Epilogue
A world full of peace, a world full of happiness and joy. A place that laughter and all happy memories exist, that is but a place you can only see in a dream. Sadly, not all dreams are meant to come true.
The life we are living is a life that is basically reality. Place filled with no sugar coating. There is darkness and so do light. There is happiness and so do sadness.
Life is always in balance in proportion. It was so tricky and amazing at the same time. So many wonders that we have no idea whether a day would come where the answer that we are looking for will be revealed.
But for some people, the world that was the like of that is a world they never wished to have. For not all people accepts what they had seen. Not all people are alright with how the world would go for them. Looking for things that would make them forget about the world they are living. For what the world shows them was the side of a place that would make them enjoy living
“I wish… I was born in that place. Maybe it would be much better to live in a place like that… than in here…”
Words that we whisper… words that we wanted to say. Wishes we wanted to tell, not because we hope that it would do come true… but because we need to let out our feelings so that we won't explode. So that we won't be just like a volcano.. Containing it's lava and ended up making a big explosion after it can no longer contain it. That is to say, not all wishes are wishes that they wanted to achieve…

With his hand holding the gadget that he was wearing all the time, inside a tube capsule who have a cords connected on his body, he was left in daze as he tried to absorb what happened.

Opening his mouth, he was unable to tell what he wanted to say. With a bit of shaking of his head, he pick up the glass of water
“Congrats master, your plan succeed. Did you get the answer that you want?”
Ethan POV
Ah… right. The thing that I wanted to know…
With my fist clenching, I had no idea that after all this time… I was not there. That.. I was here and…
“What date is today? Did the press conference started already?”
With Jill shaking her head, I started to remove those things that was placed in my skin.
“You still have four hours left before the press conference start”
Ah, so there is no need to hurry up and get ready.
“Thanks”
Getting out of it, I want to freshen up a bit… but before that… I need to do something first.

Opening the door that is connected to the room of where the collections of the works I have written is presented and preserve… I walk pass through frames and wall decors. Walking to a certain location, there I saw the very first story that I had written.
The “IKINOBIRU”
It became a hit but later on… some things made me realize something. And those things led me to experience those things.
I have lots of things to say in the press conference…

