“That is a good suggestion. It's been a long day and I want to rest”

With that being said, just like what they did this morning, they bought their own meal using harto. How envious. I am the one with a lowest rank and I am also the one with the least harto. It really isn't good for my mind to keep this things up.
The place was dark but still, we can see the things using the faint light coming from those ruined lampost outside. The floor was a bit dirty and the only thing that you can see inside this place was pile of boxes.
Enjoying our meal, it was quiet outside. No sense of undead coming can be notice. Even for just a small while, it isn't bad to be relax at some point. After all, we almost annihilate the zombies.
“Did you hear that?“
With his hand rising, Migo make the four of us stay silent. He was acting as if he heard something strange. Still, no matter what I think about it, I can't hear anything at all.

With eyes widened, the thing we did was look at each other.
”A footsteps… coming from that direction“
It was from that door inside this room. We didn't mind it for we just want to find a place to rest for this night. Wandering around would do us no good. It will just make our peace be gone.

It was Saypher saying those words. Migo was aiming his bow at the door, ready to take shoot once he saw the signal of Saypher. As for Kheina, I can see her guarding the back.
Getting the Silent night from my inventory, I had no idea where I should aim this but atleast, I must be ready incase something occur.

There was nothing more frustrating than the anticipation you can get while waiting for something that you yet to discover.
As soon as the door opens,
”Drop down”
It was something that we didn't expected but a lady came out and eventually raise her hands in the air.
“Who are you?”
Saypher is the one who have the authority at this moment. It didn't make him remove his suspicion to this person even if he realized that she was a girl.
“It is I who must tell you that. Who are you? Why are you here in my house?“
”Your house?“
”Yes, my house, this is my property. Why are you here?“
”Saypher, we are the one in the wrong“
I stated as to not make thing more complicated. It was our fault that we enter in someone's property even if we have no idea about that. She was just here, living in her house yet we arrived and the very first time we saw her, we aimed at her— threatening her life.
”Sorry if we seems hostile towards you. There are bunch of zombies outside and we saw this place having none. We just want to stay for a night if it is alright“
Kheina, being the only girl in the four of us, seems to open the heart of the lady.
”A small child like you is wandering in this dangerous place? How about stay in my house until you get some rest?“
”Um…“
To be honest, I did not expect this sudden changes. It was as if, the moment that she saw that we are with Kheina, she became kind towards us.
”I feel like something is not right…“
Saypher mutter as he still keeps his guard up.
”Staying upstairs would do you no good. The situation there was something serious. Bunch of people turned like that in it was like the apocalipse we see in the movies“
”How long have you been here? You have idea why they are like that?“
”I am alone with my younger sister here. It was so sudden and this is the second night. I can say that there was something strange that I notice…“
She was now treating us kindly even if she know that we almost killed her a while ago. Isn't it strange to let outsider in when it was only you, a woman and your younger sister?
”What about that?“
”It wasn't like the usual apocalypse we saw in the movies. There was similarities, yes, but there is also a great difference“
She stop on her walk as she opens a door after so many turns.
”This was an underground hotel which we manage. As of the moment, it was just me here“
”You said you have a younger sister”
“Yes, maybe she was wondering and playing around”
“Isn't it dangerous for hwr to wandwr around?”
“No, all places are secured as to make this house safe. For the mean time, would you like to drink some juice before going to bed?”
She was really strange… why do I keep on sensing it?
The alleys was so quiet. You can say that is was really similar to a hotel but it was more or like a hospital at some point. The only changes was, there is no chairs outside those rooms.
“Before that, I have a question”
“Yes, what is it Mister?”
“Is it just me or there seems to be a lot of chained room around?”
“That is also part of the safety I conducted. Also, to not make me and my sister be confused of where our room is”
“You said that you owns this. So you are not familiar with this?“
She let out a weird chuckle
”What are you saying? My sister is just a little kid and it often makes her be confused on the rooms which is why, as to not make her get lost and went in some places causing harm to her, I chained and locked close thos rooms“
”Saypher, you really sound a bit harsh towards Miss. She is the one that offers us a room to stay. Shouldn't we at least be thankful for her help?“
”You are such a kind child… just as I thought, my little sister would really love to meet you“
