“Scarlett thank goodness, where have you been? At this rate there won’t be a wedding to begin with” mom was frantic, she pulled me over to the makeup table and shoved me into the chair and the crew went to work, one did my hair another did my face another gave me a manicure, and another gave me a pedicure, I felt like I was being pulled from all sides
“Here comes the bride” Anna announced as I emerged from the dressing room, the ladies swooned and gasped
“Cut it out, you’re making me uncomfortable”
“Today is not the day to be attention phobic, today is all about you after all” moms words brought butterflies to my stomach, I’ve always hatted being the centre of attention, I hated giving speeches at school or presentations at University and now I have to stand in front of the entire Pack and declare my undying love for Aiden in front of complete strangers, I took a deep breath, mom sensing that my nerves were about to get the better of me handed me a glass of champagne.
“Thank you” I offered her a smile and drank up the glass in one go, her eyes went wild with shock
“Okay then shall we?”
“Yes please before the bride gets even more intoxicated” Pam whispered to Sarah
“I heard that” I smirked back at her
“Enough you two, we are already late as it is”
“Really, what time is it, how late are we?”
“Calm down Scarlett besides its tradition for the bride to be fashionably late” mom said winking at me
I waited outside the ceremony hall; mom handed me my bouquet and proceeded to fix my vail, she looked beautiful in her peach dress.
“Ready” I looked into her eyes and realised what that question really meant, ready to be matted forever, ready to be a wife, ready to be Luna, there is no running away, there is no escape, I have to move out of my mother’s house, all our traditions, all our routines will have to change from now on, ready for new traditions, ready for new routines, I took a deep breath

The brides’ maids lit their candles and walked in one after another each taking their time lighting the candles down the aisle while Brad Paisley’s Waiting on a woman played in the background I love this song; he is amazing I smiled to myself he is perfect, the music stopped and the doors opened for mom and me, I walked through and everyone stood up, the silence broken as the song started, my feet froze, how the hell, what the hell, is that? It can’t be I thought to myself

“Is that Brian Macknight?” moms expression matched mine
“You see him too?” she nodded franticly
“Irreplaceable, love, love, of my life” I locked eyes with Aiden he had the biggest grin on his face and his eyes were watering and I could tell he was trying hard to hide it
“You're so incredible, here in these arms tonight” Brian Macknight continued, I pointed at him looking at Aiden and mouthed “Oh my god”
“The irreplaceable, love, love, of my life” the song stopped when I got to the alter, and everyone sat down

“I do” mom turned and looked at me “I love you sweetheart”

“Go be happy” she gave me a kiss on the cheek
I took Aidens hand “you look beautiful Scar”
“You don’t look too bad yourself” he smiled at me, and the ceremony began, I loved that the priest took his time Aiden did really think of everything, he knew exactly what I wanted at this moment standing next to him my heart is content there is no doubt in my mind that this was meant to be.
“The bride and groom have written their own vows” I shot Aiden a look that said ‘you could have warned me’
“Aiden you may proceed” he smiled at me and began

“Scarlett you may proceed” the officiant gestured to me

“You may kiss the bride” Aiden pulled me to him, and I crashed on his hard sculpted chest, he took my face in his hand and kissed me softly, his kiss as gentle as the dew on a leaf “ladies and gentleman I present to you Mr and Mrs Braveheart” the room cheered and the roar of it breaking our kiss
“Hi Mrs Braveheart” Aiden said nudging me on the shoulder
“Hi Mr Braveheart” I said nudging him back
Brian Macknight sang us off
“Baby you know, you know you're my one and only…All I wanna do is be together”
“I can’t believe you got Brian Macknight to sing at our wedding” I gushed
“I’m full of surprises remember” he looked at Brian Macknight and waved and he waved back while I looked like a total idiot gawking at him not saying a word

“Aiden what are you doing? Everyone is waiting” I said as he lead me to a boardroom and closed the door
“Let them wait, they have eaten and talked to their hearts content” I giggled at his words I couldn’t believe my mother recited a poem as her speech
“It was nice of your dad to have the father daughter dance with me, you wouldn’t say looking at him, but he is very sweet”
“You are sweet” he slowly walked towards me, cupped my cheeks, and slowly undid my zipper at the back of my dress
“What are you doing, someone might see”
“Keeping my vows” he said running his fingers down the exposed skin “how are those butterflies?” he winked
“I’m dying here” I said biting his ear
“I’ve wanted to do this ever since I heard your vows”
“Oh really, what did you like about them” I said breathlessly
“That open up like a flower line really got me going” I covered my mouth with my hand

“What do you think, and the way you said it, oh man” he said kissing my neck
“I’m serious Aid, do you think everyone heard it that way?”
“Yep” my hands flew to cover my mouth and I slapped myself on the mouth, I couldn't feel embarrassed about that at the moment I had bigger things to worry about
“Did someone say something?”
“A couple of people actually”
“Oh no, was your dad one of them?”
“As a matter of fact, he was” he smirked at me
“What did he say?” he didn’t answer and just gave me a look