“And ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome, the star of this night, the one and only legendary writer! It was none other than! Let's give him a big round of applause! Mr. Ethan Shujinko!“
Everyone who was present in this place shows so much excitement in my words. But… why can't I feel any happiness at all?
”Thank you, for being here with me today“
Why do I feel like... Something is lacking and… That…
”Thank you as well for supporting me in my journey as I write stories whom you all accepted with love and appreciation “
They all fell silent as they listen to the every words I say
”But there are things I want to say, it might take lots of time but… please do hear this story“
With a simple smile, I tried to hide the sadness that I am feeling.
”A place where you wanted to go… if you are given a chance to go there, surely you would go. But if they told you to go there and stay there… leaving everything that you have behind… would you hesitate to do so? Surely… if you have many things to lose, you wouldn't. Bit if you have nothing to lose… you would gladly take it.“
They continue to listen to me which I hold to continue my words. Why am I even telling this to them?.. I don't even know… I just think that someone out there would need to hear this
”Someone told me that I am such a harsh author. That, I loved to kill my characters. That I don't have a heart“ letting out. A chuckle, some of them also did laugh
”Now I think about it. Am I really that bad? And here… I learned the answer to my question. Given a chance to be in the world that I created, indeed… it was such a… unforgettable memory that I will always bring with me. I saw my characters, no… I saw them as a person… not as a mere word written in paper. I saw them the way my readers see them. As if they are breathing alive… and it is tru. They are all true. They have lives… right at that moment… I am now certain that they are no longer the same person I think before… and indeed… I am a one hell of a heartless person to even had the courage to write those words…“
Why did I even do that? For the flow of the story? For the growth of the character? Is it because… in a story there should be a bad person and a good one?
Ha….
” I am so cruel… to think that a simple lines can change ones life to that extent…“ There was silence all over the place.
Did I say weird things? This is why I hate socializing so much…
”May it be a book… or real life. No one deserves to live a life so miserable. No one deserves to be hurt that way…“
Remembering Saypher… Migo… Kheina… Kiel… Fiolle… Leisya… all of them who felt pain…
I can no longer hide the pain in my eyes.
”They don't deserve such life….“
Yet I was the one who mad etheir life like that…
”Indeed, you will never know unless it is you who was in that place. It didn't even cross my mind that I would face it literally“
Chuckling, I may look like an idiot. With those cameras that was placed looking at me. With this microphone that I was holding, my hand… it still remember the feeling I felt when I was there…
For me… it was all true. For me… it was something that really did happened…
”Everyone deserves to be happy. Everyone deserves to fine happiness… and that is something that I wanted to do if I was given a chance to do so. To see those whom you cherish be happy… is there any greater gift than that?“
I can see some of them smiling. But… it didn't let me be bothered. I continued my words as if I was all set to say this.
”Having the ability to do so, I am glad to announce that I will not retire in my writing journey“
Right… the reaseon why there are lots of media in here was all due to the fact that I, the author of IKINOBIRU will retire and no longer write due to some reasons. And that reasons… was me… wanting to end everything.
'Master, did you hear the ews about the new item that OliTech Company released? They says that Mr. Oliver did yet another wonderful creation!'
'Yes master, what Jill said is true. It is head all over the news! On how he two Laurent's joined forces to build this game that is out of the world!'
'But I heard that it would be hard to make a request to them'
'What are you talking about? Master is known, he can surely do something about that'
'But didn't master told you that abusing power is not good?'
'But…'
Back then, I was set to myself that I will end everthing afyer I settle things. But… who would have thought that… I would take a new leap after that incident?
”Indeed, I lost my will of writing. That was the real reaspn why you hear news about me retiring“
Gasp was heard and I did expect that.
”I was set in the point on where, my mind was completely blank and I can't write any words. But… maybe it is not talent that was draining. It is not talent that was flying away. It is your will… it is your ability to push things forward.“
Putting my chin up, I do not care about what other would say. Whether they think that it was just a show for me to gain more fame. That I planned to do this or what… but… my mind was set in one thing.
Accepting that all of those are the visualization of my novel… I can say to myself that in that place, I may be but an extra character who always depend on the others… right now, I have the ability to write a new path for them.
”So I would like to aske each and everyone of you, to accept my apology for not giving up. It was thanks to IKINOBIRU why I started to rise… and again… it was all thanks to that very same book why I can keep on living. My purpose in life… I already find it“
And that is to give them the happiness that they deserve. Everyone… just you wait… I will fulfill my promise. I will no longer leave you alk. I will no longer tun away. I will stay and go chase that journey that we will all take.. together.
[In every quest, there is a reward. The game did end and you must walk forward. Hold onto the memories of the journey you had. We are proud of of you… as well as the whole IKINOBIRU]

“Daddy tell us more! We want to know what Saypher saw in that door”
“Read the next book daddy, I want to see if it is a happy ending!”
“Alright alright. It is not as if I can say no now”
“Yeyy!“
”Kids, the meal is ready“
”But mommy, we still haven't hear what happened next“
”Your daddy will tell it after you eat. Hirry go downstairs “

With a dejected look, they can do nothing against heir mom.
”Saypher, how many times have you read that book already?“
”I don't know… I can no longer count it“

”What? The book that dad made is so amazing, isn't it? I want our kid to know this too“
”But if you continue doing that, they would end up being like you“

”You are so addicted in that series that you read it all the time. If they ever got that too, iit would be really…. Hah“

A book is not just a piece of paper. It is a whole new world. A different dimension. A teacher that would show you things and teach you. A friend that would comfort you and save you. A vehicle that would bring you to a far far away land without even moving from where you are. Just like a journey filled with thousands of different car. Going to various of places that is very far.
Is it a world just like what we have now? Is it a world filled with monsters and enemy? Or perhaps a fantasy world filled with creatures that you can never see in your everyday life? No one would know unless they find it for themselves. No one would know unless they sat on one and see that world with their own eyes.
But… how about you? If you are given a chance to choose where you would want to go... What kind of world do you want to see? As for me…
'Woke up when the world ends' that is what I wanted it to be.
