2204 The Infernal Dragon Power Combines With the Infernal Dragon’s Soul, The Dragon Soul World Colla

In the Dragon Soul World, Chu Kuangren looked at the Infernal Dragon's soul and was determined to get it.

After the dragon's soul halted time, it escaped from Chu Kuangren's dragon hand. Chu Kuangren unleashed his dragon qi again but was met with the same time-stopping technique.

Now, that power had appeared on the Infernal Dragon's soul before him, and it made Chu Kuangren want it more.

Seeing that the Infernal Dragon's soul was about to escape, Chu Kuangren's gaze narrowed, and he took out the Timespace Treasure. In an instant, the power of that item spread forward, sealing off the surrounding space and time.

Similar to the other dragon souls, it was only a remnant soul. Under the power of Chu Kuangren's Timespace Treasure, it was eventually suppressed.

The Infernal Dragon's soul roared with fury. Its roar reverberated throughout the soul world.

It was trying to make a final struggle.

"If that's the case, I shall make you submit!"

Chu Kuangren rose into the air, releasing waves of Destiny Great Dao aura from his body. Soon, a white pair of gates appeared in the void.

Under the suppression of Destiny's Gate, the Infernal Dragon soul was suppressed.

"Hm?" Chu Kuangren hummed lightly.

He noticed that the power of Destiny's Gate could not affect the Infernal Dragon soul's destiny. One could only imagine how priceless and noble its destiny was.

Moreover, the Timespace Treasure's power was weighing upon it too.

With the help of those two energies, the dragon soul was suppressed until it was immobilized.

Chu Kuangren immediately dashed forward and reached out to grab it.

The instant he made contact with the dragon soul, his Infernal Dragon energy reacted by erupting uncontrollably.

The Infernal Dragon's power and the Infernal Dragon's soul instantly merged.

With a whoosh, it returned inside Chu Kuangren's body.

Chu Kuangren could sense the Infernal Dragon energy inside his body. It was deep in his Great Dao's sea of qi, currently undergoing some sort of evolution.

He could only know what changes it had undergone after the evolution process was complete.

Chu Kuangren let out a satisfied smile after thinking through what he had gained on the trip.

Suddenly, the Dragon Soul World started trembling.

Gigantic cracks began to appear in the void.

Many dragon souls flew into the cracks, leaving the Dragon Soul World. Many dragons who saw it could not help but panic.

"W-What is happening?"

"The Dragon Soul World is about to crumble. What happened?"

"It's him. It must be because of him."

The dragons looked at Chu Kuangren.

After all, he was the one who caused the greatest commotion in the Dragon Soul World. Since the dragons already had a grudge against him, it was no surprise that they all placed the blame on him.

"Hmph. What does it have to do with me?" Chu Kuangren snorted.

Chu Kuangren froze for a while after learning that. "Wait, is it really because of me?"

Then, he dashed to Shang Honghua, Long Shuijing, and the others, saying, "The Dragon Soul World is about to disappear. Let's leave quickly."

Everyone was afraid to linger any longer, so they quickly left the place with Chu Kuangren.

The space within the Dragon Soul World began to collapse behind him, and giant cracks started spreading in the void like a spiderweb.

Soon, a terrifying spatial hurricane swept across the land, causing the ground to shake.

The hurricane silently wiped out some of the dragon souls.

As the Dragon Soul World crumbled, countless dragon souls flew out and scattered all over the Dragon Tombs.

Instead of being in the Dragon Soul World, they would be in the Dragon Tombs. 

"But without the Dragon Soul World's protection, these dragon souls will die much faster now," Chu Kuangren thought.

Nothing could last forever, and the same could be said for the dragon souls.

Previously, the Dragon Soul World possessed some sort of effect that could prolong the duration of the dragon souls before they dissipated into nothingness. With the Dragon Soul World gone, those dragon souls would perish much faster.

However, there were countless dragons in the Infiniverse. As long as the dragons did not go completely extinct, the number of dragon corpses and souls would only increase in the Dragon Tombs.
