth. He shed the remainder of his clothing and unclipped my bra. I took the opportunity to get closer, to regain some control of the situation. Sitting up, I shimmied closer to the edge of the bed, I pulled him between my knees, taking in the site of his impressive erection. I ran my hands up his thighs and over the curves of his ass coming to rest on his hips. I kissed along his abdomen then ran my tongue along his happy trail, getting nearer and nearer the prize that I sought. Sean's groans from above drove me on and I ran the tip of my tongue across his shaft.

"Oh fuck, Rox."

He gripped my shoulder, his hips pushed forward when I took him into my mouth, caressing him with my tongue, withdrawing, and driving back down, taking more of him with each move. I heard him begin to pant as I drove him closer and closer towards the edge.

"If you don't stop, I won't be able to hold back anymore." He groaned, caution lacing his voice.

I smirked, sucking him, hard. He cursed loudly, shuddering against me. I released him before he could reach his climax. He made quick work of turning the tables. Trapping me beneath him on the mattress, he took a condom from his wallet, rolling it on then locking our eyes as he slowly sunk himself up to the hilt inside of me. I hissed out a breath at the delicious stretch and ache of being filled by him. Tilting my hips towards him, wanting to take him as deep as I could. He began to move, deep hard thrusts, hitting the sweet spot inside of me each time. He started slow, but soon sped up as we lost control and sought higher levels of friction. Our bodies were slickening in sweat and a raging fire burned through our skin. We locked lips, our kiss deep and wild, the fuel for the fire that was consuming us, my nails raked his back and he slammed into me harder and faster each time until I felt myself spiralling, shattering around him crying out in pleasure, Sean following just behind me.

We lay panting and spent, our limbs tangled on the bed with a sheet lightly thrown over our hips. Sean brushed a strand of hair from my face, adoration in his eyes as he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer.

"So overall, how would you rate our first date?" Sean asked playfully.

I laughed, pretending to think it over before I answered.

"You know, I think I've had better." I teased.

His responding look of shock made me cave, laughing and shaking my head.

"I'm kidding," I pressed a kiss to his cheek, "It was amazing, everything was just perfect, thank you."

"Oh, you're gonna pay for that." He smirked.

He rolled me onto my back, and just like that, he made the most of regaining the upper hand over me once more.
