481 Modelling Clothes For The Siren
"I didn't know you have fans in school," I giggled after we walked a short distance away from the shop.
Delmare lifted her notebook, 'Fans?'
I nodded, "You know, like those two boys. They seem to have quite a big crush on you."
"Eh?!"
She was so surprised by my words that her concentration on the spell broke, causing her legs to shift back into her tail for a moment.
I caught her before she fell and she quickly chanted the spell to change herself back again while I helped her take a seat at one of the benches.
Her tail shifted back to her Mahun legs and I knelt down to help her put back her shoes.
The flustered expression on her face was really cute.
'I did not know that… Is it really the case?' She wrote after I was done.
"Of course. Why else do you think they were so hostile towards me and trying to separate me from you?"
Delmare immediately scribbled a new entry in her notebook to show me.
'I thought they were trying to get your attention and separating me from you so that they could spend time with you instead…'
Ha? No, no, no. There is no way that is the case. Those guys were definitely trying to separate us to get to you.
I guess now I know why she was angry at them…
"Umm… They are your classmates aren't they?"
She nodded.
"Do they… Talk a lot with you?"
She tapped a finger on her chin and shrugged.
"I believe they do like you though. You are quite attractive after all."
She shook her head and scribbled in her notebook again.
'Aster is way more attractive than I am! You should be more confident of yourself!'
Aww~ So cute~ She added a pouty face at the end.
I couldn't help but pat her head in response.
Delmare made a cute noise but still managed to maintain her spell.
I reached out my hand to her and she took it, allowing me to pull her back on her feet.
"Shall we continue our date then?"
She nodded before scribbling something to show me.
'Could we go somewhere that Aster would like? You bought this rapier for me, I want to do something for you as well.'
She even drew a blushing face at the end.
Well… What can we do? Unless we're going to a sweets shop? But I don't think Delmare would want to just sit there and watch me eat sweets though…
So what else can we do?
'What does Aster want to do?'
I mean… Even if you ask me that…
That was when a store in the corner caught my eye.
When I turned to it, I realised it was a boutique store and the reason I noticed it was that someone wearing a rather flamboyant dress was exiting out of the store at that exact moment.
Looking at the sign above the store, it seems like it was called "Valeria's Finery Boutique".
"How about we take a look at some dresses?" I suggested.
Delmare turned to look in the direction of the store and nodded her head enthusiastically.
She wrapped her arm in mine and we went towards the store, the Siren practically pulling me along and being more excited than I was.
"Welcome!" The owner, a female Mahun this time, greeted us enthusiastically and I noticed that we were the only customers. I'm going to guess that she's Valeria.
"Is there anything specific you might be looking for? I have dresses for all occasions, except for attending a Royal Ball, of course. That would require you to place a custom order with me to have such a dress prepared for you~"
Delmare quickly scribbled on her notebook and showed it to the owner.
Whether intentional or not, she had angled her notebook in a way that I could not see what she had written.
She looked a bit surprised to see the notebook but quickly adapted and smiled at her, "I can do that~ If my ladies could just step this way?"
I wonder what did Delmare tell her?
She didn't give me a chance to ask as she was already pulling me ahead towards the owner, who seemed to be busy pulling off clothes from the shelves and displays to load up on a trolley she had pulled out from behind the counter.
I was then ushered into a changing room at the back of the store and a dress was placed in my hands before the door was shut in front of me.
Looking at what was placid in my hand, I realised it was a turquoise sundress with the front cut low enough that I would be showing quite an ample amount of cleavage and the skirt cut high enough to show off quite a bit of thighs.
I guess Delmare must have asked the owner to pick a few clothes for me to try on that she thought was suitable for me to model in?
I shrugged to myself and proceeded to take off my clothes to try it on.
It was easy enough to put on so I pulled open the door shortly after I had checked that I was presentable in the mirror inside the changing room to show it to Delmare.
The moment I revealed myself, both the owner and the Siren stared at me, their face inscrutable.
Err… Does it really look that bad?
That was when I realised that Delmare's legs had turned back to her tail, meaning she had stopped chanting her spell to maintain the transformation.
Eh?! Is it really that bad to that extent?!
"Bea… Beautiful… Beautiful! Truly beautiful!" Delmare cried out, her hands clasped together in front of her chest.
The owner also quickly joined in, "Wahhh! It really does suit you really well! It's perfect!"
E… Eh? That was certainly not the response I was expecting…
"Quick, quick! Try this on! Try this on as well!" The owner pleaded, pushing another set of clothes on me.
I didn't get to say anything before the door was closed on me again so I had no choice but to comply.
This time I received a white maxi dress where the skirt reached my ankles and the top was form fitting enough that it practically hugged every corner of my chest.
I put the dress on and opened up the door again.
Delmare let out a soft squeal when she saw me, "Ahhhh! Aster you look so lovely! So sexy!! Ahhh! I can't, I can't, I can't! You look so good!"
She was even fanning herself with her hands while she was squealing in joy.
The owner wordlessly shoved another set of clothes in my hands though it was obvious from the smile on her face that she was also enjoying herself right now.
This time it was a mini dress that practically left a good portion of my thighs on display and the top was held up by two shoulder straps that left my shoulders and arms bare. Not to mention the fact that it was also just as form fitting as the current one I was wearing so my boobs were pretty much spilling out of the dress as well.
I put it on quickly and stepped out of the dressing room once more.
Delmare was pumping both her fists up and down in excitement, "Ahhh!! Aster, I love you, I love you so much! You look good in everything! How do you look so good in everything! It's so good! I can't decide!"
She was so excited that her tail even started banging against the floor like a puppy wagging its tail.
The owner did not immediately push another set of clothes in my hands but stayed there looking at me for a moment, as though she was trying to consider her next options.
She then turned her gaze to the other clothes she had presumably picked up for me and thought about something for another minute before reaching over towards it.
Another set of clothes was placed in my hands carefully, almost like she was placing some kind of offering in front of an altar.
One of the differences I noticed was that this set of clothes was folded into a neat square unlike the others before it.
"You don't need to wear this if you don't want to but… I think your lovely girlfriend here would really like it if you did. In fact, I give you my personal guarantee that she would definitely like it."
"Ehehehe~ Girlfriend…" Delmare squealed, her tail smacking against the floor at an even faster pace.
…
Well… If you put it that way… How can I say no at this point? Although I'm quite curious what you're having me wear to even give such a guarantee?
I went back inside the changing room and took off what I was wearing before unfolding the clothes I got from the owner to see what exactly she gave me.
The cloth slowly opened itself up and…
Ah…
Ok… I get it…
I know why she could make such a claim as she did now…
The new set of clothes she had handed to me was basically a black negligee… The type that was so sheer it hid nothing underneath the cloth…

Well… Guess I should put it on now…
