Chapter 33

Ayla's Pov:

My whole body went numb when he hold me tenderly as if I'll break anytime soon. I couldn't able to breathe as he was suffocating me with his nearness.

"Missed you so much, baby girl" I felt his hand wrapping around pulling me into a hug. It doesn't feel like a hug, it more felt like a snake wrapping his body around his pray.

What is he doing here? Isn't he done enough what more does he want from me? and how the fuck does he know where I live or more specifically that I live here?

How did he find it so many questions are running on my head.

"Baby" his venomous voice pulled me out of my daze.

"What are you doing here? Leave me" I hissed while struggling to get away from his hold, as memories of that day started to unfold on my head. My breathing got stuck as my chest felt very tight, so breathless, it feels like you're being suffocated.

Yes, suffocated by him.

His presence is making me feel dizzy. My breathe labored I can't.. I can't can't let him ruin me again.

Not now! Not ever!

I heard a gasp behind me bringing me back again to the reality. My eyes widened at the thought of my whole family watching all of this. I tried to push him away from me again.

But this bastard instead of letting me go, he tighten his hold on me. I heard my mom snickered behind us "and there she tells us she doesn't have a boyfriend," my eyes widened at her words, before I could correct her that he's not my boyfriend and it's not what it looks like.

My brother yelled at them making me turn my head to look at him, " Seriously, mom?" He scoffed while shaking his head in disbelief "I can't believe this! You guys are gonna let some random guy enter our house without our permission and to top of that hug your teenage daughter infront of us?" he asked them "Why are you guys so silent and nonchalant about this? Aren't you her parents? Even if he's her boyfriend you can't just let him do that atleast not infront of us"

"Sshhhh!!! Calm down, little guy. Let the love birds enjoy. Why are you acting like a typical Indian brother right now? It's her life, she can choose whoever she wants to be with as her parents we will support her no matter what and we expect the same from you," saying that mom went towards my dad, holding his hand "My parents didn't supported us when I find my love, so I won't let that happen to my children. They have that freedom to choose their partners"

She titled her head towards us "See he's so loving and look at the way he looks at her. Maybe little bit obsessed," she snickered at her own comment "but I can see the love he has for her and he will definitely take good care of her" my mom said making my brother stare at her with a blank look on his face and her statement made me disappointed. After that all she did was gushing about this bastard who was smiling against my neck at her words.

I get where she's going but that doesn't mean she has to go blind eye.

Can't she see this!

I closed my hands into fist trying to calm my fucking nerves that are trying to burst out. My whole body started to shake badly in anger while listening to their stupid conversation.

Why is my dad silent? Didn't he see it too?

I pushed him on his chest "Arjun, stop this act right now."

I struggle against his hold while pushing his chest hard trying to free myself, but before I could succeed he had to opened his damn mouth to threatened me "Remember our love making video, little one" making me go stiffened.

"Does it ring a bell?" He whispered near my ear, just like that all my anger disappeared into a thin air, and the fear of losing my parent's trust and my dignity evoked inside me.

I started to tremble against his hold. The flashbacks of how easily he turned my friends against me was playing on my head constantly. I can't lose my parents and my brother like how I lost my friends. I don't know how I will handle it, if that ever happens.

*Ahem Ahem* My dad cleared his throat who was silent for a long time making Arjun to release his hold on me.

"Hi Uncle and Hi Aunty" he said while bending down to touch their feets.

What the fuck!

My mom's eyes widened at that gesture as she immediately holds his shoulder "No no child it's ok. You have our blessings," her eyes widened at her own statement, clearing her throat "What I meant to say wa-" before she could complete her sentence my brother scoffed at her "Seriously mom, you ca-" before he could complete my mom clasped his mouth shut and gave a toothy grin at Arjun.

Arjun chuckled at them "This young man over here is extremely protective of my girl."

My girl?

My brother wiggled against my mother's hold, after struggle for a minute he successfully got out of her reach.

He yelled at him "See! Mr. Whoever you are, get out of our house and leave my sister alone. I do not like you at all and definitely do not have my blessings. You can sugercoat them" pointing his fingers at our parents "but not me. I'm not a fool to miss her trembling form in your arms. She fears you and-" before he could complete his sentence my dad cut him off.

"Riyo" My dad was shocked to see this side of my brother. Infact we all are, he was never like this. If I say I was shocked would be an understatement. How did he? Tears of happiness started brimming at the corner of my eyes. I was so happy that atleast someone finally see through his facade.

That too my own little brother.

I turned around to find Arjun's reaction his face harden while listening to my brother's accusations but he kept his cool calm even though it was clear in his eyes that he was struggling his best to not to lash out at my brother.

My mother shouted back "Shut up Riyo. Go to your room right now. Don't step out! You don't have any manners at all. This is not how we taught you"

Arjun shook his head "Ayoo, Aunty it's ok. I don't mind it. He's over protective of my girl just like me, so I can understand" he said with a forced smile on face while clenching his jaw.

"But son he needs to be taug-" before my mom could finish her sentence my brother again cut her off.

"Mom? Seriously? Look at her! She's clearly fearing him. Can't you see that? She's frightened. I agree I was mad and over reacted a bit because at first I thought she was dating when we received that parcel but the way he hugged her it made me think otherwise, do you really think he is her boyfriend?? No mom... no look at her she wasn't happy to see him here. I bet he did something that's why she's fearing him. Even if she said she's dating him I won't believe it because I know this prick over here is definitely blackmailing her to say that" he had a disbelief look on his face.

Arjun nervously laughed at him "What are you talking about Riyo? I'm truly offended by your false accusations. We both are in love, maybe the way I introduced myself was wrong but that doesn't change that I love your sister. This is not how I thought you guys will welcome me" he said as tears started to roll down his eyes.

I gapped at him. This guy and his acting skills!

My mom gasped when she saw him crying and my dad who was silent till now went near him patting his shoulder he tried to console "Hey hey Arjun, son don't cry. Riyo is not like this. We don't know what happened to him today. We believe you. I guess he got so over protective on his sister but don't mistake him please. Don't take his words to your heart, son" my dad said while making him sit on the couch.

My brother throw his arms in the air, while shaking his head at disbelief "For heaven's sake dad! Seriously? You too? Connect the dots she was trembling in his arms since the moment I mentioned his name."

Now both my mom and dad looked at me asking whether it was true or not.

Arjun opened his mouth to say something before he could "You don't," my brother pointed his finger at him making him grit his teeth in anger "You're not Ayla. She hasn't opened her mouth till now. Just by looking at her face I could say how much you have scared her" my brother interrupted him again when he tried to talk which made him clenched his fist tightly.

I need to stop my brother before things gets out of control.

My dad took his hand from his shoulder and came towards me with a concerned filled voice which made me look at him "Ayla, you tell us. You don't have to fear him. We are with you"

Or maybe this is the time, I have to tell them. They will beleive me. I opened my mouth to tell them everything but before I could I got stiffened when he.....

I shake my head while clearing my throat smiling nervously "No, no, dad... I mean yeah... yes he's my boyfriend. We had a fight so he came here to surprise me" I looked at Riyo as I continued.

"I was trembling because I was so angry at him not because of fearing him. We love each other so much and I really wanted to tell you guys all this that's why I was so silent. We thought of surprising you all, but I didn't expected this would turn to be like this" I looked at my brother my heart clenched at the sight of him "Please Riyo don't insult our love. You don't know anything." I said without shuttering a bit, while plastering a smile on my face.
