CHAPTER FIFTY NINE

SARAH'S POV

I can't contain the happiness I'm feeling right now since Jayden told me of the vacation to Paris.

I wasn't expecting something like that from him but it's absolutely the best news he has ever given me. I'm indeed really fortunate to have such a loving and caring man like him.

Everything has been great for me in the last few days. I was able to make a new friend who happens to be Max's secret crush mum.

It was a funny beginning of our relationship but after hearing Max's love confession to his secret crush, we became more than just friends.

I'm glad everything is going smoothly for me unlike the life challenges I went through before I walked into Jayden's life.

I can't wait for us to tie the knot and be united as a married couple. That way I'll get to be addressed as Mr Russell and the wife of a billionaire which has always been my dream to be married to a handsome billionaire.

"Sarah, are you done packing?" Aunt inquired, walking inside the bedroom.

"No aunt but I'm almost done."

"Hope you've packed all the lingerie we brought the last time?"

"Yes but not all. Two is enough since I've already added three pajamas to it."

"Oh, my sweet Sarah. When will you learn to try something new? Do you think Jay will easily be moved when you put on pajamas? Don't you want to seduce him?"

"What are you saying aunt? How can you say I should seduce him?" I replied, shyly.

"Let's be practical here Sarah. Ninety nine percent of men love their women even more when they seduce them so it's not bad if you try it out as well since he's going to be your husband soon."

"But aunt, the last time I wore lingerie we heard sex."

"So what, my dear? Ain't you both still doing it now? His love for you will keep growing beyond imagination."

"Okay aunt. I'll add one more to it."

"No, you're taking all of them and dropping the pajamas. Trust me, this vacation will be a mind blowing experience for you both. I want to hear the cry of a baby soon in this mansion."

"Oh, God!" I blushed, hiding my face with my palm.

"Yes, my child. I want to be a godmother soon. I want you both to work towards it through this trip. Moreover, Max needs siblings to play and look after as well."

"I can't believe you're saying all this, aunt."

"We're both women, dear so there's nothing to hide. The kids are waiting for you in the dining room." She stated.

"I'll be out in a few minutes."

"Least I forget, where did your fiance go?"

"He went to get us some couple of things we're going to need for the trip."

"He could have just sent Henry as usual. I've a feeling he went to get something unique for you both."

"Come on aunt, you shouldn't be doubting him that way. He just went to get something personal and besides Henry is on leave today as well."

"If you say so, Mrs Russell. You're already becoming protective of Jay which isn't bad at all.I love you both chemistry." She said, jokingly which made me chuckle.

RYAN'S POV

I can't believe I had to go hiding cause my son wants me dead. He doesn't even care that I still remain his father.

I haven't been able to make any contact with anyone in the past one week. Neither have I carried out my plans to become the next mafia don.

Everything is all messed up for me because of that little brat I called a son who is as useless as his mother had always been.

It's a good thing I still got my loyal right hand man, Joe with me. If he hadn't saved me that day, I would have burnt inside the car. My own son wanted me dead by all means going extra miles to plant a bomb inside my car after the setup he did to me using Joe against me.

I don't think he's a true son because if he was, he would never have tried all sorts of acts to kill me for a powerful position.

I can't take this shit anymore. I've to do something about Steven in every way I can. If he can mess with his father, definitely he can't mess with them. They're the only solution to my problem but how do I contact them

He can't outlaw those powerful people no matter what he tries. I've got to look for a means to contact them as soon as possible.

I was still brainstorming on how to deal with Steven when Joe showed up with an envelope in his hand.

"What have you got Joe?" I inquired as he remained mute, handing the envelope to me.

I don't know what news he has got but it sure is not a pleasant one at all. I just hope whatever it is, it's not something that I can't handle.

I took the envelope from him and opened it, bringing out the contents from it only to see images of the investors of my company along with a flash drive.

"What's all these, Joe and who could have done this to me?"

"I don't know master. The sender is mysterious but I'm sure there's a clue who it might be in the flash drive."

"Let's find out." I stated, turning on my laptop and inserting the drive to it.

After a couple of minutes, I saw two video clips on the drive and clicked the first one waiting for it to load.

In less than a minute, one of my investigators, Patrick, was tied to a chair as a man in a black mask appeared holding a knife close to Patrick's neck.

"Whoever you're, I promise you won't get away with this. Someone out there will find you and kill you." Patrick yelled, as the mask man slit his throat instantly without a warning and put up a sign board saying, 'I'm coming for you, Ryan!'

"Bloody h*ll!" I cursed under my breath, shutting the laptop in anger.

Who the h*ll is this mysterious person who is after me? Could it be Jay or Steven's doing? No, Jay can't stoop low to do this to me and for Steven, I can't say. I've never involved him in my company affairs so he doesn't know anything about these people so who the hell is this mystery man?

I need answers right now. Who is after my life apart from my son? F**k!

"We have a new enemy to catch now, Joe. So, I've decided to get the Gang brothers involved to solve this hard puzzle for me."

"Master, it's going to be dangerous if they're involved. Why don't you remain low key before you figure out a better solution."

"There's no time to figure out anything here, Joe. This is the best option. I want to put my son and that mask man in their places."

"I will need a lot of money to find this masked man and I must get him at all costs. As for Steven, I know what they will do to him to come back running to me." I added, with a devilish grin.

The Gang brothers are the ruthless underworld gangsters. The two men became famous at the age of ten when their father killed their mother in their eyes. Seeing how their father treated their mother made them kill him in a despicable way and were sentenced to fifteen years jail term.

When they came out of jail, they built their own empire handling everything that is illegal in the state.

I know with their help, I'll be able to bring down Jay as well but first, I've to deal with these problems first.
